Very nice hotel, clean, tidy and plenty of attentive staff. We used as a base for exploring Jersey so didn't really use the hotel facilities - except the breakfast which was excellent - although for us it would have been nice if breakfast had started a little earlier maybe 7:30am? (it ran from 8am to 10am which was OK). Late on the last evening when packing we found we couldn't open the room safe as it had malfunctioned, it was after 11pm, but it actually showed the hotel staff in a very good light as the receptionist tried her best to help, the restaurant manager said opening the safe was the priority, and eventually after about twenty minutes the porter did manage to open the safe (”mechanically” - but that's another story!), so all was good ...... the problem was the electronic device - hotel staff were excellent and problem was solved! Overall very good, would stay again.

Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. Le menu de la cuisine était très chaud et sur le côté précieux pour ce qu'il était. La chambre était confortable mais les tapis décoraient et la salle de bain datée, qui était claire des photos et d'autres commentaires, donc il n'était pas une surprise. Malheureusement, il y avait un film en plastique qui était laissé sur le sol de la salle de bain à l'arrivée indiquant qu'il n'avait pas été complètement nettoyé.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et de la plage de bain de mer, peut également marcher jusqu'au centre-ville, en bas se trouve le restaurant Michelin, très délicieux. Le SPA de l'hôtel est co-brandé avec le site Internet d'une marque de produits de beauté et de soins de la peau. Il est nécessaire de prendre rendez-vous un jour à l'avance. Après l'avoir expérimenté, c'est très relaxant et relaxant. Il y a un arrêt de bus à côté, donc c'est très pratique pour aller au zoo.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The room offered breathtaking views of the sea, making each morning a delight to wake up to. Worst experience ever in a restaurant. On our last day here, I was having my breakfast till 10 am when the breakfast time came to an end. I asked one of the staff if I can take my tea to my room, the staff said yes. Other customers are taking drinks and food to home as well. While I was walking out of the restaurant, another staff walked past me and stared at the tea in my hand. She then rolled her eyes dramatically and let out a loud, dismissive ”tsk” sound.

Overall I enjoyed my stay..the only thing I felt let down by was the breakfast buffet...wasn't much options... And the food wasn't worth the price..didn't enjoy what I chose from the buffet

I Loved this hotel the staff went above and beyond and all so friendly , the food was amazing and lots of choice would highly recommend and would definitely come back, I left an item of clothing and contacted the hotel and it was sent to my home address I just paid the postage and received it very quickly thank you to all the staff, if other hotels follow your services they wouldn’t go wrong😊 fantastic hospitality

Once again an excellent stay at the Somerville Hotel, over Christmas. This hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the location cannot be beaten. I can’t wait to return, for another visit, around April 2026. Thank you to all staff, for making my visit so memorable, once again.

Grand hôtel. La location est superbe et nous sommes très heureux d'avoir une vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner était un peu coûteux, mais de bonne qualité. La chambre était spacieuse et bien entretenue. Le personnel était toujours ami et utile, surtout vis-à-vis de mon fils de cinq ans. En raison d'un problème de voyage, nous avons fini par avoir à vérifier quelques heures de retard et le personnel était très bien placé.

Excellent hotel, front staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything you would need, ( a fridge would have been handy) 10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu. Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.
