Taille de la chambre décevante
La chambre d'hôtel que j'ai reçue n'a pas répondu aux spécifications promises lors de la réservation. La chambre que j'ai entraînée, annoncée comme un espace de 26 m2 de taille royale, était nettement plus petite (environ 20 m2) crampée et difficile à naviguer, avec peu d'espace pour bagages ou mouvement confortable.
L'agent de service a insisté sur la même taille pour que toutes les chambres soient de même taille et a affirmé que j'avais été améliorée à une chambre de taille Queen.
Après presque une heure de discussion tardive avec le gestionnaire de service, à 11 h 30, j'ai finalement été offert une chambre qui était nettement plus spacieuse et alignée sur mes attentes.
Cette expérience souligne l'importance de descriptions honnêtes et précises dans les listes d'hôtels.

We stayed there over Easter holiday. Finding the hotel was easy. There is a ski slope right opposite the hotel which is good for something to do. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment but the gym, steam room, swimming pool, and sauna were in good condition. The sauna was always packed so we ended up waiting for people to leave. The bar was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

La chambre est bonne, c'est que l'élévateur est cassé, l'attitude du serveur est très bonne, aidez à mentionner la porte de la chambre. C'est le meilleur hôtel de visite à l'école.

The hotel service was good and the staff members were helpful! But somehow my booking via Trip.com changed to ticket.com for an unknowns reason that led to double charge of my booking. In the end, the staff members helped sorting out the issue.

L'hôtel est un petit hôtel de qualité, la chambre est propre et propre avec des caractéristiques, la position est très bonne, très proche de CLC, il est également très pratique de partir à la ville, la prochaine fois, vous choisissez certainement d'aller.

古老、美麗、體面的酒店。旅館的門非常小，但是不影響旅館的氣質，浴室的門很舊，但是，水管、淋浴設備都很好，掛毛巾的自動加熱，很人性化。處處展現出歷史。地理位置超好，到哪裡都方便。cheltenham是一個美麗的地方，選擇皇后酒店不後悔。

Good location just a short walk from the town centre.
Hotel is clean and has good amenities.
Booking in was easy using the app.
Near local owned businesses that serve good food and drinks so no need for a bar or food the hotel

Very amazed with the company catering to people with dogs. Breakfast was good, and we slept very well. Would recommend this hotel/chain when travelling.

Lovely hotel!
Slightly ”disappointed” by the dinner service. We arrived at 6:30pm, ordered our meals swiftly with the waitress. Our dinner did not come until after 8:30pm. It was very busy to be fair.

IInvitéStayed for 1 night with breakfast with my son and husband . Had a multiple room ( double and single bed ) .
Room was very clean , good size with a desk and chair . Wardrobe , hairdryer and iron facility. Also good sized Tv .
Bathroom again clean and supplied with towels , hair and shower gel .
The added bonus was access to the fitness suite ( pool and gym ) .
Hotel contained a bar and separate restaurant area . We didn’t have to book a table , we were seated straight away . Food was slightly expensive in price , but adequate.
Breakfast was a buffet , well presented, a variety of choice of cooked and cold choices .
The only thing I would say was a bit of a “ let down” , was paying £7 to park our car in their private car park .
Overall a lovely hotel , to which I would definitely return to !
The Reception lady was also very happy , friendly and chatty 😁

IInvitéHave stayed here several times and usually have a good experience, except for the breakfast arrangements at the beefeater next door.
On this occasion, we arrived with relatives in their 80s to find the rooms that had been refurbished and only completed that day, had no electricity. There was only one person on the desk, and it was a busy day in mid Dec. The poor girl fried frantically to get the electric working in both rooms, for over an hour, eventually
moving us to other rooms on another floor, but again, no electric. We we're beginning to give up hope. Already feeling low as we were attending a younger relatives' funeral the next day. But after 90 minutes, she finally succeeded by using 2 key cards in the lighting slot, giving us light. Needless to say we were all tired and weary. To her credit she offered a refund for the cost of breakfast to compensate, and on feeding our experience back to Premier Inn, they also discounted the cost of the rooms. So we were happy with that, and generally we would stay here again.
Our only other gripe is with the arrangement for breakfast in the beefeater accross the carpark. Having booked full English breakfast, that is what you expect. But being asked on arrival have you paid or not is poor practice, and would expect the booking in and restaurant services to be linked, so that question becomes mute. Then to go through each item in the English breakfast menu to be asked how many of each item is required is really unacceptable. I do hope they seriously explore a better way to greet and serve their customers. Most hotels would usually just ask your room number, which tells them if you have paid for breakfast or not, and then serve you the item as listed on the menu.

CChristopherI actually live in the neighborhood around this hotel, but I booked it to host a friend for the weekend. It's not the easiest option in the vicinity to walk to from the train station, though the walk which goes along the canal for most of the way is super scenic if you have time to spare on arrival. The cab to the hotel was also fairly quick and cost us about fifteen quid.
Check-in was super convenient and casual, and the girl working walked us up to the room to introduce all the amenities and features of our room. The room was well equipped but it was a little bit of a disappointment that it didn't have a mini fridge - there aren't a lot of food options or supermarkets in easy walking distance from the hotel, so we had brought some items with us that we had to leave on the windowsill to keep chilled.
Overall though the room was great. The lower level living room was a super comfy spot to chill and eat, and then the raised bedroom was incredibly cosy. I'm 5'11” and I will say I almost took myself out on the sloped walls a few times - I imagine anyone taller would have to be very careful. I've noticed that showers in this area generally aren't super hot or pressurised, but the setup here wasn't too bad.
The pub below is of course super charming, a great place to sit with a pint and watch the sunset, though we didn't try the food. I will probably come back to this pub, and would stay in the inn again if I ever have any reason to.

DDavid WachendorferMansley refers to their properties as ”managed apartments”. There is no on site staff, you check in online and get a single code that gets you into the building, your room, and the parking. They are very attentive during the stay to make sure you know that if you need anything they are a phone call away. I absolutely love this concept! The property itself appears to have been recently renovated and in immaculate condition. The room was stunning. You walk into a living room area with kitchen with soaring 2 story ceilings. The bedroom is an upstairs loft with king size bed. Towels, linens, mattress, coffee service, etc. are all top of the line. The location can't be beat. Right in the heart of town center with everything you could possible need a short walk away. They have a secure parking lot right next to the property as well. I have stayed at all of the trendy hotels in Cheltenham. This is by far my favorite. Won't stay anywhere else when in Cheltenham. Can't wait to try another Mansley property.

IInvitéLe lieu est étonnant ne me fait pas tort. Il était un peu décevant en termes d'hospitalité et la propreté de la chambre d'hôtel était un peu détestable avec un vapeau et des pantalons utilisés sous le lit avec cheveux dans la baignoire à l'arrivée. En outre, aucune télévision à distance et aucune information sur ce que faire dans l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner était brillant mais quand vous pèsez sur le prix de l'hôtel et l'hospitalité, je ne pense pas que 300 livres méritent le séjour. En outre, les restaurants sont toujours réservés et il est difficile d'obtenir une réservation à moins que vous ne vouliez finir dans le restaurant de la boîte à chevaux la dernière minute.
Le barman était très malin quand je me demandais un menu de boissons, auquel il m'a fait monter pour le menu, et il m'a donc dit de le trouver, en fin de compte un peu décevant, surtout parce qu'une chambre est presque demi grand.
