La chaise était pleine de poussière. Pas de savon ni de lavage à main fournis et, à la demande, pas fourni. Notre chambre au-dessus de la salle à manger avec fenêtre de baignade était constamment bruyante avec portes ouvertes et fermées et des articles déplacés en et en dehors. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, le centre de la ville est très bien situé.

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

The hotel is approx 7 mins from the nearest reading station. It is near to Oxford and Bicester village and if you planning for a visit to either those place, worth to stay. There are plenty of shops and eateries around and there’s a Tesco express which make our stay convenient. There’s only 1 point, the hotel is without lift, if you have big luggage, and you will need to bring that up to the room yourself.

The welcoming and helpfulness of the receptionist was very nice, he was a kind person. The bathroom was good size, you can move around properly. The only thing I really missed that you have no access to open the window, and for me comes down to -you have to breath in the previous guests smell- The local bus costs £1.75 and runs every half an hour (which is not much) plus airport shuttle bus charges you £6.50 both runs twice in an hour. It’s is a nice quiet please, unfortunately there is no shops around the area, but despite this I still recommend this place. The level of cleanliness worth to stay.

A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain).

Super hôtel, parking gratuit, chambres plus grandes, pas particulièrement neuves, mais la salle de bain et la chambre ont des radiateurs. Parce qu'il est autonome, le trafic est très pratique. Surtout pour le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel, le barbecue est fortement recommandé, le steak au barbecue est très délicieux et l'environnement du restaurant est bon.

Hotel bien ubicado a 10 minutos del centro de newbury. Limpio y ordenado. El cuarto era mas grande de lo que vimos en las fotos. Muy cómodo y funcional.

The Staff of this Travel lodge are very helpful indeed. All go out of their way to help. When we arrived, Sanjay helped us with car parking and stored luggage for us while we sorted it out. We were given items we asked for when the cleaner forgot to leave them in our room. The breakfast staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The hotel is in an excellent location and is quiet at night.

Il a été très bien placé pour vous aider à vous aider à trouver un établissement de qualité. Si vous avez fait l'erreur de rester à Holiday Inn près de la route de retour qui était terrible, dépensez votre argent ici au lieu.

L'hôtel est dans le village anglais et se trouve à trois minutes de la course. Le petit-déjeuner anglais de l'hôtel est très délicieux et les flèches de poissons frites dans le restaurant sont également très authentiques. Si vous séjournez la prochaine fois, vous choisissez ici.
