The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊

CCJulyaDoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City était exactement ce que j'avais besoin pendant mon voyage d'affaires. Dès mon arrivée, le check-in était bienvenu et bienvenu, et ce premier cookie chaud se sentait comme un geste de soins petit mais réel après un long voyage.
La location est confortable, proche du centre-ville, mais assez paisible pour se reposer.
La chambre était moderne, propre et tranquille. Le lit était confortable, l'éclairage était doux, et tout fonctionnait parfaitement.
Le petit déjeuner a été très varié et le restaurant a une atmosphère calme qui a fait le matin se sentir facile.
Le plus évident était la cohérence.
Merci DoubleTree de Hilton Sheffield City pour créer un espace qui se sent équilibré, pacifique et réellement confortable.

IInvitéI recently stayed at the Rutland Hotel in Sheffield and had a wonderful experience.
The hotel is in an excellent location near the hospital, local shops and eateries and near a bus route which takes you directly into the town centre / railway station etc.
The room was very spacious with lots of storage space, tea and coffee making facilities and the bathroom was modern and clean.
The king size bed was really comfortable but one small criticism would be the pillows which could do with upgrading.
That being said I have travelled extensively here and across the world and the one thing that always makes me want to revisit a hotel is the quality of service received.
The staff at the Rutland hotel are simply exceptional from Alison who lifted my spirits by sorting out my restaurant order so I could eat in my room as I was exhausted after spending hours at my mums hospital bedside to Zoe the lovely lady who went into service my room and found my purse and rushed down to reception to return it to me.
I will definitely return to this hotel and this is largely due to the lovely staff.

The bedroom and bathroom are really spacious. There are basic stuffs available.😊
The parking is really spacious and free for 24 hours.😊
There is problem with temperature regulation of bathroom, especially shower. 😔
There wasn’t any towel available, so I rang them and they told me that they will bring one within 5 minutes, which neither arrived nor we were communicated about. If you can’t provide then just tell the customer it’s not available.😔
And there is no slipper available in bathroom/room. These are just reminder for someone willing to stay at a budget price in this hotel. 😔
Overall this was a good deal for me to spend a night near to Rotherham general hospital.😀😀

IInvitéGreat money for value, great location, the bed is not too soft and very comfy. It's a shame there is no water boiler in the room and not enough space for putting anything down. The cleanliness is just mid as well. Otherwise, it's all good.

SSoulfulExplorerThis isn't my first stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the customer service hasn't improved. Even ordering a simple drink from the bar was met with a frown. I stay here only because it's convenient for my business needs, but it's disappointing that the staff seems so disengaged, which leaves a negative impression. The breakfast was dry and unappetizing, almost like eating rocks. Given the standards of Ibis hotels, I'm quite shocked at the poor condition and service here.

IInvitéReally happy with the stay, we had a bit of an incident with a broken down car and my son arriving late to meet us, we asked if we could accomodate my son rather than him going to his shared accomadation. Reception couldn't have been more helpful.
Breakfast was great, (especially the make your own waffles), rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
Will definitely come back.

2nd stay here this year
Came for a birthday treat and Antonia on the desk treated us to a late checkout and 2 free drinks at the bar! Great customer service.
The beds are the most comphy beds I've slept in....would have took it home if I could!
Great location for the train
Station and lots of near by car parks if you drive.
The bar has a good vibe sells a mice range of beer including Camden Pale Ale. Good ciffeea too at reasonable prices. The bar staff are very friendly.
The all you can eat and drink breakfast is 10/10 and is on until 11amnat the weekend...perfect after a big night out
Would definitely recommend 👌
