Grand hôtel. Les chambres sont vraiment belles, la zone de cuisine est excellente. Très pratique d'avoir une petite cuisine installée ainsi que les services de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont très propres, modernes et salle de bains de taille très belle. Le salon est très confortable et très confortable et nous avons apprécié la télévision dans les deux chambres. La location est excellente.. centrale à partout dans une zone facile à atteindre. Le parking est minimal sur une première venue première serve la base mais ils s'associent avec une énorme multi-histoire Carpark qui n'est pas loin. Recommander et sera certainement réservé pour de nouveaux voyages à Liverpool

Lieu merveilleux. Très belle zone de réception et bar. Livraison confortable et cuisinières. Short of a few niceties e.g. Shower cap / free bottled water / no refrigerator in the room. Didn't have a breakfast so can't comment on that. Nous avons été en mesure de faire un voyage de shopping de deux nuits et le centre-ville a été réuni pour toutes les petites déceptions.

I recently stayed at The Adelphi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient for getting around. The convenience of having bar on-site was a definite plus. However, one significant drawback was the absence of refrigerators in the rooms. This was quite inconvenient, as it meant I couldn't store any perishable items or keep drinks cold for later, even with the bar downstairs. In today's world, having a fridge in a hotel room is almost an expectation, and its absence was definitely felt. Despite this, I would still recommend The Adelphi for its other positive aspects, convenient amenities, and easy access to transportation. I hope the management considers adding refrigerators to their rooms in the future, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Royal Kibo show all great Staff there was a young lady called fantastic Customer Service very great hospitality concierge all round very good. I would highly recommend that she would go the long distance within the company I feel like she’s a great person. She’s been very helpful Mad at the front desk and also the other staff also have been great too all round very clean great location and also the bar was fantastic and also the Staff once again are great. I would highly recommend the Royal Cliffton here in Southport I would definitely come back and stay here again !

Sauf en matière d'hygiène, il y a des problèmes de nettoyage. Tout le reste. Et il n'y a pas de baignoire trop gros, ou il y a un eau. Une femme de la réception n'a pas le respect.

I had a good stay at Pullman Liverpool. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere and comfort made it an enjoyable experience. The only downside was that the dental kit provided was expired, which was disappointing and something that should be checked more carefully. Aside from that, everything else was great and I had a pleasant stay.

Jai été accueilli par James et Tim, deux super personnes qui malgré mon anglais bancale, ont su me mettre à l'aise et être à l'écoute. Proche d’Anfield stadium je recommande vraiment ce spot pour les amateurs de foot. Un immense merci à l'équipe de m'avoir accueilli et aidé. Je recommande !!!

Les hôtels Leonardo sont une marque réputée et j'y avais déjà séjourné auparavant. J'ai donc décidé d'y retourner, mais cette fois-ci, la moquette était complètement abîmée. Pleine de taches brunes près de la zone reliant les toilettes. La chambre avait un petit balcon, ce qui était également décevant. L'emplacement était bon, mais la propreté était lamentable. J'ai même filmé la moquette insalubre. Après une longue journée et un séjour d'une seule nuit, je n'ai pas eu le courage de demander une autre chambre. Je ne recommande plus Leonardo.

La location est excellente. Il est sur la route depuis les docks Albert. 1 minute's walk. 🚶 Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le personnel est efficace et utile et le check-in est rapide. Les chambres sont propres mais grottes, elles se sentent comme trop de tiges ou de poulets ont été par l'hôtel. Les chambres ont une télévision à travail et un internet très bon, mais sont inférieures à ce que j'avais attendu de Ibis. 🛜
