Places of interest easily accessible by tram as there is a tram station near the hotel. Staff are super helpful.

Hotel looks new and very conveniently located, no parking lot on site but there are several parking lots nearby that the hotel works with for cheaper rates. 2 tram stations for the blue and green line just across the street, you can basically take the trams to all the sights. We stayed in a smart twin room and it was big and very functional. The public bath on the top floor was also great, it was lovely to enjoy an outdoor soak after all that walking.

A perfect short walk from the station, we were happy with reception and the big room. Everything we needed was there. Breakfast was included which was more to Japanese taste - western choices were offered yet not to our taste - (coffee, bread, croissant etc). Price/ performance was good - we would book again

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de la gare routière et de la gare principale. Il est facilement accessible en tramway pour visiter la plupart des sites touristiques. L'enregistrement est un peu compliqué, car il faut se rendre dans un autre hôtel disposant d'une zone d'enregistrement commune. Le départ est très simple. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Je recommande cet hôtel aux touristes souhaitant séjourner à Nagasaki.

Points négatifs : La pièce sent les pieds moites, la moquette semble avoir cette odeur. La chambre double avec un lit simple est très petite et le lit n'est étroit que de 120 cm. Heureusement, le lit a des pieds et vous pouvez ranger votre valise sous le lit. Il n'y a pas de prise dans la salle de bain ; il n'y a pas de connexion pour un rasoir, un irrigateur ou un sèche-cheveux. Avantages : Petite sélection au petit-déjeuner, quelques snacks japonais, pas de légumes cuits à la vapeur. Au lieu du cuiseur à riz habituel, il existe une machine à onigiri. Juste en face de l'hôtel se trouve un bon endroit authentique qui sert de délicieux champon et gyoji, et le bouillon de soupe est très savoureux et peu coûteux. Il n'y a aucune odeur d'humidité ou de moisissure dans la salle de bain. Le climatiseur et le réfrigérateur fonctionnent bien et sont silencieux. Le personnel est gentil, serviable et parle anglais. Il y a un four micro-ondes et une presse à repasser au 8ème étage et une buanderie au 6ème étage.

J'ai séjourné dans 4 hôtels différents lors de ce voyage et Candeo Nagasaki est mon préféré absolu. Le lit était énorme et extrêmement confortable, la propreté était de premier ordre et l'emplacement était imbattable.

We were pitting this hotel against other chains like Dormy Inn and Candeo Hotels. Richmond’s value proposition is that you pay less but have less amenities. The rooms are bigger that what we were comparing with but you do not get a public bath and you do not get free drinks and noodles. For the price I think that Richmond is good in that aspect. The hotel lobby is nice and pays homage to the Dutch visiting Japan eons ago as Nagasaki was the first place they came into contact with then. It’s a typical chain hotel, but its located along the bar and nightlife street, though the events happening around that street didn’t bother us, I believe that the price is lowered due to the location of the place.

This hotel truly stands out as a five-star destination for both leisure and business travellers. Exceptional Breakfast Selection One of the major highlights of my stay was the hotel’s breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, ranging from traditional Japanese dishes to international favourites. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and replenished frequently. Whether you prefer a light continental breakfast or a hearty Japanese meal to start your day, the breakfast at Hotel Nikko Huis Ten Bosch caters to all tastes and dietary needs. Spacious and Well-Equipped Onsen The onsen (hot spring bath) facilities at this hotel are truly remarkable. The area is spacious, immaculately clean, and exudes a relaxing ambiance. There are several pools with different temperatures, allowing guests to find their ideal comfort level. The amenities provided — such as towels, toiletries, and relaxation spaces — are of excellent quality. After a long day exploring Huis Ten Bosch, soaking in the large onsen was the perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. Comfort and Convenience My room was modern, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of the surrounding gardens. The bed was very comfortable and the room was equipped with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal — just a short walk from the Huis Ten Bosch theme park, and conveniently connected to transport links. Final Thoughts Hotel Nikko Huis Ten Bosch exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of great hospitality, a top-class breakfast, and outstanding onsen facilities makes it an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Clean and comfy! I got 2 rooms for a family of 6. Front dest was super kind and supportive. I really appreciate it. On top of that they provided enough blankets and amenities! I strongly recommend this place if you want to stay outside of Huis Ten Bosch.
