Hôtels avec parking à District fédéral, Mexique

J'ai séjourné trois fois dans cet hôtel. À chaque fois, nous avons eu un autre problème. Cette fois, le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas le matin, mais ma chambre 508 était calme. La dernière fois, j'ai séjourné au 102, qui était exactement au-dessus de la climatisation. Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant à chaque fois. Il est situé dans une position centrale de l'avenue Reforma. J'ai marché jusqu'aux environs d'Hidalgo ainsi qu'au parc de Chapultepec, même s'il est assez loin. J'ai aimé la beauté de l'architecture et le style ancien. Il a grand besoin d'être rénové, mais c'est toujours un endroit agréable...

J'ai séjourné trois jours dans cet hôtel et, malgré le fait que je leur ai dit qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, je n'en ai jamais eu et j'ai dû me doucher à l'eau froide. Ils ont également refusé de me transférer dans une chambre avec de l'eau chaude.

Très bien situé mais le personnel n'était pas serviable. Pas de concierge pendant 2/3 jours de notre séjour, la chambre n'était pas très agréable. Nous avons dit à l'hôtel que nous étions en lune de miel et ils n'ont rien fait du tout pour rendre notre séjour spécial ! Je ne reviendrai pas.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer auch sehr sauber. Service und Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Geräuschkulisse durch dünne Fenster laut. Wir haben mit den beigelegten Ohrstöpseln geschlafen.

Excellent service! Personnel très sympa. Il est apprécié que le départ s'effectue à 13h00. Et ils vous donnent des minutes supplémentaires pour quitter la pièce. Très mémorable! La chambre est spacieuse.

I checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight cause I re-scheduled my flight the next day, cause I had a meeting and I won’t catch my flight, then when I returned back to the hotel, bought a water they asked for the room number and new receptionist told me that I should have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol. Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD. No consideration at all, will definitely ask the booking app to ask for the 4 nights stay refund that was unused that they refused to refund, they said it’s no show already even I showed up on the 3rd day. Lol. Kinda scam tactic. And I hate it. I just let it go.

Endroit très calme, très agréable et tranquille. Vous pouvez y dormir aussi longtemps que vous le souhaitez. Détendez-vous et relaxez-vous. Petits déjeuners délicieux. Un vrai régal. L'hôtel est idéalement situé après l'aéroport. À seulement 13 minutes en taxi. De plus, il est proche du métro.

Old hotel with average service, it's main function is to serve as a convenient location if you have to catch an early flight. The room is comfortable, but if you book the cheaper rooms they will send you to another wing, difficult to carry heavy luggage up to the rooms as the pathway to get there from the lobby is not well arranged with steep ramps.

Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! Highly recommended if you decide to find a hotel near this area. Service and environment is very comfortable, room size is big too
