Everything from check-in to departure was perfect . The room was spotless with a big comfortable bed .
We used the spa and pool which was all extremely clean with very polite staff at reception . This is our 3rd visit here and each time we’ve been very impressed
Breakfast was very pleasant as were all staff .Vast selection of food and beverages for all dietary requirements . We enjoyed the full
English breakfast that was cooked to perfection followed by some fresh pineapple / watermelon .
We’ve stayed here a couple of times when we fly to UK and will continue to enjoy a weekend break here in the future .

Stayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding.
The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby.
Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

La chambre est très confortable et confortable.
Nous avons eu un repas ce soir et bien que nous n'avions pas réservé avant l'arrivée et ils étaient entièrement réservés Mike n'avait pas d'importance à nous trouver un table avec une vue magnifique sur les Broads.

Le jour où nous arrivons, nous avons eu un mariage, mais cela n'a pas entraîné de problèmes de bruit et nous avons aimé regarder à distance!
Tout le personnel et Mike ne pouvaient pas faire assez pour nous et nous avons été offerts un départ tardif que nous avons accepté gentilment.
Il est une honte que nous n'aurions pas pu rester plus longtemps, mais une bonne excuse pour revenir !

Le service était bon
La lumière dans la chambre n'était pas bonne - quand vous entrez dans une chambre vous attendez un échange de lumière à proximité de la porte plutôt que de devoir aller aux échanges de lumière à moitié de la chambre à côté du lit, même le récepteur était ennuyé. Pour obtenir une lumière près de l'entrée de la porte, vous devez tourner la lumière de la salle de bain !!!
Un socket à gauche de la fenêtre est fixé à côté !!!
Les sockets de la main droite de la table de robe ne doivent pas être un sur l'autre
Lots de condensation sur les fenêtres donc goutte-à-goutte en raison des cadres en aluminium

Le service de la chambre était bien , mais les chambres n' étaient pas nettoyées pendant 5 jours ?
Le ménage est un établissement de l'hôtel, mais il est très important de se rendre à l'hôtel. En plus, j'ai mentionné que le double verre de la fenêtre de la chambre avait été éclaté.
La salle de soirée peut également être améliorée.
La cuisine et le service étaient bien.

I’m almost reluctant to sing its praises too loudly in case we can’t get a reservation next time, but I simply cannot recommend The Ocean highly enough. This place is an absolute standout.
From the moment you arrive, the service is exceptional. The team is warm, highly attentive, and genuinely approachable – every single member made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. They anticipated our needs before we even asked, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Breakfast was superb, with a wonderful selection to suit every taste and waistline. What really elevated it was the full table service – a lovely, touch that made the whole experience feel special and relaxed.
The hotel restaurant is an absolute must. After scouting every other option in the area, we ended up eating there both nights of our stay because it was, without question, the best find around. The menu offers a fantastic selection, everything is cooked fresh to order, and every dish we tried was outstanding. The portions are generous yet perfectly judged – so much so that we sadly couldn’t squeeze in a dessert, though the menu looked every bit as tempting as the mains.
The hotel itself has been decorated with real taste and care throughout. Our room was stunning – fresh, modern, and incredibly welcoming, while still feeling cosy and homely. It’s such a refreshing change from the usual tired, tacky seafront offerings; the team has clearly poured heart and soul into creating somewhere that feels both stylish and genuinely comforting.
Overall, The Ocean is a superb find – one of those rare places that ticks every box and leaves you smiling from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

IInvitéThe hotel is a short walk from the railway and within easy access to the Cathedral and city centre. I stayed there for 2 nights. In the 1st night, the bathroom light was out of order as there was no one in the hotel to take care of it. Nothing was done in the following morning, and the only thing to be done is to change the room in the afternoon.
The hotel looks tired and needs some touching up, yet the rooms are spacious, functional and clean, and the bed is comfortable. There is an issue with dampness in walls though it is not too serious. If you look for a budget place to sleep at night, this is the place for you.

The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They truly made us feel like valued guests and their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated.
Another great aspect of the Imperial Hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of the beach is a huge plus for those who enjoy spending time by the ocean. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. The proximity to the beach adds an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience at the hotel.
Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience . The combination of a delicious breakfast, excellent service, and clean accommodations made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

What a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, The Bedingfeld Arms delivered exactly what we were hoping for—and more. Nestled in a charming location, it felt like a gentle escape into the countryside, with just the right mix of warmth and ease.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We lingered over our meal, not wanting it to end! The rooms were just what we needed: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was so lovely to wake up refreshed and step out into such a peaceful setting.
While some might wish for a slightly more “posh” or traditional pub feel—Tom did miss the classic old-world touches like dark walnut floors and the scent of oak smoke in the air—we both appreciated the light, airy ambiance and modern comfort. It’s clear The Bedingfeld Arms has found its own style, and it’s working beautifully.
Altogether, it was a delightful, cheerful, and refreshing day, and we’re so glad we chose to spend it here. Thank you to everyone at The Bedingfeld Arms for making it so special—we can’t wait to return!

ZZara MonicaBooked for one night to go to the football at Carrie road which is about 15min walk from hotel town centre is about 20min walk, it is easy to get to from the station just a short walk, arrived and some other guests let me in at first as the manager was not there, he arrived a few minutes later and quickly booked quests in, very easy process he showed me were I was staying as staying the other side of hotel, told me if I had any problems to ring the number on the paper stuck to the back of the door, and if I wanted to use the WiFi the code was also there. Room was small but had a shower toilet and sink as well as a hairdryer and clothes rack. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Overall place was clean and tidy I stayed in the top part at the front it was a pleasant stay.

IInvitéCommunal toilets were clean, the hotel was warm but due to not being able to adjust the heating in the room ( house rules ) it was unbearably hot so we had to have the window open - no consideration from the staff at the restaurant next to the hotel as they were loudly throwing things into the bins just below our room at 12am. Therefore my partner had extremely broken sleep, did not feel rested and was exhausted the next day, but good value for what it is and likely better for solo business travelling as the hotel can supply earplugs.
Rang the number for the hotel as advised before checking in, called three times but no answer so had to ring the doorbell twice before being let in, staff seemed unhappy to be answering the door and slightly unwelcoming ( this was at only 5pm )

IInvitéModern hotel with a welcoming lobby and big reception area. Situated next to the Norwich City football stadium and some rooms overlook the pitch which is fun for football fans ! There is a big retail park across the road and it’s approx 10 minutes walk to restaurants, pubs overlooking the river and then just a few minutes further onto the main rail station .
Rooms equipped with large beds and useful amenities which include hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities , iron and ironing board . Nice big modern room and our bathroom had a bath aswell as a shower .
We had dinner in the restaurant but unfortunately the food wasn’t a high standard compared to the rest of the hotel . The staff were helpful though over this aspect .

The room was large, with twin beds put together, which was unexpected with one duvet over both. I did expect separate twin beds, but it was ok.
The hotel itself is full of history, including a knight. I called him Gerald. I would love to have been there longer than the one night so I could fully explore the hotel.
We did not use the spa, and again, I would have loved to. We are likely to go back to fully experience what the hotel offers.
Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces.
Breakfast is buffet style plenty to choose from. No one shows you around just go and help yourself.
We look forward to going back.
