Le personnel était très attentif dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel. 5 étoiles recommandations pour rester ici. La position est parfaite près de la station marchable ou même prendre un taxi est facile. Le spa est très bien placé pour vous, mais vous pouvez vous amuser.

J'ai eu quelques mauvaises surprises lors de mon séjour à l'Aston Pasteur de Bandung : 1. À mon arrivée, la réception m'a simplement demandé mon nom sans vérifier les détails de ma réservation. Elle m'a immédiatement annoncé que ma réservation était annulée et que je devais recevoir une notification par e-mail. Or, je n'ai reçu aucune notification d'annulation, ce qui n'est pas très agréable après mon arrivée depuis Jakarta. Au bout d'un moment, le réceptionniste m'a annoncé que les chambres étaient disponibles. Pourquoi toutes ces actions au début ? Même si c'était une erreur, on aurait pu l'éviter en vérifiant bien avant de déclarer l'annulation ? 2. Ma chambre était au 6e étage, loin de l'ascenseur. Pourtant, le dimanche matin, j'entendais comme une répétition de chant dans une salle paroissiale, avec tous les tambours et les voix, puis plus tard, la messe. C'était très désagréable, car j'avais envie de me reposer et de dormir. 3. Il y a quatre ascenseurs mais ils sont très lents et bondés, je dois attendre plus de 10 minutes juste pour descendre pendant l'heure de départ, car l'ascenseur est ouvert avec plein de monde.

Le lieu est très propre, confortable et les installations très bonnes, vous pouvez nager, gym, etc. Recommandez place pour vous voulez à la séjour.

The hotel was excellent! The room was clean, the amenities were complete, and the breakfast was varied and never boring. The kids were happy too because there were plenty of activities — for little kids, teens, and adults. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the location — traffic was quite bad. But luckily, there were so many things to do inside the hotel that we never felt bored. There were also some restaurants outside, even if just a few. We’ll definitely be back for sure!

They have the best view!! You can swim in a pool with a very beautiful mountain view! There's a jacuzzi and kids pool too. Breakfast is also very good. Indonesian, Japanese, Western, Arabian, everything was tasty! You can try some activities too, like ATV rides, archery, mini golf, etc. The staff was also helpful, they won't let you walk and have an always-ready free shuttle. You can also have brunch or dinner at the Club Huis or The Lake House, an aesthetic place to eat with an aesthetic forest view. Will definitely come back!

Inrecommend you guys to include breakfast in trip as it is really affordable and nicee. They serve breakfast buffet with with variety option. Tolonglahh stayy sinii best experience ever!!! C'est vraiment sympa de prendre le petit déjeuner en regardant les zèbres, tu n'as pas besoin d'aller nulle part, tu restes juste à l'hôtel, tout est là, petit garçon, je suis content, c'est dommage que beaucoup d'installations soient payantes

**My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---

L'hôtel dispose d'une vue magnifique sur la rivière. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable M. Mohamad Kiki et son chef dans le restaurant de toit du ciel. Le petit déjeuner était super. J'ai eu beaucoup de temps là. Mais beaucoup de choses ont besoin d'être améliorées, les chaînes de télévision, la plupart des chaînes ne fonctionnent pas et aucun canal de film. Le Wi-Fi est très lent. Les serviettes sont vieux. Les désserts du café et du restaurant doivent être améliorés. L' hôtel est l' un des meilleurs hôtels que j' ai jamais séjournés.
