Location was great - right next to the international airport as well as a major hospital. It's also an easy 5minute walk to the bus stop if you'd like to take the local transport. The grounds are beautifully kept & very well maintained- there's cleaning and pruning of the beautiful landscape everyday.
Pool was lovely with a slide. Gorgeous addition to the well maintained grounds. Hopefully they'll water blast the steps up to the slides as it was mouldy and slippery.
Rooms were nice and clean. Enough utensils to use and the usual bathroom amenities.
Security at both gates were great,friendly and helpful. Free parking space was a bonus.
Staff were so good except for the kitchen staff - we had to wait an hr for dinner which was sitting cold on the countertop with no one bringing the food over. I had to go and ask if the food was ours and indeed it was.

Bien que Pacific Harbour soit relativement rustique, l'intérieur de l'hôtel est très agréable. Il y a aussi un chanteur sur place pour le petit-déjeuner. En raison de conflits d'horaires, l'hôtel a également accepté de modifier la croisière au coucher du soleil proposée par l'hôtel par un autre itinéraire, à l'exception du restaurant indien de Deli, qui est un peu bruyant avec des chants et des danses tous les jours. nuit, cet hôtel mérite d'être recommandé.

Excellent resort hotel short walk from Latoka centre. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. There is a guest laundry in the hotel and a good supermarket and wine store nearby. The breakfast was quite good but not amazing. The staff were excellent. Ignore Google Maps in Latoka as it takes you the long way around or into one way roads going the wrong way. Dinner at the Fiji Northern Club or the smokehouse at the South Seas club recommended.

Gateway est très pratique, juste en face de l'aéroport de Nadi. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la piscine, nous pouvions donc marcher directement de la chambre à la belle piscine.
La nourriture du restaurant était excellente.
C'était la troisième fois que nous séjournions à Gateway. Ils proposent une navette pour l'aéroport.

L'environnement de l'hôtel est bon, le service est bon, le personnel est très enthousiaste, il aide avec les bagages lorsqu'ils vont et viennent et il ne facture pas de pourboire. C'est juste que les installations intérieures sont vétustes et que les toilettes ne tirent jamais la chasse d'eau, donc demander à quelqu'un d'y jeter un œil n'est qu'une solution à court terme. Je n'ai pas d'autre choix que d'utiliser une poubelle pour récupérer l'eau nécessaire aux toilettes chaque jour. L'eau de la salle de douche n'était pas lisse et mes pieds étaient toujours trempés dans l'eau. Ce n'était pas un séjour heureux. Pour être précis, il ne peut être considéré que comme un motel. Non recommandé.

La chambre d'un ami avait tout ce que j'avais besoin et plus. Livraison confortable de grand lit, douche énorme. Une cuisine pleine avec toutes les essences pour que je puisse cuisiner mes propres repas. C'est un appartement grand et ouvert plan. Une grande télévision dans le salon et la chambre. Tout était super propre et brillant. La machine à laver était essentielle et très appréciée. Tous les membres du personnel étaient juste agréables, amicaux et utiles. Il y a un garde de sécurité sur place après des heures. Vous vous sentiez toujours en sécurité. Parking sûr dans le hall derrière la porte de verrouillage.....de sorte que ma voiture était toujours en sécurité.
Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable.

UUtilisateur anonymeSéjourner à l'hôtel a été une bonne expérience. Nous avons été accueillis avec un grand sourire par le personnel. Ils nous ont accompagnés jusqu'à notre chambre, nous ont tout expliqué sur la chambre et nous ont ensuite rappelé qu'ils seront toujours là si nous avons besoin d'aide. La chambre que nous avons réservée est bien équipée. L'emplacement est le meilleur car il offre la meilleure vue que j'aie jamais vue. Vous pouvez voir le coucher de soleil depuis votre balcon ainsi que les montagnes et vous pouvez également voir clairement le panneau de l'aéroport de Nafi comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo. L'hôtel est propre et ils font le service de chambre tous les jours. De plus, ils rappellent toujours à leurs clients leur petit-déjeuner, leur déjeuner et leur dîner. Leur service était tellement bon. Tout dans cet hôtel est génial. J'AI ADORÉ !

Very friendly staff and always something going on , with the reef and walks , swimming etc plenty to do.
The food is very good , breakfast is very good and cooked to order, compliments to the Chef.
Dinner was also very enjoyable , portion size is large, and well received.
The Dinning room is well spread with larger groups down the bottom and individuals and families up the top , never felt too crampt or over whelmed.
Rooms were great not 5 star by any means but they don't try to be the rooms were very good nice mattresses good sleeping a shower inside and outside for something different.
The gardens are excellent with garden staff maintaining them constantly its a real bounus they do a wonderful job.
The Staff in general are great always smiling and open for a chat. They all help one another and make it a fun organised resort .
The Room staff who makeup and clean rooms are wonderful throughout the whole place nothing was a chore
The Gym i used everyday needs a bit of a spruce up needs a treadmill and a new workout bench but I made do and still did well.
A lovely lovely place for a holiday!
Don't hesitate to book as after a few days you'll ask why didn't you book for longer like we did.

Excellent service and helpful staff, I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it, the staff accommodated me with early checkout and late breakfast.

GgelacheungLe complexe n'est pas très grand, mais il offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et à l'intérieur. Il compte trois restaurants principaux. Le restaurant italien Lagoon House, au bord de la piscine, propose une excellente cuisine. Nous vous recommandons de souscrire à une formule petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner (boissons non comprises) ; même en omettant les deux repas, le prix reste avantageux. Veuillez noter que la piscine à débordement, avec sa vue imprenable sur l'océan, n'est pas accessible aux enfants de moins de 12 ans. Cette politique semble être similaire dans d'autres complexes.
Le complexe n'est pas particulièrement animé et ne propose pas beaucoup d'activités nautiques. Cependant, la petite plage de la baie intérieure est exceptionnelle, avec son eau claire et son sable blanc et doux, agréable à marcher. Elle est également idéalement située juste à côté de la piscine principale. Cette dernière a une profondeur de 1,20 à 1,40 mètre, ce qui la rend déconseillée aux très jeunes enfants.

IInvitéA very VERY strange experience here I must say.. I arrived at the 28 bed dorm room (even though trip.com said it was 10 bed) and there was no sign of any other life in the dorm at all. Most of the beds looked like they had been made months ago and nobody had slept in them since because they were covered in a layer of dust and dirt.. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and they said I’m the only one booked in so I just accepted it as it was. However, later on when I was sitting the bar a member of staff approached me and told me I had been upgraded (because supposedly the dorms weren’t clean due to a big group having checked out yesterday) so I ended up spending two nights in a luxurious Bure, the first night shared with someone else who was booked in for the dorms. The Bure was beautiful and spotless and I am very grateful for the upgrade. The outside shower was also very nice!
The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from! Eggs, sausages, beans, bread, cakes, yogurts, fruit, multiple cereals, tea, coffee and juice, one morning there were pancakes.
The only downsides to this resort is they don’t have any activities or excursions of their own and they direct you to the hotel further along - I did snorkelling there which costs $75 - the whole thing felt rushed in my opinion and the trip wasn’t worth the money. We got barely any time in the water and there was no time to stop and observe anything, seemed like the guys on the boat just wanted to get it all over and done with as fast as possible.

IInvitéThis is not up to standard with a 5-star resort. Overall it’s a nice stay, but overpriced and don’t go expecting 5-star luxury. It unfortunately has not kept up with the maintenance it has needed over the years.
Negatives
- had aircon issues and slept without aircon, they moved us rooms to fix this
- had a leak above our shower in both tooms
- fridge was broken in both rooms
- lack of pool towels for number of guests, tried getting a pool towel on multiple occasions to be told they were out. When we eventually got some they were stained.
- lack of snorkle gear for guests, we unfortunately couldn’t snorkle because they were always out. We spoke to other guests who went and bought some because they couldn’t get any either
- aircon in rooms is very loud
- internet access drops out constantly
- we couldn’t watch tv as the internet was down for netflix on the tv and we were told we could only watch it on phones or ipads
- food menus in the room are dirty and falling apart
Positives
- most of the staff is really friendly
- adults only pool is calm and quiet
- good assortment of activities and things to do in the hotel
- staff is mostly helpful when you need things
We actually tried to refund the end of our stay so we could leave. I wouldn’t recommend it to people and just know if you do stay here it is more like a 3 to 4 star resort.

KKITTYANTParce qu'une partie de l'hôtel est en cours de rénovation, les amis qui souhaitent rester peuvent communiquer avec la réception de l'hôtel à l'avance pour ne pas organiser de séjour du côté rénové, car il s'agit d'un nouvel hôtel et les installations de l'hôtel sont relativement récentes. Le balcon de l'hôtel a un accès direct à la piscine, faisant du séjour une bonne expérience. La plage à l'arrière est moyenne, un peu sombre, mais il y a encore beaucoup de coquillages dessus. Globalement assez satisfait.
