Хороший парк можно купаться в одном из Бассейнов всю ночь. Много горок детям очень понравилось башня с горками они могут даже кататься там самостоятельно. Хороший большой бассейн. Хороший завтрак разнообразные продукты. Очень классный тропический лес внутри.

Bonne équipe très accueillant, souriant et agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et joli. La literie est très confortable. Petit bémol au niveau dde la douche car l'eau change de température pendant la douche ce qui est pas très agréable. Agréablement surprise car dans la chambre il y avait bouteille d'eau bouilloire et thé café... Petit déjeuner sympa mais .

Le service est enthousiaste et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Bien que loin de la ville, l'hôtel a deux supermarchés sur le côté opposé et les achats sont convenables. L'hébergement est propre et sèche, même si la porte est vieille, mais le sentiment de sécurité est suffisant.

Venir en Allemagne depuis l’Italie, c’est comme aller au Japon depuis l’Asie du Sud-Est. La qualité de cet hôtel est à la hauteur du prix, le petit déjeuner est copieux et la chambre est équipée en standard d'une machine à café. Les différents designs sont en accord avec le style pratique, simple mais pas simple, je lui donnerai une bonne critique. et réservez avec la prochaine fois.

Situé à proximité de l'aéroport, cet établissement présente une décoration moderne. Facile d'accès en bus, il dispose d'un système d'enregistrement et de départ entièrement électrique.

Apartment was very nice and tidy. It had so many nice amenities in the room and I loved the TV was able to face the bed! Check in and check out services was really easy and smooth, all digital. The hotel's location is a 5 to 20-minute walk from the bus stop (depending on which bus you took), with buses running every 30 minutes to berlin airport. It's approximately one hour from Berlin Central Station from the Berlin Airport. A key point to note is that the main entrance door locks after ~10 PM, and there is no night staff. We discovered this the hard way one evening and panicked. We later found out that you must use the hotel's website app (the same one used for check-in) to unlock the door. There is a ”front door” button in the app that triggers the lock. This was not immediately obvious, as we saw another traveler struggling with the same issue. I highly recommend setting up the app beforehand, as checking in late at night without it would be very difficult.

This is new hotel, conveniently located very close to the central train station in Potsdam. Take the exit to Friedrich-Engels-Straße, turn right and you already see the new nice looking building about 300 m away on the other side of the street ”Lange Brücke” (long bridge). The reception and breakfast area is on the first floor (Erdgeschoss), well lighted with large windows. Everything looks new, nice and neat. (No worries, no smell at all from construction materials or new furniture, also not in the corridors or in my room). The standard room I booked is small with minimalistic furniture, but I like it simple anyway. The tiles in the bathroom are real cool and nice looking, so is the carpet and color arrangement in the floors. The staff was friendly, but you need to be a bit patient, as several if them are new and still being trained on the software to check in. 😊 No doubt, next trip to Potsdam I will chose the same hotel.

Superbe location. Service amiable. Bon petit déjeuner. Mais: Internet super lente si vous travaillez en tout cas. Pas de flexibilité en location de vélos. Le personnel a essayé d'être utile mais n'était pas très informé dans certaines zones. Les pommes de bienvenue gratuites étaient un joli touche. La chambre elle-même aurait pu être plus propre. Fracture de la fenêtre. La télévision n'a pas fonctionné correctement en raison de problèmes d'internet. L'eau n'a pas été remplie. Le service de la chambre est très bien placé, mais il est très bon de vous demander un service qui ne m'attend pas à demander des choses.

This resort and spa complex is much larger than it first appears. It features a network of tunnels that seamlessly connect the different buildings. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to walk in nature and unwind in a relaxing spa. Accommodations are spread across several distinct buildings; while I can't speak for the other rooms, mine was perfectly fine. They also serve a truly excellent breakfast. The location is incredibly secure, quiet, and completely free from city noise and pollution. I will definitely stay here again the next time I pass through the area.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, die Lage am See ist schön, direkt Infrastruktur in Form von Geschäften, anderen Restaurants,… ist fußläufig nicht vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist schön. Der Service ist jedoch mangelhaft bzw. unorganisiert. Folgende Punkte sind uns negativ aufgefallen: Wir kamen als Gruppe mit 2 Hunden. Trotz vorheriger Anmeldung und Zusage / Absprache waren keinerlei Hundenäpfe oder vergleichbare Dinge auf den Zimmern vorhanden. Im Restaurant dürfen die Hunde nicht sein, das ist absolut nachvollziehbar. Die Rezeption sagte uns, wir sollten im Restaurant Bescheid sagen, um für unsere größere Gruppe plus 2 Hunde dann eine Reservierung auf der Terrasse oder in der Lobby vorzunehmen. Das Restaurant nahm am Vorabend den Zettel entgegen mit konkreter Zeit. Am nächsten Morgen war nichts reserviert und wir erhielten die Info morgens im Restaurant, dass generell keine Reservierung vorgenommen wird. Bei einer 8-köpfigen Truppe ist das unbefriedigend, grade dann, wenn aufgrund der Gruppengröße und Hunde nicht alle Bereiche genutzt werden dürfen. Das Publikum im Hotel ist sehr gemischt. Das Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt. Außer der kostenpflichtigen Tiefgarage (16 Euro pro Nacht) gibt es keine befestigten Parkplätze in der Nähe. Man kann an dem Waldweg auf dem Grünstreifen parken, die Parkplätze sind aber im Sommer aufgrund des nahen Sees meist belegt. Der Wunsch, nahe beieinander liegende Zimmer zu erhalten, konnte vom Hotel nicht erfüllt werden, wir waren in unterschiedlichen Häusern untergebracht. Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen oder eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung sucht man vergeblich auf dem Zimmer. Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Der Service im Restaurant ist ok, Trinken für die Hunde gab es nicht, die GetränkeKarten am Nachmittag haben wir uns selbst organisiert und dann an der Kasse im Restaurant Bescheid gesagt. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Frisches Obst, Rührei und Pancakes findet man auch. Insgesamt für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber kein Highlight. Für einen Urlaub würden wir nicht buchen, für eine Nacht zur Erkundung, Termine oder Durchreise eventuell wieder.
