Cette fois, j'ai eu une chambre qui avait été récemment rénovée - complètement terminée (il y a aussi d'autres chambres). Chambres joliment conçues, salles de bains joliment carrelées, canalisations de chauffage en inox, cabine de douche spacieuse...
Le petit déjeuner est toujours excellent et le personnel est super sympa. Impérial encore la prochaine fois !

J'ai envoyé un e-mail à l'hôtel la veille pour confirmer ma réservation et j'ai reçu leur réponse en quelques minutes, ce qui était formidable. La chambre est largement suffisante pour une personne. La station de métro est à quelques minutes à pied, ce qui est pratique. Le chauffage fonctionne bien. J'aurais cependant aimé que la chambre soit plus éclairée : la lumière est assez faible, ce qui rend le travail difficile. Le wifi est un peu faible également.
Fournis : seulement deux cintres (plus serait préférable), réfrigérateur, télévision.
Non fournis : sèche-cheveux, bouilloire, etc. Possibilité d'emprunter du matériel à la réception contre une caution de 10 €.

L'hôtel dispose d'un personnel formidable et d'un emplacement idéal près de l'aéroport ! Le personnel est irréprochable, professionnel et sympathique ! Très impressionné ! L'espace spa avec piscine, bar et restauration sur place est de premier ordre. Cet établissement vaut vraiment le détour et j'y retournerai sans hésiter !
Le restaurant est également fabuleux, et ce superbe hôtel possède un restaurant étoilé au Michelin !
Ce que je ne comprends pas, c'est pourquoi je n'offre pas une bouteille d'eau gratuite aux voyageurs du monde entier qui paient cher pour leur séjour. Il n'y a pas d'eau à moins de payer 6 euros la bouteille ! Une économie de moyens, pour une chambre d'hôtel de cette catégorie à plus de 180 euros.

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres doubles en tant que famille (grands-parents + 1 adulte + 1 enfant). L'hôtel nous a donné deux chambres à côté et avec porte de connexion. Cela nous a très heureux! Les chambres sont grandes et calmes. Quand j'ai constaté qu'un couvercle n'était pas propre 100%ig, ils ont immédiatement changé le couvercle et se sont excusés.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, au pied du château de Neuschwanstein et à proximité du lac alpin, ce qui est très confortable. Le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel est professionnel et compétent. Il propose une grande variété d'options de petit-déjeuner, notamment des omelettes et du miel en nid d'abeille préparés sur place. La chambre est propre et lumineuse, surtout climatisée et moderne. Dommage que la salle de bain n'ait qu'une porte vitrée. Globalement satisfait et passé une excellente soirée.

酒店在富森小鎮的邊緣，離新天鵝堡挺近的。小鎮很安靜。酒店邊上500米左右有REWE超市，晚上20:00關門。酒店有地下收費停車庫，不過要先辦理入住，再刷房卡進地下車庫。出來是要拉一下地庫出口垂下的一根塑料鏈條，車庫門擋板就會升起。算是中規中矩的一家酒店吧。

L'environnement à proximité du bureau client est excellent, il y a un restaurant de qualité, à quelques pas de l'office, que ce soit pour les affaires ou pour les repas quotidiens, vous pouvez répondre à vos besoins.

A noter que l'hôtel ne fournit pas de chaussons et pas d'eau minérale. L'eau du robinet est de l'eau potable directe, vous pouvez donc la boire en toute confiance.

