The hotel looks more modern. Everything is clean, and the receptionists provide a nice touch when we checked it. The receptionists explain everything about the hotel even some provide a recommendation to nearby grilled fish restaurant that we tried and were happy with the recommendations.
We only stayed for a night, but it feels like this Mercure should be the standard of any other Mercure outside the big city. Bed is comfortable. Food and breakfast are ok, although price a bit pricey but not extremely pricey. We tried the pool, which quite nice but not too big.
Like everything else in Pangkalan Bun, the hotel is just 20 minutes away from the airport. They offer drop off service to the airport, but we didn’t take it because the price is too steep. We end up using some online taxi hailing app that cost 1/4 of their service.

La chambre est confortable, la piscine est également bonne, le petit déjeuner est également très bon. Très recommandé ici ... Pas de dépôt plus. C'est grand en tout cas ... Le gardien est également amiable. Top marcotop. Maintenez le service ... La prochaine fois, je resterai certainement ici.

I informed with quite an advance(4 days) that finally I couldn't enjoy my reservation (flight changed by the airline) and I asked them to cancel the night, but they refused.
Of course the booking policy was not refundable but I would have appreciated their consideration and having back my money. I warned in advance, I asked kindly, but no way.
Well, it wasn't their obligation but it wasn't so difficult.

GglassboxL'hôtel est confortable mais il a besoin d'une refroidissement. J'ai reçu une chambre à fumer, même si j'avais demandé de ne pas fumer. L'endroit confortable mais le toilette et les espaces doivent être propres correctement. Les remplissages en silicone dans la zone de toilette étaient déjà bruns avec grime. J'avais attendu plus.

IInvitéJuste à Palangka Raya depuis un long chemin. Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans l'hôtel, nous sentons un bon état d'esprit dans le lobby qui s'est senti bienvenu. La bière était jolie et confortable, la chambre non-fumeur sentait également frais. Les personnels aussi très bon. Très recommandé 👌🏽
