La chambre n'était pas prête à l'entrée (une heure tard), le réfrigérateur n'était pas très froid, la température de la chambre n'était pas froide, les pièges sont plats et il n'y a pas de pièges supplémentaires dans la chambre, Le lit était très inconfortable, la chambre était très sombre, même avec toutes les lampes et les lumières tournées, les roues de bagage sont coincées dans toutes les transitions et ascenseurs, et le bureau de front essayait de nous donner un parking gratuit avec le contrôle tardif dans la situation, Nous avons déjà payé le parking avec notre paquet de séjour de conférence.

Our bus group stayed 4 nights at the Delta. My husband was not feeling well and just wanted to eat poached eggs and toast. The kitchen and servers were very accommodating. Peggy and Pauline who worked the breakfast buffet were phenomenal and I really appreciated their kindness. The other hotel staff was good too and despite the illness we had a good stay.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel par erreur, puisque je cherchais un hôtel à Saint-John, pas à Saint-John. Les hôtels sont très bien situés dans les environs de la ville.

Il y a des micro-ondes dans la chambre, donc je peux chauffer et manger les aliments que j'ai achetés. C'est très utile parce que je n'ai pas vu beaucoup d'hôtels avec des micro-ondes à l'étranger.

Amazing hospitality and service! The staff were friendly and mindful. The suites were clean and spacious! Breakfast was delicious and always stocked! Close to the airport and restaurants! Big thanks to Trent for ensuring my room was always so clean and comfortable.

Well located. Upon entering the hotel, the first impression was that cleaning was not one of their top priorities. The hotel lobby windows were dirty, and there was garbage in the stairwells. Get to our room. Nice big rooms. Beds seemed like they were clean. The bathroom vanity wall was full of dry soap/toothpaste splatter. The shower had mold and mildew on the bottom tracks of the sliding doors and also on the grout and caulking. The closet door tracks were also very dirty. There definitely needs to be more effort into cleaning the rooms and the hotel. I would check out a Hilton for a few more bucks.

Nous avons séjourné au Seaport Inn pendant trois nuits et nous l'avons trouvé très confortable, calme et propre. Le personnel était très aimable et utile (Carl, le propriétaire, nous a même aidé à trouver un restaurant à proximité Bonavista qui était ouvert pour le dîner le jour de notre arrivée (Jour du travail) depuis que le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé ce jour). Le restaurant Carl's Fireside a été très bien servi, les bons pour un petit déjeuner dégusté et récompensé sont disponibles sur le bureau frontal, comme des bouteilles d'eau. La chambre était au deuxième étage de la section rénovée et disposait de toutes les installations normales, y compris une machine à café/tèe. La location de l'Hotel Seaport Inn est à seulement 15 minutes de marche de Bonavista et de Trinity.

I am sorry for the delay in posting this. Last month I had the good fortune of staying at the Comfort Inn in Gander. NL. It could not have been nicer! The place is very clean and offers a superb mattress and top line sheets. Breakfast is included. This hotel is conveniently located right on the Trans Canada Highway and just across the road from the incredible and interactive Aviation Museum, which could be its own destination point. That experience exceeded every expectation of mine. Saving the best for last, I must commend the outstanding staff for service above and beyond. I was treated like a queen and spoiled royally. A special shout out to Wayne and his lovely wife, Sue for reaching out to me and making my stay so memorable and enjoyable. I am truly grateful to them and want to take this opportunity to thank them publicly. So, I highly recommend the Comfort Inn in Gander, if you should happen to find yourself there!

L'hôtel est situé à 5 minutes de l'aéroport international de St John. Il y a un bar et bar dans la zone. 15 minutes de marche au centre-ville. Restaurant sur place, grande piscine avec diapositive et tube chaud. Une zone de siège à l'extérieur est connectée au restaurant. Les chambres étaient propres, l'air conditionné très lourd.

This is a decent place to stay but there is nothing special about it. The Haven Inn is very dated. The room was large and had a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights. There is a restaurant onsite which was good for breakfast. There aren't a lot of options for meals in St Anthony so having a restaurant onsite was a plus. The room was downstairs at ground level and had a window but still it was quite dark. Many rooms we passed seemed to have no natural light at all. The bedspreads were horrendous floral affairs. The bathroom was clean but clearly in need of a refurbishment. On our first day, our room was not made up because we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on...until 10 am! That certainly gave them plenty of time to go back and clean our room but that did not happen. The front desk staff were not terribly friendly but not unpleasant. There was an added marketing charge on our bill which I didn't catch at the time. These charges were not mentioned in our quoted rate nor were they government taxes. Overall, I would not recommend this place but if you have no other options, it is safe and clean.