They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. 靠近慕尼黑HBF，旁邊有餐館，還有葯店，方便；房間床很大，枕頭有些硬；我們訂的商務雙床間，從房間到浴室之間還有一個像起居間的地方，非常寬敞；拖鞋很舒服；酒店前台也很熱情。
不過明顯做房屋清潔的人丟三落四。到的第1天，房間裏既沒有拖鞋，也忘了燒水壺，沐浴露也快沒有了。我們第2天沒有讓做衞生，第3天讓做了一個衞生，結果洗澡巾又衹換了一個人的，沐浴露洗髮露還是忘了加。
周邊環境和往來人羣複雜，快走到酒店這條小街時，明顯感到路上有很多的複雜的人羣。我們這一路旅行，每到一個海外城市其實大多住在火車站附近，雖然往來人多，但看上去基本還都是比較週週整整的正常出行的人。但這一家三獅旅社那條街上明顯看複雜很多（總有一些無所事事的人站在兩邊），而一些鋪面的招牌上讓人猜可能是複雜的場所吧，每次經過時心裏有些異樣。這一點攜程完全沒有提示，有些不應該，如果是單身的女性或者帶很小的孩子家庭是不推薦住在那裡的。

IInvitéL'hôtel est proche de la gare, mais la fenêtre de cette pièce est très petite à l'autre côté, il devrait être adapté à la partage d'une fenêtre à côté, mais cette fenêtre a une fenêtre avec un quart de la fenêtre. La chambre est rectangulaire, puis la position des deux côtés est très bonne, Mais la position du lit et du mur est trop proche, la boîte ne peut être remorquée par les gens très chaudes, donc la poche peut prendre le sac de bagages du lit. Les gens ne peuvent pas se déplacer. La dernière journée n'a pas de bains chauds. En résumé, cette chambre n'est pas une bonne chambre, Trip.com me fait encore une fois. Trip.com me fait une autre fois.

IInvitéThis is a premium hotel at an affordable price and we had a great stay at the Park Plaza Nuremberg. The rooms are modern, large, comfy and bright. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
We had a quick check in and there is some infused water and fruit near the front desk you can enjoy during your stay. They also helped guide us to the parking across the street at the Hauptbahnhof parkade which has designated parking spaces if you keep to the right once you enter on the first level. All we needed to do was to trade our parking pass for one of hotels and it cost 17 euros a day with unlimited in/out privileges and we could stay as late if needed the next day.
The rooms are nicely appointed with some modern decor, good lighting, a couple of comfy chairs, a desk, large TV, coffee/tea station, mini fridge and a bluetooth speaker. The bed was very comfy and we got a very good night's rest here. There was an Albrecht Durer book in our room as well as some Albrecht Durer inspired art in the hotel. They provided a complimentary mineral water in the room which we chilled and enjoyed after a big day of walking throughout Nuremburg.
The bathroom is large with a nice big shower and good jasmine/bergamot bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There is plenty of counter space, a towel warming rack and a thick door which made for a nice experience. The bathroom was pretty clean but there were some dust bunnies under the sink and one of the cups did not look clean. The shower offered great pressure with a rain shower head and a handheld. Hot water was very easy to get and plentiful.
The location of this hotel is ideal if you plan on exploring the city by foot. It is within a 15 minute walk to most of Nuremburg's best attractions and is right across the street from the central station and where the Handwerkerhof Nuremberg (crafts market) and Frauentor. In addition to the central station and it's Ubahn offerings there is also a large bus terminal and plenty of trams right in front of the hotel too. There are plenty of good restaurants in the old town area nearby too and some fast service restaurants in the central station. There is an underpass to get into the central station which makes the hotel easy to get to.

IInvitéI felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

AAToiI recently stayed at Flemings Hotel for three nights and found its location to be exceptional. Just a 5-minute walk from München Hauptbahnhof (central station), the hotel is also very close to Marienplatz and easily walkable to the renowned art museums, making it perfect for travelers wanting to explore Munich on foot.
The room was noticeably clean, maintaining a high standard of housekeeping. However, one unusual design feature stood out - the fully glass toilet area. While visually modern, this design choice completely lacks privacy, which felt awkward and uncomfortable. It's something potential guests should be aware of before booking.
The hotel's Italian restaurant was a consistent highlight of my stay. I dined there every evening, and the dinner service was exceptional. The service staff during dinner were particularly outstanding - attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was consistently good, making my evening meals a real pleasure.
