Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

Gorgeous hotel which is great for a quick stop off, especially if you’re heading on a trip into the jungle - it’s a great place to relax and refresh. The pool on the roof is perfect and all facilities are excellent. We were a little surprised at how expensive services within the hotel were - such as the breakfast and drinks at the bar, I wouldn’t particularly recommend breakfast here. However, it wasn’t a huge issue and I would definitely return to this hotel.

The service was very very good but the room felt quite dusty and all the towels generally got stains. Location wise is super good, quite central, near airport and near good foods.

Il est assez bon avec un prix bon marché, vous pouvez obtenir une chambre décente, le gardien est également ami, veut avoir un bon endroit, mais malheureusement la chambre est loin du 3ème étage, monter une petite escalier est un peu effrayant quand on tombe et quand on entre La chambre, la chambre sent un peu comme la chambre.

Convenient hotel but needs a refresh. I was given a smoking room even though I had requested for non smoking. Comfortable bed but the toilet and areas need to clean properly. Silicon fillers in the toilet area was already brown with grime. I had expected more.

La propreté est bonne.. mais malheureusement les installations d'eau sont très petites ... Il prend du temps supplémentaire pour prendre une douche.. hôtel étoile mais l'eau est trop petite ..............

IInvitéJ'ai informé avec une avance assez grande (4 jours) que je ne pouvais enfin pas profiter de ma réservation (vol modifié par la compagnie aérienne) et je leur ai demandé de annuler la nuit, mais ils refusèrent.
Bien sûr, la politique de réservation n'était pas remboursable, mais j'aurais apprécié leur considération et eu mon argent. J'ai prévenu, je l'ai demandé gentilment, mais pas de façon.
Ce n'était pas leur devoir, mais ce n'était pas si difficile.

MMikaelLa chambre est confortable, la piscine est également bonne, le petit déjeuner est également très bon. Très recommandé ici ... Pas de dépôt plus. C'est grand en tout cas ... Le gardien est également amiable. Top marcotop. Maintenez le service ... La prochaine fois, je resterai certainement ici.
