L'hôtel Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck est situé à 10 minutes de la bousculière Altstadt, les bus sont situés juste à l'extérieur de l'hôtel et la gare funiculaire est à droite de la porte, ce qui permet de se rendre très facilement. Il y a aussi un supermarché à côté de l'hôtel, qui est pratique pour prendre des collations ou des boissons. L'hôtel nous a permis de stocker nos bagages, ce qui nous a permis de sortir et d'explorer. Lorsque nous sommes revenus plus tard le soir, le contrôle en cours était fluide et efficace, et nous avons été attribués une chambre au niveau 2. La chambre était grande et spacieuse, avec un grand espace pour se détendre. Il y avait des chaises et une table qui l'a fait confortable pour se reposer après un long jour de sortie. La salle de bain était tout aussi spacieuse et venait avec une baignoire. Le lit était confortable, bien que les pillows étaient un peu trop doux pour notre préférence. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité qualité, à l'excellent prix, à l'excellent prix et à l'excellent prix.

Ce n'est pas notre premier séjour et ne sera pas notre dernier séjour à l'hôtel Kempinski Das Tirol, mais nous sommes habitués à un autre service. Cette fois, la chambre n'était pas aussi propre que l'hôtel Kempinski Das Tirol. La chambre était vieille.

When systems replace people Alpenpark Seefeld is, from an architectural and spa perspective, a high-quality hotel. The materials, interior design and spa facilities show that a lot of investment and effort went into the physical space. What failed completely during my stay was human communication. A small misunderstanding regarding food turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience, not because of the rules themselves, but because of how rigidly and mechanically they were enforced. Instead of clarifying expectations or simply explaining the system calmly, the staff reacted in a defensive, automated way, as if they were protecting a conveyor belt rather than speaking to a person. At no point did anyone try to understand what I actually meant. Instead, the situation was subtly reframed so that I appeared as someone “demanding something for free”, which was never the case. This role reversal felt humiliating and unnecessary — and it happened solely because no one paused for a moment to communicate as a human being. The same pattern appeared again when I addressed the fact that my room heating was not working for two nights (later confirmed by technicians). The response was not concern or responsibility, but a procedural answer: “You should have said something earlier, now nothing can be done.” What connects these situations is not bad luck, but a systemic mindset: rules over people, procedures over reality, defense over understanding. This hotel does not have a problem with facilities. It has a problem with conveyor-style perception of guests, where the goal seems to be closing interactions quickly rather than actually resolving them. I am writing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the team pauses and reflects: How did a paying guest end up feeling diminished, unheard, and mislabeled — in a hotel of this level? With a shift toward real communication and accountability, Alpenpark Seefeld could be excellent. Without it, even beautiful interiors cannot compensate for the emotional damage caused by robotic service.

The hotel has a lot of potential with its fantastic location and beautiful interior, but unfortunately, my stay was ruined by poor service and maintenance issues. I happened to visit during a European heatwave, and the AC in my room completely failed, making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the in-room phone didn’t work, so I couldn't easily contact the front desk. When I finally spoke to a staff member, they failed to pass the information along to the next shift. Additionally, the daytime staff lacked professionalism. During a conversation about my room situation, one female staff member spoke to me so loudly that other guests began to stare. While she wasn't outright rude, raising her voice was entirely unnecessary and uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these communication and service gaps

Il y avait une odeur de canalisation dans ma chambre tous le sejour. La chambre n'a pas été faite et l'hotel pratique des prix très élevé pour les animaux domestique. 40€/nuits Le petit dejeuner au 11 étage offre une jolie vue et etait satisfaisant.

Le prix que nous avons payé (€350/night) nous attendions plus. L'hôtel nous a facturé 200+ euros supplémentaires pour ajouter nos enfants à nos deux suites royales. Les toilettes étaient minces et écrasantes et ne sont que plus grandes que les vêtements de table. Quel hôtel «4-star» n'offre pas à ses clients une option de repas quand ils savent qu'ils sont au moins a20-min à pied de tous les plats voisins? Nous sommes très déçus de ce séjour et ne pouvons pas le recommander en bonne conscience.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel gives a free city transport card from the government. Location is really good. Its a short walking distance from the train station 10 mins or so. Even with luggage, we could manage well. Walking around the town, restaurants, SPAR/Billa supermarket was also convenient. Staff was really good and attentive. The view is amazinggg, seeing in daily..makes you go in awe each time. Loved our stay in Innsbruck!

Au début, je n'ai pas trouvé ma réservation. Au bout d'un moment, j'ai réalisé que quelqu'un s'était enregistré avant. C'était hilarant. Aucune explication, juste un simple « désolé ». 🤣 L'hôtel est bien situé, et tout le reste est correct. Je tiens particulièrement à souligner qu'il n'y a pas de place pour poser mes affaires de toilette sur le lavabo de la salle de bain. Et comme c'est une vieille maison, l'éclairage de la salle de bain est également médiocre. C'est vraiment gênant. Si vous conduisez, vous n'êtes pas obligé de rester là. Un endroit un peu plus isolé et plus joli serait préférable.

Il est très confortable et confortable. A proximité de la ville d'Innsbruck, la réception a été agréable avec 2 cartes d'invité, nous permettant de prendre le bus gratuit J ligne (2 minutes à pied de l'hôtel) qui nous amène à la station de voiture de la ville et à la gare de câble, La fréquence du bus J est à environ 10 minutes, si très confortable pour nous, l'hôtel dispose de parking gratuit pour notre voiture. Seul le problème rencontré est la réception dame m'a dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas voir le petit déjeuner inclus dans ma réservation, donc je contactai Trip.com chatline via web call & issue a été résolu dans 10 minutes après Trip.com contacté leur agent, grand service de Trip.com!

Modern, spacious and clean apartments in a good location. Parking is easy, and it’s a nice base for exploring the area. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable beds. The only downside was the service at reception, which felt rather unfriendly. Check-in wasn’t particularly welcoming, and when our key card stopped working, we were immediately told it was because we hadn’t paid, before anyone checked what was actually wrong. It turned out to be a misunderstanding. A friendlier, more helpful approach would have made a big difference. Overall, a good place to stay, but the hospitality could be warmer.
