Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

L'hôtel était bon et propre mais ils n'avaient pas fourni tous les toilettes chaque jour. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, j'attendais de recevoir de la crème de corps et il n'a pas fonctionné comme ça.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

Останавливались в Астории с 15 по 22 апреля, остались очень довольны. Местоположение отличное - недалеко от ул. Шота Руставели, но в то же время тихий район, из окон открывается вид на гору Мтацминда. Утром мы просыпалась от пения птиц. От Шота Руставели нужно подняться в горку, для нас это большой проблемой не было. Номер просторный, большая ванная комната с тёплым полом, отличное постельное белье, махровые халаты, чайный набор , водичка в бутылках в номер. Персонал на ресепшн очень приветливый и клиентоориентированный. В ресторане на завтрак найдётся что покушать - яичница, крупы, картошка, тушёные и свежие овощи, сыры и колбасы, творог, джемы, выпечка, фрукты. Есть кофемашина, к кофе предлагается корица. Мы жили в красивом здании на углу (вход полукругом), бассейн к сожалению был с другом здании, более современной постройки, но мы все равно не ленились и ходили плавать вечером после экскурсий. Очень приятно было, натоптав километров 20 по городу, возвращаться в отель, где тихо, тепло и приятно пахнет. За неделю мы с ним сроднились, когда гуляли по городу - встречали другие отели, которые рассматривали для этой поездки, и решили, что все же Астория - это наилучший и правильный выбор. С удовольствием вернусь в отель снова

Un hôtel très spécial, le quartier des étages est un peu élégant pour le soir et un style très spécial. L'espace est un peu petit, la valise ne peut pas être ouverte complètement, le son est très bon dans le service.

Hotel is good, front seat staff is kind and friendly. But breakfast service is not good and needs a management improvement. First you wait for hostess to be seated while there are lots of free tables, then you wait for cleaning service to clean tables and after all that you have to wait for staff to refill buffet food. But still the overall experience is good. Parking is only outdoors near hotel entrance.

В проживании были и плюсы и минусы. Плюсы: Красивый интерьер Чисто и хорошо убирались каждый день Есть все необходимые принадлежности: тапочки, халаты, шампуни, щетки и т.д. Просторный номер Много вешалок и шкафов для вещей Отличный бассейн, сауна, тренажерный зал с большим выбором тренажеров и оборудования В номере климат контроль Минусы: Далеко от всех достопримечательностей, на горе Вид из окна был на помойку Перед отелем стройка, поэтому красивого вида нет нигде Во второй день не поставили воду в номер, а персонал сказал пить из-под крана. Но на следующий день они исправились Телефон в номере не работает (кнопка вызова ресепшен), приходилось ходить на ресепшен по любым вопросам Мало кто из персонала говорит на русском, но и на английском они видимо плохо понимают, так как несколько раз давали ложную информацию. В целом отель норм, если вы на машине, и если снимать за те деньги, что я снимала (~100$ в сутки за номер с двумя спальнями).

C'est facile à trouver avec la navigation, le stationnement est très pratique et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Fortement recommandé !

The best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets. The triple room was very small for three people. The showroom even smaller than reasonable. The room had shabby walls and worn carpet. The is a string Need to update and refresh rooms for the price and star rating. Breakfast was VERY basic and limited for 4*. Don’t expect much at all , if breakfast is imported from your pint of view. The hotel is made up from two houses linked together. One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and big. The linen is fresh and crisp. Very clean. Good luck and enjoy your trip!
