Great location and service - very attentive, responsive and supportive staff. The food was just about acceptable (ok-ish/so-so). But the overall experience wasn't that great as the hotel looks and feels very tired and run down. The furniture and ambiance were very shabby. Bed and bedding need to be replaced pronto (probably all over 20 years old, and it shows/smells!). The whole place needs a refurb and a facelift to meet Radisson standards. Until then, it's a 2 or 3-star hotel at best. Nothing even close to 4-star and 5-star is out to the question.

La location est très confortable, les chambres sont propres, notre téléphone de bureau n'était pas en service mais, le personnel de service a été rapide à répondre quand il a été demandé.

Location très belle Très hygiénique et propre Le personnel très coopératif Surtout la fille de Calcutta sur le bureau frontal ANUSHMYA ou quelque chose comme ça était si gentil , humble et versatil qu'elle m' a aidé tant à guider. Les étrangers qui ne payent pas TM ou Google pay Pls prennent assez d' argent , pas d' USD peut changer aussi

La location est juste sur la rivière. Beau vue sur les montagnes de neige. Beautés fleurs tulipes et jardin vert. Chambres sont propres. Lin est éclatant propre. Choisir la nourriture est exhaustif et très bon. Voulez-vous la qualifier de la meilleure option que nous aurions pu demander. Le Wi-Fi est excellent et nous pourrions travailler de là.

Inside bathroom commode needs to be more clean, geaser sometimes not working well, else basin nice water nice. 7. Wifi nice 8. Bed blankets nice. Overall its a nice hotel for couple and family. I can give score 8/10 to the hotel.

1. Le tube de bain n'a pas été nettoyé correctement 2. Le décharge n'a pas été retiré de la chambre 3. Les tables de dîner étaient pour la plupart non propres et la cuillère était manquante. 4. La salle de bain était jalouse. 5. Le tapis était très sale

Excellent service and food

property location is at quite location of city but near to the place I wanted to visit. it is at no traffic zone. calm and peaceful place. food was good, and tasty. dine in and all carte services were provided by hotel which is appreciated. the staff was nice, specially Bhupinder ji from IT..who is master of all jack. ..thanks Bhupinder ji for all your efforts.
