The staff are very friendly and kind. The room was so nice and quiet. There was a cat named Kitty; she was charming and friendly. I would recommend that you guys to book a room there.

Edgewater is a very large resort about a 10 minute drive from the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although we arrived at 7:30 am, they stored our bags and we were given full use of their facilities plus breakfast until check in time. The restaurant is in a beautiful setting next to the beach which has white sand areas and great snorkelling reefs. There was a good variety of food and we enjoyed all our meals. We often shared a meal as they can be quite large servings & we took advantage of the happy cocktail hour between 5 6 pm each day where cocktails are $12 ea. Our king bed room was spacious, clean and serviced each day of our one week stay. However, our room was very close to the pool, restaurant and events hut so we could hear the pool noise and the nightly live music. Luckily all noise ceased at about 10 pm. You also have to be prepared for the early morning crowing of the resident roosters! Dogs, cats & chickens roam freely around the resort and are just an integral part of Cook Is life. The resort has a full tour booking service which we us used. All transfers, taxis and the local island buses pulled into the resort on time. There are so many activities on offer at the resort, e g, island dancing, ukulele, sarong tying, cooking lessons and free fire and cultural shows that you could just spend a lot of time here. Our stay was to celebrate my wife's birthday and the staff did that in style with a special free cocktail and canapes evening for guests celebrating special occasions and for loyalty guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Edgewater and would recommend it to family and friends.

Superbe emplacement de la plage et excellente valeur Le Castaway Resort est un emplacement de plage magnifique, bien protégé des vieux vents saisonniers que nous avons connus ailleurs sur l'île, ce qui la rend un endroit tranquille et confortable pour rester. La réception de la télévision était très chaleureuse, peut-être en raison de l'aviation, mais cela n'a pas eu de conséquence pour nous. Le lit de canapé était bien passé sa vie utile. La piscine est fonctionnelle mais semble fatiguée et bénéficierait d'une certaine maintenance et mise à jour. Cependant, cela a été clairement indiqué dans la description du resort avant la réservation, donc il n'était pas inattendu. Le personnel était étonnant. Aileen, notre gardien de maison, et Firaz et Nather dans le restaurant méritaient une reconnaissance spéciale. Ils étaient extrêmement personnels, attentifs et toujours disposés à aller à la mer extra. Le restaurant serve de bons plats et de belles présentations, sa position devant la plage est un accent particulier, et les cocktails qui y sont entrés au soleil sont devenus l'une des meilleures parties de chaque jour. Le Castaway Resort offre une très bonne valeur pour l'argent, et nous le recommanderions heureusement. Le calme plage, l'amical personnel et les beaux soirées font que les inconvénients mineurs sont palides en insignifiance.

Everything was wonderful! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always greeting us with genuine smiles that made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel environment is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and recharging. The lagoon is unbelievably beautiful — its colors shift with the sunlight, and you could watch it all day without ever getting tired of the view. There are different activities every day, from fish feeding to fire dance shows, all full of the island’s unique charm. Overall, it was an amazing experience — the kind of place you fall in love with the moment you arrive. A special thanks to the hotel manager. Our original room had just been newly renovated before our arrival, which we truly appreciated. However, due to my sensitivity to paint smells, I felt quite uncomfortable. The manager promptly arranged a room change and kindly upgraded us to ensure my comfort. We are sincerely grateful for this thoughtful and timely help. We would also like to thank Luke in the restaurant for making our stay even more special. His warm smile, patience, and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed. Thanks to their wonderful service, our holiday became a truly memorable experience.

The location is not great - the nearest bus stop is 10-15 minutes walk. There is not much of service- it does not accommodate for early check in or late check out, and you have to find a place to store you own suitcases, see attached photo- Very problematic if you do not have a rental car. The next door neighbour had a very very loud party during the first night and really affected my rest. The pool service person knocked on the door on the second day without any notice. Pool maintenance should be arranged when there is no guest. Would not recommend.

Location bellissima, con bungalow 201 proprio davanti alla spiaggia di sabbia bianca, sulla laguna calma e piacevole. Il bungalow è bellissimo, attrezzato di tutto quel che si potrebbe volere, con terrazza coperta con tavolino, poltroncine e lettino. Sulla sua estensione, due sdraio per prendere il sole. Dentro, salotto separato dalla camera, bagno immenso e doccia esterna su retro. Un sogno. Pulizie approssimative e alla va vite; ma chiedendo si ottiene tutto. Ristorante non perfetto, ripetitivo ma ben gestito. Colazione povera; poca scelta di prodotti da forno e di confetture, niente formaggi e salumi, un solo succo di frutta annacquato. Cappuccino decoroso. Menu diversi per pranzo, pomeriggio e cena, ma con scelta modesta almeno per i gusti occidentali, Due serate a buffet per settimana, sempre con le stesse pietanze; il venerdì serata carne, con un filetto da urlo! Ci siamo stati due settimane due... La media dei turisti ci sta tre giorni, ed è forse per questo che abbiamo trovato il ristorante appena sufficiente.

We had a great stay in Tava'e resort. The location, services and also the restaurant were perfect for us. We easily took several walks to the local supermarket, to the lookout point, other restaurants. And we joined the island night at Tavae restaurant. The local traditional dishes were amazing. I would like to call the best food we had during our 7 islands' trips within French polynesia and Cook islands.

Our stay at Moana Sands Villa was exceptional. The accommodation was spacious and furnished, with all the amenities we needed. Opening the lounge door to the beach was simply magical. Having a 24-hour supermarket nearby was incredibly convenient, and the nearby cafe and take-away shop were fantastic. Overall, a perfect getaway destination that we can't wait to return to.

We had two rooms for our family. The beach suite was very spacious and had an amazing view of the lagoon. The beach was so calm and beautiful. We loved the kayaking and paddle boarding. The food was good but after a few days we were sick of the menu. Luckily the location is great and you can walk to other restaurants.
