I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does. Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay. What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. The bed sheet was dirty, looks like they didnt change it at all. The pillow was dirty too, I called the room service twice to change it but they never came and I gave up. The door for the bathroom was broken and its really hard to open and close it, eventually it fell off the rail. One time the hotel lobby smelled so bad because the toilets are near and the doors are not closed. Somehow the receptonists doesnt notice the smells at all and we had to tell them.

During my stay at Hotel Nava in Tawangmangu, I found it to be a refreshing exception in an area where many hotels might feel a little outdated. Here’s a detailed look at my experience: Positives Modern and Proper The hotel maintains a contemporary feel and ensures that it doesn’t fall into the ‘outdated’ category, which is a common issue in the region. The facilities and the decor are well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for guests. Diverse and Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast at Hotel Nava is a highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious foods. Whether you’re into local or international cuisine, the breakfast caters to different tastes and is a delightful way to start the day. Convenient Parking Options: The hotel offers convenient parking options, including spots in front of the hotel and areas close to the rooms that are especially convenient for guests staying on the second floor. This thoughtful arrangement adds a layer of convenience for guests, particularly those with a lot of luggage or those who prefer easy access to their vehicles. Negatives: Musty Room Odor: One downside was the musty smell in the room, which could be attributed to poor drainage or perhaps the room being unoccupied for a prolonged period without proper ventilation. This issue could detract from the comfort of the stay and might need immediate attention. Breakfast Management: Despite the quality of the breakfast food, the management and communication regarding breakfast arrangements could use improvement. Guests were not well-informed the day before about the breakfast setup, especially when accommodating large groups. On days when the hotel is fully booked or hosting groups, the restaurant either closes down or guests are asked to wait or opt for takeaway. Ideally, guests should be informed in advance to select breakfast timings, with separate arrangements made for groups to avoid overcrowding and ensure everyone enjoys their breakfast comfortably.

Abrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo. Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services. The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa. As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided. The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng. For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations. However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa. Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure. Impeccables, conçues avec goût et entretenues selon des standards dignes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles international de renom, elles offrent une expérience exceptionnelle. Cependant, ce qui sublime véritablement l'expérience, c'est la gestion et le professionnalisme qui font la différence. Une précision remarquable se dégage de chaque détail, de l'enregistrement fluide à l'atmosphère générale d'efficacité sereine. Il est clair que l'attention est portée aux moindres détails, souvent négligés par d'autres hôtels. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale. Toujours poli, professionnel et d'une efficacité impressionnante, il n'en est jamais pour autant impersonnel. Le service offre un équilibre rare entre chaleur et compétence. Le petit-déjeuner est un autre point fort, tout simplement exceptionnel. La qualité, la variété et la présentation dépassent largement les attentes pour cette catégorie de prix, transformant un repas souvent routinier en un moment attendu avec impatience chaque matin. Côté emplacement, difficile de lui trouver un défaut. Idéalement situé pour explorer Solo, tout est facilement accessible. Tout bien considéré, le classement 3 étoiles est véritablement surprenant. Selon les standards internationaux, cet hôtel offre un niveau 4 étoiles tout à fait correct, voire supérieur sur certains points. Le FIM by Zigna est un exemple remarquable de ce qui se produit lorsque la rigueur de la direction, le souci du détail et une véritable attention portée à l'expérience client se conjuguent.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and was satisfied with the overall experience. One of the best things about the hotel is its location. It is very close to a shopping mall, so it was extremely convenient to find restaurants, cafes, shops, and other amenities without having to travel far. The hotel also offers excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for both short and business stays. Everything I needed was easily accessible, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The front desk staff were particularly impressive. They were friendly, professional, and always greeted me with a smile. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and kindly. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a convenient location, reasonable price, and good service. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

The location is best near culinary around the hotel. The staff very helpful. The ambience is ok. Really love to stay here. Every moment back to Solo always stay in this hotel.

Perfectly located hotel in the central of Solo attractions with very affordable price. Very close to Batik museum, Sriwedari Park, Radya Pustaka museum dan Tumurun museum. The hotel is very old, provide minimum amenities., but room and hotel is very clea. However there was very strong bad odour on the corridor along the way to our room. Upon notify the staff about this, they took action straight away and tried to get rid of the smell. Well done to very responsive and cooperative team. I also like the breakfast spread provided. Lots of local food like soto ayam, bubur ayam, kari ayam dsn bubur ketan hitam. What a delight to start the day with delicious breakfast. Definitely will stay here again if I visit Solo.

In terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably. However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side. Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water. As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest. Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.
