L'hôtel se promene à 5 minutes à pied à la porte de la ville antique, le service est enthousiaste et soigneusement détaillé. Les produits de lit sont généralement trop hauts... L'autre côté de la route de la ville antique est le port, il est très pratique de sortir de la mer.

Best rooms in center of kotor old town,its inside the wall of kotor,room and services was really good,lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful in the process,just note parking is away from the property, the only issue was bell from the street,since we were on street side we were disturbed a bit but thats totally outside of htels country

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool and out toward the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The location is about a 40-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which we didn’t mind at all as the scenic coastal views along the way made it an enjoyable stroll. One aspect that detracted from our experience, however, was the inconsistency in staff hospitality. While several team members were kind, welcoming, and helpful, the initial check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who check us in came across as unfriendly, and another interaction included an abrupt comment along the lines of “you get what you pay for,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Given that similar feedback appears in other reviews, it may be worth reinforcing customer service training to ensure a consistently welcoming and respectful experience for all guests. With more consistent service, this could easily be a standout stay.

Superbe hotel très bien situé dans le centre du très beau village de Perast. Tout était parfait : la chambre, le service aimable et professionnel, la plage privée. Une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner sur la superbe terrasse. A noter que l'hôtel dispose de place de parking privées à l'entrée du village ce qui est très appréciable vu les problèmes de stationnement dans le secteur. Bref une adresse à recommander.

Le service était excellent. Le réceptionniste nous a permis de prolonger notre départ gratuitement et a organisé notre transfert à Budva. Commander au restaurant de l'hôtel était également très pratique : les plats étaient livrés en chambre, ce qui nous a permis de savourer de délicieux repas tout en admirant la vue depuis le balcon. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été formidable ! Hormis l'insonorisation un peu faible de la chambre, tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Le service qu'ils fournissent est petit mais plus puissant. Mes amis et moi avons payé un supplément pour le service de massage que je ferai encore une fois en tant que dame qui nous a assistés savait ses oignons (elle est très bonne... merci encore 😊). J'ai conduis une vélo après presque 20 ans, c'était gratuit 🤩 Nous n'en savions pas, car il n'était pas indiqué en ligne avant de faire la réservation et c'était une partie de la raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi le lieu. Informations et commentaires J'ai lu une sorte de dire que vous avez libre accès au jacuzzi mais c'est pas le cas, nous avons exprimé notre préoccupation à ce sujet et ils où assez réfléchis pour nous permettre d'utiliser comme un bienvenu/gratuit note de la gestion.❤️ Au nom de mes amis et moi, nous avons apprécié le service/ce lieu.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights and were thoroughly pleased. The room was small but clean and modern, equipped with everything we needed, and featured a balcony. The pool was simply fantastic—we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful view of the bay. We also want to highlight the cuisine; we really enjoyed the various pasta dishes, but the chicken risotto was an absolute favorite—we simply loved it! It was incredibly delicious. And, of course, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and all the staff will stay with us forever. The owner—a wonderful, kind, and attentive woman—personally walked us to our room, explained everything, and arranged a parking spot for our car. We will definitely return! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

Ils se sont rencontrés par appel (message), tout montré et dit. Toutes les installations sont disponibles dans la chambre. En février, le climatiseur (sur +) et le chauffage ont travaillé de façon constante, comme dans la ville de pierre il est cool. De l'endroit, il n'y a qu'une petite douche sans soupe - quand vous lavez, tout vole autour.

Были в сентябре 2024. Отдыхали 2 недели. 1. Расположение. Пригород Котора. До центра пешком неспешно минут 25-30. Удовольствие. Все по берегу залива. Красота. Рядом магазин - 3 минуты. Ресторан - минут 10 пешком. Район тихий. Кому нужны пляски и музыка, то это не здесь. Кому нужна тишина и покой - выбирайте это место. 2. Берите номер на верхнем этаже с видом залив (обязательно!!!). Море и горы. Вид потрясающий! Каждый раз новая картинка. Не надоедает, а удивляет снова и снова. 3. Хозяева. Редко встретишь такое радушие и доброжелательность. Любая просьба, пожелание выполняются незамедлительно, с улыбкой. Все решается. Просто молодцы! Станка и Джури - огромное вам спасибо! И всем, кто вам помогает, конечно тоже спасибо! Кстати, нужно было сдвинуть сроки поездки - договорились моментально. Ранний заезд - тоже решили без проблем. 4. Удобства. Все есть для длительного отдыха и на пару дней заехать. Кухня (хотелось бы микроволновку, но и без нее можно обойтись), посуда. Нормальный санузел в номере. Хорошая кровать с отличным матрасом. Жили 2 недели без бытовых проблем. 5. Хозяева всегда помогут с трансфером, подскажут по экскурсиям, найдут гида (у нас был Марко - прекрасный, культурный, интеллигентный человек. Спасибо ему отдельное!). В итоге. Выбирайте эти аппартаменты. Точно не пожалеете.
