We came here because we had a positive experience a few days ago.
For staying here second time the staff was not that kind like before. We had an early morning bus and didn't manage to book the hotel from the night before, because the bus was supposed to arrive in the mirning. Instead we arrived in the middle of the night. We only booked from mext day afternoon. We arrived to Aurora and asked to book a room from the night so basically 12 hours before our official check in. We said we would pay 1 night extra.
The night staff guy just didn't want to work and said there are no available rooms! It was not true. We slept in the hotel lobby, at least he didn't kick us out. Never again!

다만 개선할점도 있습니다
1. 이 호텔은 만 6세 이상 어린이에게 엑스트라베드유무와 상관없이 13달러의 추가요금을 요청(조식요금포함)합니다 ㅡ 트립닷컴 어플의 11세이하 어린이 무료와는 다른 정책이기에 분명히 알고 가셔야 합니다
2. 처음 안내받았던 5층의 방은 공사로 인한듯한 접착제 냄세가 너무 심하여 지낼 수 없어 7층으로 방을 변경해야 했습니다.
또한 3층의 경우 흡연이 가능한 층 인것 같았는데 엘리베이터가 3층에 설 때마다 엘리베이터에 들어오는 담배냄세가 정말 심했습니다. 담배냄세를 싫어하시는 분들은 반듯이 금연룸여부 확인하셔야 합니다.
이러한 개선점들은 직원들의 친절한 응대로 저희는 처음 체크인할때만 불편함을 느꼈을 뿐 그 이후 3일의 일정은 좋은 수영장, 사우나, 스파를 이용하며 편안한 시간을 가질 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다

宿泊費が手頃であるにもかかわらず、ホスピタリティが非常に行き届いているホテルです。ホテル正面玄関の扉を毎回スタッフが開閉してくれるなど、細やかな気遣いが感じられ、一流のサービスだと思いました。
中規模ホテルながら、朝食のブッフェも一通りのメニューが揃っており、十分に満足できました。
マンダレー市内は非常に広いため、移動にはトンベーンやタクシーが必須ですが、ホテル前の道路には常に数台のトンベーンが待機しており、外出にも困りませんでした。
訪問したかったサガインとミングォンについては、2026年1月時点で軍部に止められるとのことで伺えませんでしたが、ミャンマーの治安が安定して同箇所へ行けるようになった際には、ぜひまた宿泊したいホテルです。
Considering the reasonable room rates, the level of hospitality at this hotel is exceptional.
The staff consistently opened and closed the front entrance door for guests, and their thoughtful attention to detail truly felt first-class.
The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, and I was very satisfied.
As Mandalay is a large city, transportation by thonebane or taxi is essential. Fortunately, several thonebanes are usually waiting right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to get around.
I had hoped to visit Sagaing and Mingun, but unfortunately, travel to these areas was restricted by the military as of January 2026. When the security situation in Myanmar improves and visiting these places becomes possible, I would be very happy to stay at this hotel again.

Хорошая гостиница. Удобные номера, быстрый интернет, завтрак шведский стол, еда, в основном, местная азиатская. В окрестностях гостиницы мало ресторанов, но в самой гостинице наверху есть бар-ресторан с открытой террасой и живой музыкой. Еда недорогая и вкусно. На ресепшене можно заказать такси по Мандалаю и билеты в Баган. Нам забронировали билеты в миниван и сказали, что в Баган не ходят большие автобусы, но это не так, как минимум автобусная компания JJ покрывает этот маршрут.

Location is good, and staffs are helpful in arranging transportation and info about the places ard. Surprisingly you should not leave any stains on their bed sheets and towels. My mum was charged for the towel she used 😬.

Gestahouse bon marché au centre de Nyung-u, l'emplacement est très bon immédiatement depuis qu'il commence deux rues sur lesquelles de nombreux cafés près d'un temple magnifique port, rivière
Le seul bruit est un peu parce qu'il est sur la route à la route, mais le soir le bruit est silencieux, de sorte que le sommeil est normal.
Bien pour un prix si bon Et encore cette position réussie est un bon endroit
En principe, il y a des endroits proches de louer des motos électriques vous pouvez prendre une vélo et faire un tour sur les côtés ou louer un tuck-tuck A ici seulement pour rester.

MmilkelephantUn complexe super sympa, juste sur les rives de la rivière Irrawaddy dans le vieux Bagan. Vous pouvez rejoindre à pied plusieurs pagodes célèbres de Bagan en 20 minutes. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine, d'un bar et d'un restaurant (la nourriture et le service sont très bons). La pièce est très grande, et il y a une petite plateforme d'entrée pour sortir, ce qui est très exquis ! Fortement recommandé!

IInvitéКак же я рада, что не пожалела денег и выбрала этот отель, он стоит каждой копейки! Прямо между древних храмов, которые находятся в пешей доступности и видны из ресторана и бассейна (бассейна 2, второй большой, можно устраивать заплывы). Рядом смотровая башня, с которой за 5 долларов можно посмотреть рассвет и закат. Большая территория в национальном стиле, с резными деревянными украшениями. Персонал приветливый и гостеприимный, столько нам помогали, с любыми вопросами! Заселили по приезду раньше положенного, помогли купить билеты на автобус до Янгона, поменять деньги, заказали тук-тук на целый день по храмам (водитель оказался превосходный, вез по своему маршруту и показал нам даже больше, чем я сама наметила). В ресторане обедали два раза, вкусно. Завтрак тоже нам понравился. Вечером у бассейна выставляют столики и проходят концерты. Так что рекомендую от всей души!

IInvitéРасположение отеля очень удачное: мы пешком ходили и к королевскому дворцу, и смотреть все прочие достопримечательности. Ну а когда мы нанимали тук-тук, чтобы ездить по пригородам, то по большому счету все равно, откуда вас забирают. Вокруг масса магазинов, торгующих текстилем, много забегаловок, на соседней улице большая фруктовая лавка, кроме того, на соседней же улице стояло несколько грузовиков, которые торговали дурианом по бросовой цене (в сравнении с Таиландом). В шаговой доступности есть дрогерии COCO и AEON, где по довольно невысокой цене можно купить и лапшу/рис, и ассорти фруктов, и местные специалитеты. При этом место довольно тихое, нам в номере было комфортно.
Номер средних размеров, уютный, есть кондиционер, чайник, сейф. Каждый день кладут заварку, кофе, но почему-то не кладут расходники в ванной, хотя коробка под них стоит. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день, белье меняли каждые 2 дня. Единственное, к чему могу придраться - так это то, что горничные не очень внимательны, в ванной закончилось мыло и гель, а поскольку они не проверяли емкости, то пришлось пнуть. В один из дней пришли в 16 - номер не убран, тоже пнули. Почему-то нет таблички ”не беспокоить”, и на следующее утро к нам в номер вломилась горничная, хорошо, что мы оба были в ванной и дверь была закрыта на цепочку.
Вечером в 20.00 выключают свет, ровно на пару минут, потом включают. Довольно слабенький инет.
Предупредили, что в последний день будет рано выезжать - приготовили ланч-бокс и даже воду не забыли. Помогли с заказом тук-тука для того дня, что мы планировали смотреть старые столицы, вели переговоры с тук-тукером. Очень милые и приветливые.

YYEE THENGI stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
