We booked the hotel without having high expectations and we were extremely well surprised. The location is very good of course. The staff very professional and welcoming. And I think the biggest surprise was the facilities for the kids: all what kids can dream of in a such condensed place: pool, slides, sandboxes, kids club and even a mini zoo. Most of the activities are free of charge and other are at a very reasonable price just to support the staff I think.
Also, we made very nice friends there as many conferences and events are run.
It is a very convenient place to have a break inside the city especially for families with young kids.

La location de l'hôtel est vraiment bien entourée de nombreux restaurants comme Kfc, Hokabento et d'autres. Avoir petit magasin de convenance derrière et magasin de shopping (PIB) à la frontière et Riau Junction 10 minutes à pied. La nourriture est très agréable en regardant la classe de l'hôtel. Le déclin que nous avons à faire était l'eau chaude sur la douche. Il a un temps limité de 5 minutes et il sera transformé en eau froide après cela. On appelle le technicien et il a dit que la température était correcte. Il suffit d'avoir une douche rapide mais pas assez si vous lavez vos cheveux ou plus de 5 min 🥲

Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.

EErwin Jingga1 booked 2 classic rooms. At the reception, they upgraded my rooms to superior/deluxe rooms at high floors. Service are good and fast. Every needs will be taken care quickly and seriously. The washtafel has a little problem, after they fix it, the manager send a box of cookies to apologize. Bottled water I must say is free flow, cause I got 8 bottles for the first night, and 12 bottles for the second night. Very generous.

My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff.
At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service.
Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view!
Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel.
Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service.
And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha!
One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out.
Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable.

The Swimming pool is nice and the deluxe room is quite big that enough for 4 people in 1 room .

La chambre était spacieuse et propre, avec toutes les installations dont j'avais besoin pour un séjour relaxant, y compris un accès Wi-Fi gratuit et un lit confortable.
L'un des points de départ était le petit-déjeuner buffet, qui avait une grande variété d'options, de fruits frais et de pâtes à plats chauds.

Cela fait longtemps que je n'ai pas séjourné à Puncak, peut-être plus de 15 ans, je suis revenu ici avec les enfants et j'ai décidé de rester au Royal Safari Garden, et c'était le bon choix.
Emplacement : très stratégique, avec supérette SM, parc safari et snack.
Installations : complètes !!! Pas seulement des chambres, mais aussi un mini zoo, un spectacle d'oiseaux, un parc aquatique, un petit-déjeuner avec des animaux, une aire de jeux, une salle de jeux et bien plus encore.
Service : tout le monde était très sympathique, depuis la sécurité, la réception, le concierge, l'équipe du restaurant, jusqu'à la fréquentation de la piscine, tout le monde était très bien, sympathique et très serviable.
Recommandation personnelle, si vous pouvez rester plus d'1 nuit car ce ne sera pas suffisant si vous passez la nuit, un hôtel très agréable pour des vacances en famille.
