Hôtels avec parking à Yorkshire du Sud, Royaume-Uni

Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été excellente. L'hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville, à quelques pas des principales attractions et centres commerciaux de Sheffield, et bénéficie d'excellentes liaisons de transport. De nombreux restaurants et bars se trouvent également à proximité, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour les voyageurs appréciant la vie citadine. Les chambres étaient propres et meublées simplement ; bien que de taille modeste, leur agencement était bien pensé et très confortable. L'hôtel est également proche de la gare, permettant un accès facile à Darcy Manor.

Mon chambre était sans place et avait la normale chaussure, le thé et le café et les grandes feuilles de bains fluffy dans l'ensemble un séjour confortable

Really happy with the stay, we had a bit of an incident with a broken down car and my son arriving late to meet us, we asked if we could accomodate my son rather than him going to his shared accomadation. Reception couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was great, (especially the make your own waffles), rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Very pleasant reception area Attractively furnished Good sized room with comfortable bed and good sized shower room too. Warm. Hanging space and shelves Hotel is very very dated Stairs rather tricky. No lift. 2 long windows with metal frames at the bottom one of which was disgustingly dirty. Fan in shower room not operating Guest numbers were low as it was a Sunday night so I managed to park outside on the road incurring no charge rather than having to pay £10 for the privilege of using the hotel car park I would stay there again if the cost is reasonable as the situation is ideal for me

Amour cet hôtel ❤️ 2e séjour ici cette année Le service de la clientèle est très bien servi. Les lits sont les lits les plus compétitifs que j'ai dormi dans ....aurais pris chez moi si je pouvais! Grande emplacement pour le train La gare et beaucoup de proximité par les parcs de voiture si vous conduisez. Le bar dispose d'une bonne vibe vend une gamme de bières de souris, y compris Camden Pale Ale. Bon ciffeea aussi à des prix raisonnables. Tout ce que vous pouvez manger et boire le petit déjeuner est 10/10 et est sur jusqu'à 11amnat le week-end ...perfect après une grande nuit dehors Je recommanderais certainement 👌

Nice clean hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, everything you need. I had an issue with the radiator on the first night as it just wouldn't turn off, this was quickly sorted once I told a member of staff. On my last night I couldn't get into my room with the keycard, it was already gone midnight so I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep, It took 2 trip's to reception from the top floor before this was resolved which left me quite annoyed. On my last morning I paid for breakfast, It was a little disappointing, very basic selection on the continental side and the sausages were very poor quality and couldn't eat. There is however a Toby carvery across the road where I had breakfast the day before at a cheaper price, I would recommend going there instead

The location is good, the room was pleasant and spacious. But the staff were a little slow, it took a long time to check in even though there were three staff on reception and one person before me, two were on the phone together. I understand busy times but they weren’t particularly in a hurry to help, explain or apologise. Also had a drink at the bar and again, the staff were a little slow to help. They were fine and adequate but not particularly friendly. I have worked in customer facing roles and I’m not expecting the world but some hotels go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the staff here could definitely improve in this area. There was nothing wrong at this hotel and it was adequate for my needs but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

Unfortunately I was not made aware of the rewards scheme the hotel has until the cleaners told me I'd already booked 8 nights by then... The 1st room offered, well the tv didn't work so we had to move, no help with bags unfortunately....next room was fine no hairdryer so 1 was sent up from reception The beds & pillows are so comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic the staff were lovely from front of house to the cleaners. Thankyou for a lovely welcoming stay.

The reception staff were very welcoming, the bed was quite comfortable, and the location was good—supermarket within a few minutes' walk. The less satisfying aspects were that the room windows couldn't be opened, and the hotel's cleaning service was practically non-existent. I mentioned to the front desk several mornings that I wanted the room cleaned and even hung the ”please clean” sign on the doorknob, yet the room wasn't cleaned each day. It's unbelievable that a chain hotel has such poor cleaning standards.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We were very impressed with the service provided by the friendly & professional staff. The hotel building is beautiful, stylish and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely but be warned the breakfast room is quite snug when there is a busy period. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
