À bien des égards, cet hôtel est excellent : chambres spacieuses, douche agréable, personnel confortable et accueillant, et petit-déjeuner excellent, le tout pour un prix raisonnable, voire bon marché. Une navette assure la liaison avec l'aéroport depuis un hôtel voisin pour 7 euros, MAIS elle se situe juste sous le couloir aérien et à côté d'une route très fréquentée, ce qui la rend bruyante. De plus, les chambres ne sont pas climatisées. Le choix de séjourner dans cet hôtel ou non vous appartient.

In diesem Hotel ist alles stimmig. Vom Frühstück - super umfangreich, am Sonntag von 7-11 Uhr bis zum Ambiente in der Bar oder Sitzgruppen im Anschluss an die Bar. Für Wellness und Freibad gibt’s entsprechende Angebote. Ein all in one Erlebnis. Ein unschöner Punkt ist das Bett, das aus 2 zusammenhängenden Betten besteht. Die einzelnen Betten sind recht schmal, sodass ich immer wieder mit der Besucherritze Bekanntschaft machte. Entweder ein größeres Einzel Bett buchen, oder Queensize oder größer auswählen. Interessant ist auch der Vorhang, der sich mit Knöpfen verschließen lässt.

Les installations étaient excellentes et l'emplacement idéal. En revanche, le service du personnel laissait à désirer, ce qui est inadmissible pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. 1. L'enregistrement était bondé et interminable. 2. On m'a attribué une chambre avec douche alors que j'avais demandé une baignoire. 3. La télévision était en panne. 4. J'ai demandé un changement de chambre à cause de ces deux problèmes. Bien que ma demande ait été acceptée par téléphone, on m'a demandé de m'expliquer à nouveau dans le hall. On m'a également affirmé au départ qu'il n'y avait pas de chambres avec baignoire, ce qui était faux. 5. J'avais commandé un assortiment de boissons au service d'étage, mais la bière incluse n'est jamais arrivée. Après ma réclamation, elle a finalement été livrée, mais j'ai été facturé deux fois. 6. Malgré mes explications, le personnel a persisté à affirmer que l'historique était correct. J'ai donc demandé une confirmation, et après vérification, l'erreur a été corrigée. Malgré le standing de l'hôtel, j'ai été déçu par ces erreurs répétées et leur refus de les reconnaître. Les commodités étaient véritablement inexistantes.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns beim Check-in geholfen, da wir es an dem Automaten leider nicht hinbekommen haben. Die Zimmer sind klein und die Teppiche in den Zimmern und im Flur riechen wirklich unhygienisch. Da an den Fenstern keine Fliegengitter ran sind hatten wir im Zimmer drei Baumkäfer. Für eine Nacht war es sonst in Ordnung aber für längere Aufenthalte würde ich mich nach etwas anderem umsehen. Wie bereits erwähnt die Servivekraft ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. :)

I had a really great stay. The hotel was clean, well equipped and they even provided complimentary sparkling water. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop, which makes it a very good choice if you are catching a flight.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, au pied du château de Neuschwanstein et à proximité du lac alpin, ce qui est très confortable. Le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel est professionnel et compétent. Il propose une grande variété d'options de petit-déjeuner, notamment des omelettes et du miel en nid d'abeille préparés sur place. La chambre est propre et lumineuse, surtout climatisée et moderne. Dommage que la salle de bain n'ait qu'une porte vitrée. Globalement satisfait et passé une excellente soirée.

Location is perfect, within 5min walking distance to their old town and market square, 10-15min drive to Neuschwanstein Castle (parking area). The room is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide onsite parking, need check in first, get the keycard to open the garrage gate.

I’ve stayed before and I will stay again if I return o Munich in the future. If you have a car they have parking available but not free which seems to be the norm at least for the all the places I have stayed in Germany Austria and Switzerland If you are not driving then the hotel is about a two minute walk from a bus stop and about 10 minutes ride from the Train Station Clean comfortable room., strong shower. Meets all my requirements. Friendly helpful staff

Das Hotel ist ideal, wenn man in die Therme will. Optimal sind die vielen Geschäfte aussenherum und die gratis Parkplätze. Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen doch sehr ruhig!
