I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does. Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay. What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

I do not think I would choose to stay at this hotel again if I return to Semarang. From the moment I arrived, the experience was already disappointing. I asked the staff for a prayer mat and they told me the hotel had them available, but no one ever came back to provide one. If a hotel confirms that something is available, it should be delivered to the guest properly. Small things like this reflect the level of professionalism and attention to guests. Another issue was during sahur or the early breakfast. I came down to level 5 around 3.30 am and many items were already almost finished, including the rice. I informed the service staff that the rice had run out and needed to be refilled, but nothing was done. Eventually I just took other items such as nasi goreng and whatever was left. The breakfast selection itself was also very basic with very limited variation. Considering that it is the Ramadan month, I believe the hotel should prepare much better for sahur service. Guests wake up very early specifically for this meal, so food availability and proper staffing are important. During that time I only saw one staff member handling everything, which made the situation even more difficult. The location of the hotel is actually quite good. It is within walking distance of many trendy cafes and there are plenty of street food options around that stay open late into the night. For guests who enjoy exploring the food scene or hanging out in nearby cafes, the area is convenient. The front desk service was acceptable, but overall the hospitality experience felt quite standard. Personally, it did not reflect the warm and attentive hospitality that people usually associate with Java. I did not take any photos during my stay because honestly my mood was not very good after experiencing these issues. I hope the hotel management can take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of service, especially during Ramadan when guest needs are quite specific. Thank you.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Spectacular view when you wake up in the morning. Breakfast spread was great for both days. There is a small playground beside their cafe that my kids could play as well. Service was awesome. Will come again if I visit Solo again.

Abrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo. Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services. The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa. As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided. The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng. For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations. However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa. Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure. À partir du moment où vous arrivez à la FIM par Zigna, il est clair que ce n'est pas un hôtel ordinaire 3-star. La première impression est frappant l'extérieur est immaculée, avec un sens de soin qui fixe immédiatement le ton. Ils sont sans spot, conçus et maintenus selon un standard qui ne se sentirait pas hors de place dans une propriété internationale bien notée 4-star. Ce qui augmente vraiment l'expérience, c'est la gestion et la propriété derrière tout. Il y a une précision remarquable dans la façon dont tout fonctionne du processus de contrôle sans heurts jusqu'à l'atmosphère globale de l'efficacité calme. Il est clair que quelqu'un prête une attention particulière aux points les plus beaux que de nombreux hôtels ignorent. Le personnel mérite une reconnaissance particulière. Ils sont toujours polis, professionnels et impressionnantment efficaces sans jamais se sentir pressés ou impersonnels. Le petit déjeuner est un autre point de vue tout à fait exceptionnel. Il est très difficile de défaut, tout est parfaitement situé pour explorer Solo, tout se sent bien à l'intérieur. Toutes les choses envisagées, le rating 3-star est vraiment surprenant. Par les normes internationales, cet hôtel fonctionne confortablement à un niveau 4-star, si ce n'est dans certains aspects. Le FIM par Zigna est un exemple de ce qui se passe lorsque la gestion forte, l'attention aux détails et la véritable prise en charge de l'expérience des invités se rassemblent.

Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay. The location is best near culinary around the hotel. The staff very helpful. The ambience is ok. Really love to stay here. Every moment back to Solo always stay in this hotel.

Perfectly located hotel in the central of Solo attractions with very affordable price. Very close to Batik museum, Sriwedari Park, Radya Pustaka museum dan Tumurun museum. The hotel is very old, provide minimum amenities., but room and hotel is very clea. However there was very strong bad odour on the corridor along the way to our room. Upon notify the staff about this, they took action straight away and tried to get rid of the smell. Well done to very responsive and cooperative team. I also like the breakfast spread provided. Lots of local food like soto ayam, bubur ayam, kari ayam dsn bubur ketan hitam. What a delight to start the day with delicious breakfast. Definitely will stay here again if I visit Solo.

In terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably. However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side. Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water. As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest. Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.
