Expérience mitigée au Vinpearl – Chambre excellente, restauration décevante J'ai séjourné au Vinpearl du 22 septembre au 3 octobre, puis du 6 au 11 octobre. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, et les équipements étaient un atout indéniable. Cependant, plusieurs points négatifs ont émaillé mon séjour. - Service de blanchisserie : Lors de mon premier séjour, le service était gratuit (3 pièces/jour), mais il est devenu payant lors de mon second séjour. Cette incohérence était frustrante et mériterait d'être améliorée. - Petit-déjeuner : Le menu était quasiment identique chaque jour, avec un choix limité. Les nouilles sautées étaient systématiquement dures et sèches, ce qui était décevant. - Buffet barbecue (600 000 VND) : Ce fut le point le plus décevant de mon séjour. La qualité de la nourriture était médiocre, avec des ingrédients bon marché réutilisés à différents stands. Si cela continue, je crains que le restaurant ne survive pas. En comparaison, j'ai dîné au buffet Sen près de Ho Tay, où le prix était de seulement 480 000 VND. On y trouvait des écrevisses, de grosses crevettes, des crabes variés et un large choix de plats frais : un rapport qualité-prix bien meilleur. - Buffet Vinpearl (480 000 VND avec 20 % de réduction pour les clients de l'hôtel) : Je n'ai pris qu'un bol de nouilles, quelques fruits, quelques morceaux de sashimi de saumon pas très frais et une boisson. Rien de remarquable, et le prix ne semblait pas justifié. - Service en chambre : Le service de ménage passait souvent trop tard, parfois après 17 h ou 18 h, ce qui perturbait le repos des clients. Ce point devrait être amélioré pour leur confort. Point positif : le personnel était aimable, notamment le directeur étranger, qui s'est distingué par son professionnalisme.

Le propriétaire ou l'équipe de décoration a un goût artistique très sûr. L'hôtel est joliment décoré de tableaux, de fleurs, de lampes et de plantes. Il semble récent, car ils ont ajouté progressivement des éléments de décoration au hall et aux chambres. En général, l'hôtel est très agréable, la chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse, et le personnel a tout fait pour rendre mon séjour confortable. J'y retournerais avec plaisir si je revenais à Bac Ninh.

Ce séjour a été une si agréable surprise que je lui attribue sans hésiter cinq étoiles ! La literie était incroyablement confortable. Les draps et la housse de couette étaient impeccables, sans un seul pli, et dégageaient un parfum subtil et agréable. Le matelas offrait la fermeté idéale et les oreillers étaient moelleux et bien garnis. Malgré mes douleurs cervicales, j'ai dormi profondément toute la nuit, sans faire le moindre rêve. La propreté était irréprochable, digne des plus maniaques. Les surfaces des tables et les rebords de fenêtres étaient d'une propreté impeccable, l'armoire était inodore et les cintres étaient parfaitement rangés. La salle de bain était particulièrement impressionnante : le lavabo et les toilettes brillaient de mille feux, la paroi de douche était exempte de traces d'eau et il n'y avait pas la moindre trace de saleté dans les coins – un soin exceptionnel a manifestement été apporté au nettoyage. L'atmosphère générale était incroyablement confortable. En entrant dans la chambre, j'ai été accueillie par une agréable fraîcheur et une absence totale d'odeur. La chambre était parfaitement insonorisée ; fenêtres fermées, je n'entendais quasiment aucun bruit extérieur. L'éclairage tamisé créait une atmosphère particulièrement relaxante. Que ce soit pour un voyage d'affaires ou de loisirs, cet endroit est idéal. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !
