Beautiful hotel  Reception: Friendly and very efficient and exceptionally friendly staff  Room / facilities: Room number 208 is on floor  2 and is very clean. We stayed 1 night Self control air conditioning with a door that opens to the balcony, however the air con did not really cool the room sufficiently. The room has 2 very comfortable single beds, bench and seat, hanging area, safe , hot water hug, coffee cups and glasses (but no tea or coffee), mini fridge, phone, flat screen TV, walk in shower, which when showering water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Parking: is available but is limited to about 10 cars in the off street open air park area. Wifi: Complementary and good speed. Validation or password required. Breakfast: Available for all guests and consists of a small buffet, with the bonus of fresh egg products being cooked to order. Refill of the food was very slow as many foods were empty when we arrived at 9.00 am Conclusion: Fantastic hotel for an overnighter or a few days stay. Id recommend this Hotel. Letdowns: Lack of tea and coffee in the room. Location / Nearby: Town, the promenade, restaurants… Recommendations: Ask for a rear room as you will get street noise until midnight Getting to hotel: If arriving by car, best use GPS

Nous avons récemment séjourné au Crowne Plaza Durrës et avons globalement passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était attentionné, accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. L'hôtel était très propre et moderne, et notre chambre spacieuse disposait d'une grande salle de bains et d'un magnifique balcon donnant sur la mer. Se réveiller chaque matin avec cette vue était un vrai bonheur. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les commandes intelligentes de la chambre. Des écrans tactiles muraux permettent de contrôler certaines fonctions, notamment les rideaux. C'était vraiment agréable de se réveiller, d'appuyer sur un bouton et de voir les rideaux s'ouvrir sur la vue mer. L'hôtel étant encore très récent, nous savions qu'il pouvait y avoir quelques petits problèmes techniques. Pendant notre séjour, les lumières se sont allumées toutes seules tôt le matin à deux reprises, l'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée inopinément une fois et la douche a inondé une partie de la salle de bains. Aucun de ces incidents n'a gâché notre séjour et nous n'avons pas souhaité nous plaindre, car il est clair que l'hôtel est encore en phase d'installation et d'amélioration. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été très agréable et nous sommes convaincus que cet hôtel deviendra excellent une fois les petits problèmes de rodage résolus. L'emplacement, la vue, le personnel et les chambres modernes ont fait de ce séjour un moment mémorable.

Incroyable séjour au Holiday Hotel à Tirana ! Tout était parfait : l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté impeccable des chambres, le confort du lit et la tranquillité des lieux. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, à seulement quelques minutes de l’aéroport, ce qui est super pratique pour une arrivée tardive ou un vol tôt le matin. C’est sans doute l’un des meilleurs rapports qualité-prix que j’ai trouvés !

Stayed for one night for convenience as our flight arrival was 23.00. The room was extremely clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is light, bright and airy. The breakfast was fine, enough choice. Although it is very close to the terminal building and should only be a few minutes to walk to, due to extensive road works going on and a wire fence between the terminal building and the hotel, it was a bit tricky walking to it. Took us about ten minutes and dodging cars. The roads around the airport to walk or drive are manic currently.

C'est un très bel hôtel à Durrës, idéalement situé en centre-ville. Le service y est très chaleureux (ω) et j'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Enea et Hergi pour leur aide précieuse lors de mon arrivée en Albanie. Ils ont été d'une grande gentillesse et nous ont beaucoup aidés, nous faisant découvrir le pays et nous le faisant adorer ! Je choisirai sans hésiter l'hôtel Duka lors de mon prochain voyage en Albanie.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at La Onda Hotel in Durres. The service was very good from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us. They truly give their best to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast was very good with plenty of nice options to choose from. Everything tasted fresh and was well prepared. The hotel is in a good location, close to everything we needed. It is also very neat, clean, and has a beautiful look. You can tell they take good care of the place. We had a great experience and would happily stay there again. We definitely recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. What stood out the most, however, was the outstanding service. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. The location is also fantastic, conveniently situated near major attractions and public transport. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Le service était excellent. Le personnel est très sympathique. J'ai dû partir en pleine nuit à cause de mon vol, je ne peux donc pas commenter le petit-déjeuner gratuit. Cependant, l'atmosphère de la véranda est très agréable, j'ai pu y commander une pizza et la déguster sur la terrasse, ombragée par des parasols. L'hôtel est facilement accessible à pied depuis les restaurants, le café et l'aéroport. La chambre était propre et pittoresque, mais basique. Pas de cafetière ni d'eau gratuite. Il y avait cependant du shampoing et du savon. La climatisation était bonne.
