The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

Excellent service, très bien soigné , votre personnel est bien préparé pour l'attention de l'hôte. Chambre propre. Offre plage à 50 mts mais il n'y a pas de plage actuellement. Ils sont en service,.donc il faut déplacer plus de 500 mts pour avoir accès à une. Les prix des produits de minibar très élevés. Je le qualifie généralement avec 4.5/5

The Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself. 

L'environnement de l'hôtel est très bon. L'hygiène propre. La piscine est vraiment belle pour prendre des photos toute la nuit. Parce que les enfants aiment nager, ils ont choisi cet hôtel. La piscine est très propre. Il est recommandé. En dehors du petit déjeuner, les autres sont très bonnes.

La nourriture est également possible. Si le lieu de natation est équipé d'eau chaude, il est meilleur. L'élévateur de l'hôtel est un peu long. Tout le repas à manger à l'hôtel est payé pour le service. Si vous ne recevez pas, vous pouvez le payer.

Très bon hôtel proche de la plage et de la vieille ville. Service serviable et extrêmement poli à la réception. Délicieux petits déjeuners avec beaucoup de fruits et des options illimitées. Nous n'avons pas pris de tels petits déjeuners dans toute la Colombie depuis 2 semaines. La piscine sur le toit est également ouverte tard dans la soirée. Un petit bémol pour le manque d'eau potable dans la chambre, mais je ne pense pas qu'il existe une telle tradition en Colombie. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ainsi que la chaîne Holiday Inn. Nous utilisons ce réseau de nombreuses fois partout dans le monde et n'avons jamais eu de problèmes.

Le Wyndham Garden Cartagena est situé dans le centre de Carthagène, avec un emplacement idéal et un transport pratique. L'hôtel dispose d'installations complètes, notamment une salle de sport, une piscine, une salle de conférence, etc., offrant aux clients une expérience d'hébergement confortable et pratique. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont spacieuses et lumineuses, avec des installations complètes et une literie confortable, offrant aux clients un bon environnement de repos. Le service de l'hôtel est également très attentionné et le personnel est chaleureux et amical, offrant aux clients un service attentionné. Dans l’ensemble, le Wyndham Garden Cartagena est un très bel hôtel et fortement recommandé.

The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!

Excellent hotel and staff. Brand new with some amazing art work and decor. The view and ambience is simply beautiful. Le seul problème que je sais est de se référer à la dernière 1/2 conduite à l'hôtel est littéralement par une route brute et sans pauvre qui peut vous rendre malade si vous souffrez de maladie de la circulation. Outre ce que j'ai dit, il faut que vous soyez en visite pour vous détendre et être un avec la nature si vous êtes à Cartagena

L'ancien hôtel 5 étoiles qui a séjourné lors de mon arrivée à CARTAGENA il y a 10 ans a été très impressionné, notamment pour l'aménagement de la cour, la piscine et le restaurant sur le côté. Il est arrivé vers 10h00. Cela fait 28 heures de vol et de transfert depuis Pékin. C'est vraiment fatigué et je ne veux pas attendre jusqu'à 15h (sur l'Intercontinental, j'ai reçu 50$ pour un check-in anticipé). Le plan de rester; la réception a dit que la chambre était prête à vivre, et a accepté d'avancer le petit déjeuner le dernier jour à la journée, c'est très rare, merci ! La réception, le restaurant et divers services sont très attentionnés, même si la chambre a l'air vieille, ressentez toujours les choses. Excellent rapport qualité-prix!
