Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

L'hôtel était bon et propre mais ils n'avaient pas fourni tous les toilettes chaque jour. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, j'attendais de recevoir de la crème de corps et il n'a pas fonctionné comme ça.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

Позднее заселение. Самолёт прилетел утром, а заселение в 15. Нам любезно предложили вещи оставить , а самим пойти погулять. Мы оставили. Пришли в 16, номер все ещё был не готов, а когда нас заселили оказался двухместным, вместо трёх. Донесли раскладушку в итоге и дали утюг. Затраты терпимые. Моя дочь плавно, в отеле есть бассеин. Расположение Супер пупер. Прям в центре. До фуникулёра 5 минут, до старого города 15.

L'hôtel semble être insuffisamment réfléchi en termes de confort, mais il y a quelques aspects positifs. Il n'y a pas de couvertures dans la douche pour les toilettes de base, et la salle de bains n'a pas de tiroirs et de couvertures pour le stockage des objets personnels. Il n'y a pas de miroir de maquillage. Les lits sont mobiles, la caisse n'est pas fixée au mur, et il n'y a pas de panneau douce. Le sèche-cheveux est faible et le bureau est très petit. Il n'y a pas de système d'éclairage intelligent ou de mode de climatisation automatique. Le sol de la salle de bain est froid et le miroir est situé à l'autre côté du lit, ce que je trouve personnellement inconfortable. La demande d'eau potable n'a été remplie qu'après 45 minutes. Il est inconnu comment un hôtel avec un rating de cinq étoiles peut fonctionner sans une salle de sport. Le personnel semblait généralement inamical, surtout dans le restaurant. Les boissons ne sont pas offertes pendant le petit déjeuner; les clients doivent approcher le bar pour commander le café. Le cacao est disponible pour un supplément de 15 GEL. Les petits-déjeuners sont généralement bons, mais le chef utilise des oignons très largement, y compris dans les salades et autres plats, qui ne sont pas adaptés à tous les invités. Sur le côté positif, j'ai reçu une mise à niveau de la chambre en raison de l'absence de la catégorie de la chambre réservée, ainsi qu'un agréable anniversaire de l'hôtel. L'hôtel peut être adapté pour des séjours courts sans attentes élevées, mais des améliorations dans les services et les installations de la chambre amélioreraient sensiblement le niveau de confort.

Great hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next day’s trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3–4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying it’s hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.

В проживании были и плюсы и минусы. Плюсы: Красивый интерьер Чисто и хорошо убирались каждый день Есть все необходимые принадлежности: тапочки, халаты, шампуни, щетки и т.д. Просторный номер Много вешалок и шкафов для вещей Отличный бассейн, сауна, тренажерный зал с большим выбором тренажеров и оборудования В номере климат контроль Минусы: Далеко от всех достопримечательностей, на горе Вид из окна был на помойку Перед отелем стройка, поэтому красивого вида нет нигде Во второй день не поставили воду в номер, а персонал сказал пить из-под крана. Но на следующий день они исправились Телефон в номере не работает (кнопка вызова ресепшен), приходилось ходить на ресепшен по любым вопросам Мало кто из персонала говорит на русском, но и на английском они видимо плохо понимают, так как несколько раз давали ложную информацию. В целом отель норм, если вы на машине, и если снимать за те деньги, что я снимала (~100$ в сутки за номер с двумя спальнями).

La chambre est très spacieuse et lumineuse, relativement soignée et propre. Il y a une petite piscine au 15ème étage, mais c'est dommage que je n'aie pas apporté de maillot de bain. Le personnel de la réception était très gentil et a emprunté des adaptateurs de recharge gratuitement Quand je suis parti, la réception m'a dit de me laisser séjourner à nouveau dans leur hôtel.

The best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets. The triple room was very small for three people. The showroom even smaller than reasonable. The room had shabby walls and worn carpet. The is a string Need to update and refresh rooms for the price and star rating. Breakfast was VERY basic and limited for 4*. Don’t expect much at all , if breakfast is imported from your pint of view. The hotel is made up from two houses linked together. One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and big. The linen is fresh and crisp. Very clean. Good luck and enjoy your trip!
