The front desk man is very polite and gentle. Let me feel very comfortable when we are checking in. And he is very clear to tell us about the hotel everything. I will come again this hotel because the hotel location is very convenient and very kind of the service.

Really happy with the stay, we had a bit of an incident with a broken down car and my son arriving late to meet us, we asked if we could accomodate my son rather than him going to his shared accomadation. Reception couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was great, (especially the make your own waffles), rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Very clean and helpful, gave me extra Heather. We stay there every year for my daughter athletes competition. Will stay again next year.

Je suis Benny Mok(le nom de registre est WAI-FU MOK), il y a trois jours à la Room 211 de 31/7/2022 à 2/8/2022 en été & J'ai trouvé que toutes les installations de l'hôtel étaient superbes & J'étais très satisfait. Le seul manque était qu'il y avait un son très étrange quand il se déchire dans la salle de bains. À l'inverse, je recommande vivement ce cuz de l'hôtel tous les membres du personnel de l'hôtel SON SUPER QUILLY, accueillant, heureux, soignant y compris les dames de la maison ! La première fois, la réceptionniste ~KARRA RIPPON. karra était le plus patient, aimable, amiable, dévoyé, amoureux, pensé et soignant membre du personnel là-bas et il n'y a aucun doute à ce sujet! Vous voulez partager ce message inspirationnel avec cet excellent récepteur et lui dire que le message inspirationnel était de la FAMILY IMMIGRATE DE HONG KONG ?

The location is good, the room was pleasant and spacious. But the staff were a little slow, it took a long time to check in even though there were three staff on reception and one person before me, two were on the phone together. I understand busy times but they weren’t particularly in a hurry to help, explain or apologise. Also had a drink at the bar and again, the staff were a little slow to help. They were fine and adequate but not particularly friendly. I have worked in customer facing roles and I’m not expecting the world but some hotels go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the staff here could definitely improve in this area. There was nothing wrong at this hotel and it was adequate for my needs but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

The room is so stuffy and humid, so I have to open windows all through. My daughter love bubble bath but could not do this because the bath tub stopper is out. Hotel is aware but chose to not fix. The long shower rope is broken. The breakfast is so basic, there is no variety of menu. And the car park of £18 is so ridiculous…Goshhh. The swimming pool and sauna is cool though

The receptionists were lovely, very friendly & helpful. The room was a good size & the bed was really comfortable. There was only one bath & hand towel but an extra set was brought up straight away. The only negatives for me was the window was a solid pane so didn't open but the air con wasn't cool enough, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été excellente. L'hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville, à quelques pas des principales attractions et centres commerciaux de Sheffield, et bénéficie d'excellentes liaisons de transport. De nombreux restaurants et bars se trouvent également à proximité, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour les voyageurs appréciant la vie citadine. Les chambres étaient propres et meublées simplement ; bien que de taille modeste, leur agencement était bien pensé et très confortable. L'hôtel est également proche de la gare, permettant un accès facile à Darcy Manor.

This is a good budget hotel, especially if you want to stay near to city centre or Rotherham general hospital 😊 The bedroom and bathroom are really spacious. There are basic stuffs available.😊 The parking is really spacious and free for 24 hours.😊 There is problem with temperature regulation of bathroom, especially shower. 😔  There wasn’t any towel available, so I rang them and they told me that they will bring one within 5 minutes, which neither arrived nor we were communicated about. If you can’t provide then just tell the customer it’s not available.😔 And there is no slipper available in bathroom/room. These are just reminder for someone willing to stay at a budget price in this hotel. 😔  Overall this was a good deal for me to spend a night near to Rotherham general hospital.😀😀
