J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Pullman Liverpool pour une nuit en tant que réservation d'une dernière minute après avoir lu plusieurs commentaires et regardé quelques vidéos de TikTok. À l'arrivée, j'ai été salué chaleureusement, vérifié rapidement, et j'ai fait mon chemin jusqu'à ma chambre sans aucun malheur. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, mais il est très bon, mais il est très bon. La chambre était confortable et agréable pour un séjour agréable. Le parking est très cher, mais l'hôtel vous timbre votre billet qui vous donne un rabais. Les ménages sont très bien placés pour les enfants. Il y avait de la poussière sur les surfaces, des cheveux sur le conteneur de tissus, seulement deux tissus restants, la salle de bain et les miroirs n'étaient pas complètement nettoyés, et le gel de douche n'avait pas été rempli, donc après quelques pompes il n'y avait pas de reste. En général, malgré les problèmes de nettoyage, j'ai eu un séjour agréable et je pense certainement rester ici.

I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.

Booked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately.  We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel.  We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry.  Hotel is nice however looking tired.  Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot.  Otherwise a nice room.

Pour moi, c'était un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour séjourner un jour de match. La chambre était immense et j'aime le vieux look traditionnel des chambres avec une immense salle de bain et un plateau thé/café substantiel. Il se trouve en plein centre-ville et même si je n'ai pas pu m'enregistrer plus tôt, ils ont pu entreposer mes bagages en toute sécurité pendant que je me promenais dans la grande ville.

L'hôtel était idéalement situé où nous n'avons pas à marcher loin des lieux qui étaient environ 6-10 minutes à pied. L'hôtel dispose d'un grand parc de voitures souterraines qui garde notre voiture en sécurité et en sécurité, peu d'hôtels disposent d'un bar et d'un siège pour les invités que nous avons pensé être convenable, la chambre était moderne, très propre et aimée la douche à haute pression qui est réglable, Le petit déjeuner était très bon, nous préférions un anglais complet avec tous les trims, mais il y a l'option continentale et comme c'était un buffet que nous mangeons autant que nous aimions. Beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir à Liverpool et un grand centre commercial que nous avons découvert sur notre chemin de retour du club Cavern et des plats de la douche Tout en tout un brillant premier séjour dans cet hôtel et la 2e fois à Liverpool ...oh et un cri à la réception qui m'a aidé avec notre parking, très patient. Nous planifions notre prochaine séjour à cet hôtel pour un avenir proche.

Great hostel, it’s clean and the rooms are well kept. The beds are amazingly comfortable with a small shelf to keep your phone and watch to charge while you sleep. The vibe is great and it’s very vintage style. Location is amazing. Easy to all public transport, so many shops to eat or get groceries from. Bars and pubs are at your fingertips. The only downside to this hostel is its in room bathroom. Unfortunately this hostel fails majorly on this. I was in an 8 bed dorm, and there was 1 toilet and 2 showers. (Luckily there was only 3 people in my room for my 2 nights) so we could manage. BUT the showers are absolutely awful it has no independent tap for hot or cold water, it has a push button for water and the push button only lasts 3 seconds (SO GUESS WHAT YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE BUTTON IN CONSTANTLY TO SHOWER) so you have one hand to shower with if you want constant water on you, BUT guess what…. The shower hot water is non existent the hot water is hot like a swimming pool on a hot summers day or luke warm at the best. So if you think you going to have a good shower after a long day of exploring or you get filthy from a night out, surprise you going to have the most awful shower. So you gotta pick awful shower for a comfy bed and clean room or stay somewhere else. If I visit Liverpool again I’d skip this hostel only for the fact that I like a nice hot shower at the end of the day to unwind with before going to bed.

We stayed here the night before creamfeilds I will start with the good points .. Staff 10/10 so helpful and very good customer services skills.. cleanliness was top notch, the breakfast was plentiful, the mattress in the bed room was actually one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I have stayed on and I was thinking we would get a lovely nights rest before our festival but on to the bad points. we had the worst nights sleep of our lives our room was facing the road. Now this road is busy throughout the whole of the night. It is non stop, you can hear every car, every lorry, every motor bike, every horn every engine zooming past all throughout the whole night ! We barely slept a wink !! We was shattered the next day. We told the staff the manager said to go through the app we booked on and we can get 20% back as they would of gave us a free breakfast for our trouble but we had already bought one . The manager and receptionist were so lovely. They do know this is an issue and have been trying to get something implemented from the company to resolve this issue as it’s not just us who have complained about this .. and unfortunately I would not stay here again until the issue is resolved and they got the triple glazing windows to reduce noise otherwise I would much rather book another hotel without the noise issues so I could get a good nights rest ..

Basic room but a good location. We were visiting Allerton Manor so it was convenient and just a short drive. Close to the airport and the retail park facing with lots of shops, restaurants and cinema. There were some issues with a leak on our floor but luckily it wasn’t near our room. The air conditioning didn’t work so we had to open a window. There were two portable heaters in the room too as the air conditioning wasn’t working.

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.
