La chambre était super grande, le lit très confortable. C'était propre et le personnel était gentil. Je n'avais pas aussi bien dormi dans un lit d'hôtel depuis longtemps ! Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel pile à l'heure du check-out. Nous avons pu utiliser l'ascenseur, mais n'avons plus pu accéder au couloir, et donc à la chambre, car la carte magnétique n'était plus active. Tout est super sécurisé. L'employé de la réception l'a réactivée et nous avons pu vider la chambre tranquillement avant de faire le check-out. Si je me souviens bien, le parking dans le garage était aussi gratuit. Mais sans garantie. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel.

Je suis très satisfait. Propre et agréable. Spacieux. Et j'ai bénéficié d'un bon prix grâce à ma réservation via Trip. Que du bonheur ! Emplacement : tout près de Decathlon, dans une zone commerçante. Un McDonald's se trouve juste en face de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est entouré d'arbres et d'un espace vert. Il est également tout près d'une gare routière, d'où l'on peut facilement rejoindre la vieille ville.

Parking: Ample parking space available for guests. Cons: Limited Dining Options: On-site dining was limited; however, there are several restaurants nearby. Basic Amenities: The hotel is more of a straightforward accommodation, lacking some luxury features found in higher-end hotels. Sound Insulation: Some noise from neighboring rooms or outside could be heard, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. Overall: Hotel Circle Inn provides a reliable and comfortable stay for those visiting Ramstein Airbase, especially if you prioritize location and cleanliness. It’s a practical choice for military personnel, contractors, or travelers seeking a no-frills, convenient hotel.

Excellent location, beautiful castle and convenient for hosting a group of 6. We had our own area so no need to be forced into the common area. Beds were good, but the rooms are a bit noisy when there are other guests in the adjacent room. We were lucky that we were able to join the ****** dinner theater show that was planned the first night, that was a lot of fun. There was also a wedding party in the basement the second night. Sound wise not too much of an issue with the music, but the guests were smoking and talking in front of the bedrooms until very late. Not a huge problem, but it would have been better if the hotel made sure the wedding guests were standing on the other side of the courtyard as now it was like they were standing inside the room. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast excellent. An ideal location for a short trip. Highly recommended.

The hotel chain is all located near train station and we trust the brand. That's the reason we chose this hotel. This one is about 10 minutes walk from Mainz train station. Very easy for travelling. It's also within walking distance to the old town where there are few Christmas markets - all about 20 minutes' walk. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has enough hooks and rails for towels and clothes. Staff are very friendly. In general, the Germans are hospitable and friendly to foreigners.

L'hôtel est propre et les chambres sont belles et grandes. Le service est ainsi et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'équipements disponibles. Pour un endroit pour dormir, il est OK, mais pas pour plus de quelques nuits.

Belle vue et air frais depuis le balcon. Tout est vert à l'extérieur, idéal pour admirer le coucher de soleil ou faire du trail. Le calme est absolu. Cependant, il n'y a rien à proximité à moins de prendre la voiture ou le bus 11 (devant l'hôtel). Pas de climatisation, même si elle n'était pas nécessaire même durant cet été particulier. Le chauffage intérieur est standard. Les tringles à rideaux ne glissent pas bien et laissent passer la lumière le matin, ce qui fait qu'on est réveillé dès le lever du soleil.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, the place is an easy walk from Mainz Hbf so train and local amenities are near, room was warm, I had a queen room but they use two singles put together which I felt was strange as you can only really sleep on one side but it was comfortable to sleep, room isn't quiet, the trains are near the hotel so early morning it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the people in the rooms next to you, I had a guy with the deepest snore next to me it was like the room was vibrating, if you are a deep sleeper then its perfect otherwise light sleepers might have trouble.
