Stayed here for a weekend at the Cotswolds. Great location as base for visiting surrounding villages. Nice short drive into Cheltenham city. Clean rooms, great reception and restaurant service. The same breakfast selection every day but it was good and covered the basics of an English breakfast. They were also very on it when refilling stations. Didn’t get to try any amenities this time though.

Friendly staff especially Anthony and blessing made me and my partner feel welcome and attended to all our requests

We stayed here for Badminton Horse trials and had a great time! The staff were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The breakfast was nice and there was a wide range of food available. We had dinner there every night as well which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This was our second trip to this hotel. The location is stunning,  to  wake in the morning and pull back the curtains to reveal a panoramic view of the lake was breathtaking. Breakfasts are amongst the best we’ve ever had. Service first class across the board. Highly recommended.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très propre. Le ménage est un établissement de qualité, mais il est très bien placé pour les ménages. Options de rose bien limitées. Les chambres sont bien conçues et hautes technologies, comme la machine à café, le lait dans le réfrigérateur et les biscuits. Pas de thé gris précoce ou de lait de barbe. Sèche-cheveux et vapeurs de haute technologie. La douche est puissante et spacieuse. Confortez votre lit et votre air con. Vêtement de robe manquée de la ceinture !

Décent. Avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin si vous n'utilisez qu'une nuit. Les lits sont confortables. Baignoire et douche dans notre chambre. Té et café Toutes les installations fonctionnent, ne vous attendez pas de luxe pour le prix que vous payez.

La chambre est bonne, c'est que l'élévateur est cassé, l'attitude du serveur est très bonne, aidez à mentionner la porte de la chambre. C'est le meilleur hôtel de visite à l'école.

This hotel is luxurious and on this our second stay was just as gd except for breakfast The location of the table meant my husband had difficulty getting to his chair each time due to a sideboard close to his chair. The staff were not v attentive and I had to look for a member of staff to clear the table of bowls and glasses folllowing our first course of yoghurt & granola. Our choice of cooked breakfast was served to the table but we had to help ourselves to toast. The cooked breakfast came to the table COLD. The bacon was tough as it must have be sitting either in a warmer or under a heater !! At no staff during breakfast did waiting staff ask if we needed anything further or if everything was ok !! On leaving the restaurant there were no staff to make a complaint to. We were in the breakfast room between 9 & 9.30 there were only a few other tables with guests in the breakfast room.

Disappointed at first off when I found out I had to pay a further £5 for parking my car. First appearance was it seemed very dated. The room was ok, bed clean and comfortable, tea, coffee making facilities. TV was a limited on stations, but absolutely no WiFi or if there was it wasn’t available in my room. Noise from the next door room, and from upstairs in particular was unbearable, I think they must have been real heavyweights as every step across their room was vibrating down through my ceiling, and at one point sounded like they were jumping off the bed it was so loud, I actually thought they would be coming through. The bathroom had really seen better days, felt grubby, mould on the ceiling, plugs in both the bath and the sink were old and broken, and the bath itself had seen better days, but on a positive note the towels were clean. All in all I didn’t feel it was worth the £72 plus parking fees and wouldn’t recommend, unless you could get it for less than £40 Max.

The room was nice, amenities were good and exactly what they stated it would be. Unfortunately the other guests were very noisy and kept me up all night whilst I had an important assessment. Thats not on the hotel though. Wish there was a couple of be considerate signs in the corridor though.
