Really great one night stay. The hotel is very conveniently located for the autostrada. It was easy to check in and the reception staff were pleasant. We were advised parking was at the rear of the hotel where there was plenty of space. Our room was clean and modern, with a lovely comfortable bed. We had dinner in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the choice available, as we don't eat meat, there were vegetarian options and of course fish, and the quality was excellent. It was also reasonable in cost. We had breakfast the next day where there was ample choice of scrambled egg (and bacon), cheeses, bread and pastries, cakes etc. Would thoroughly recommend.

The view from this hotel is absolutely stunning; you can see the entire Sassi district at a single glance. It’s also very easy to access by taxi, which is a huge plus in Matera. The room was spotless, including the bathroom and sink, and the staff welcomed us with such warmth. The breakfast was delicious, but the view from the breakfast area was the real highlight. Having breakfast here felt like a sightseeing experience in itself. If you're coming to Matera, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

A nice boutique hotel with friendly staff at a good location with restaurants nearby. We booked two rooms - the room on 2nd floor is good but the one on ground floor smells a bit of mould. Perhaps because it’s inside a cave. Breakfast choice is limited with fruits, toast with tomatoes, and cakes. You can order boiled or scrambled eggs as this is the only hot food they serve. We are fine with that but more as fyi.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We specifically came to Mateta for one night from the Salerno area to enjoy the spa and dinner. As always it did not disappoint! The junior suite room was spectacular. The spa was amazing. The a massages were amazing. The restaurant they recommended for dinner was delicious. The staff is great. Left looking forward to our next trip back! See you soon Gattini!

L'endroit était parfait : central, proche de bons restaurants et bars, bien décoré, personnel agréable, super SPA (qui vaut les 25 EUR pour y accéder !) et quel super petit déjeuner buffet ! Choisissez les suites, elles valent vraiment le prix supplémentaire. Ils étaient tous réservés pour notre deuxième nuit et nous avons donc dû déménager dans une chambre standard et ce n'était pas aussi génial.

Le petit endroit charmant avec des hôtes très aimables. La chambre était propre et la salle de bain était moderne. Il y a une vue impressionnante sur le Sassi à quelques pas de la place. Les hôtes ont été utiles pour proposer des zones de stationnement possibles.

Le service est exceptionnel, très utile et amiable. La chambre est spacieuse, très propre et confortable. Nous avons eu un petit balcon avec une très belle chambre. Le restaurant qui nous a été recommandé était également étonnant.

Good service for picking up guests from car park. Breakfast was included, pretty ok selection. Room is large but toliet wall was very bad maintain and dirty. Selfs and table.has ants. The overall was fine but need some improvement on the bathroom wall. Same cost of bookings, some rooms are big, some are small.

L'hôtel est idéal pour le prix juste en dehors d'une madrague et à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la région historique de Sassi. Les sols dans la salle de bains étaient en peaux et les douches avaient un peu de moulage sur les bords inférieurs pour le prix ne peut pas être battu avec le petit déjeuner gratuit
