Hôtels avec bars à Marrakech-Safi, Maroc

Je reviens pour laisser un commentaire, j'ai oublié de prendre des photos, je n'ai photographié que le hall d'entrée. Installations : Très agréablement surpris pour ce prix ! La chambre était grande, et le petit lit dans notre chambre triple était un vrai lit, ce qui était une très bonne surprise, pas du tout petit, bien meilleur que les petits lits d'appoint en fer d'autres hôtels. Chaque chambre a généralement un balcon privé. L'hôtel dispose également de nombreuses piscines extérieures, mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter en hiver. Il y a aussi une grande salle de sport avec de très bons équipements. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, avec des omelettes et du thé à la menthe. Le plus important, c'est qu'on vous servait du jus de fruits, ce qui est rare pour un buffet petit déjeuner à ce prix d'avoir un si bon service. Hygiène : C'était plutôt moyen, l'hôtel n'étant plus tout jeune. Le tapis de bain était un peu noir, et les draps du petit lit n'étaient pas très propres, mais à ce prix-là, c'était acceptable. Ah oui, l'hôtel est immense. Nous étions dans la zone Sun, et il fallait marcher un bon bout de temps depuis le hall. L'ascenseur était un peu vieux et tremblait beaucoup.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. Les installations de l'hôtel sont excellentes, avec de nombreuses piscines et des sources chaudes. La nourriture est variée et délicieuse, et les boissons au bar sont toutes gratuites, y compris les cocktails préparés par un barman, qui sont à la fois beaux et savoureux. On ne s'ennuie jamais à l'hôtel, il y a de quoi s'occuper du matin au soir !

L'environnement et l'architecture sont très bons, mais le service est au niveau d'un hôtel ordinaire, et je regrette le premium. Par exemple, mon ami et moi sommes arrivés à des heures différentes, mais l'hôtel n'était disposé à proposer qu'une seule prise en charge gratuite par chambre. En fin de compte, ils ont annulé le service de transfert à l'aéroport pour notre chambre avant de vouloir me rembourser. ami pour le prix du taxi pour le trajet aller, ce qui était très laborieux. Les hôtels nationaux avec 2 000 à 3 000 RMB par nuit proposent une prise en charge gratuite par personne. Aman à Luang Prabang, votre même marque, organise également une prise en charge gratuite pour chaque client chaque fois qu'il quitte l'hôtel pour jouer. De plus, le personnel a renversé du jus sur un autre de nos amis pendant que nous prenions le petit-déjeuner et ne s'est pas excusé ni s'est occupé du jus sur le corps de mon ami ou sur le sol. Dans l’ensemble, le service ici n’est pas à la hauteur, je n’y retournerai pas une deuxième fois.

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Quelle expérience incroyable de séjourner dans ce Riad. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par Karim, qui nous a fait visiter le Riad et nous a offert un thé sur le toit. Il nous a donné une carte et nous a expliqué tout ce que nous devions savoir sur la région et sur les moyens de se rendre à tous les sites touristiques. Le Riad est situé dans un quartier idéal... à proximité des tombeaux Saadiam et à seulement quelques pas de la place principale. Les taxis sont faciles à trouver et peuvent facilement se rendre jusqu'à la porte du Riad, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal. La chambre était magnifique, d'une propreté impeccable et les installations étaient incroyables, nous avons dormi profondément chaque nuit et avons adoré la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner du matin était également un régal. Vous êtes accueillis par un membre du personnel sympathique et nous avons adoré le petit-déjeuner sur le toit que nous avons pris chaque matin. Le spa est également merveilleux. En couple, nous avons opté pour un forfait hammam traditionnel, suivi d'un massage, et c'était super. Encore une fois, le personnel du spa, les installations et l'expérience globale étaient absolument incroyables. Une mention spéciale à tous les membres du personnel du Riad : les plus sympathiques et les plus arrangeants que j'aie jamais eu le plaisir de rencontrer, en particulier Karim, Muhammad, Mustapha et un autre monsieur dont j'ai oublié le nom. Ils ont été si gentils et serviables, nous saluant avec le sourire à chaque fois que nous les avons vus et faisant tant d'efforts pour rendre notre séjour fantastique. Si vous envisagez de réserver ce Riad, faites-le immédiatement. Vous ne le regretterez pas. Lorsque nous reviendrons à Marrakech, nous séjournerons à nouveau ici et je le recommanderai à tous ceux que je connais. Stayed here recently after booking through Trip.com, and overall it was a really relaxing and unique experience. Location: The villa is about 30 minutes from Marrakesh city centre, so it’s definitely more on the quiet, countryside side. That’s great if you’re looking to unwind away from the chaos of the Medina, but just keep in mind you’ll need a taxi or arranged transport to get around. Ambience & Property: The place feels like a peaceful retreat. The pool area is beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by greenery and palm trees. Plenty of loungers and shaded spots to relax, which makes it perfect for a chill day. The architecture has a rustic Moroccan charm with small villa-style rooms that add to the cozy vibe. Rooms & Comfort: Rooms are simple but comfortable. Not ultra-luxury, but clean and nicely designed to match the overall aesthetic of the property. It feels more like staying at a private villa than a typical hotel. Service: Staff were friendly and helpful, though service can feel a bit laid-back at times (which honestly matches the vibe of the place). Food & Facilities: The poolside setup is great for relaxing, though food options might be limited compared to larger hotels. Best to plan meals or head into the city for more variety. Overall Experience: If you’re looking for a calm, aesthetic getaway with a beautiful pool and peaceful surroundings, this is a solid choice. If you prefer being close to the action, this might feel a bit too remote. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Great for relaxing, but location may not suit everyone.

Le service de la chambre était très bon, mais mon expérience de chambre était terrible. J'ai réservé une suite supérieure, mais j'ai fini avec une chambre régulière. J'ai été informé que la personne qui était censée être dans la chambre a décidé de rester un autre jour. Le jour suivant, quand j'ai demandé de passer à ma chambre, on m'a dit qu'elle était réservée et que je devais retourner en ligne. Il est très bon de vous aider à trouver une suite à un prix plus élevé et à vous offrir une chambre plus cher. Le membre de l'équipage de nuit était très aimable et m'a informé que le gestionnaire était en voyage. J'ai essayé de les contacter par téléphone et par courriel, mais rien n'est arrivé. J'espère que le guide de voyage et l'hôtel prendront la responsabilité de leurs actions et veilleront à ce que cela ne se produise pas à d'autres clients. J'aurais pu réserver une suite différente qui avait un aesthetique similaire à ce que je cherchais, mais je ne pouvais même pas annuler la réservation. Il faut disposer d'un système de réservation d'une chambre spécifique et, si la chambre n'est pas disponible, le client doit recevoir une restitution automatique. En outre, la chambre avait une multitude de trucs, et le tableau, le mur et le fond de la table étaient tous chiffrés, craqués.

Place is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful. However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly. Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”. Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night. Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.

I was checked in by Ismaelle and checked out by Jamal. Both are extremely helpful and friendly, offering valuable cultural and local tips. Those really come in handy to me. I appreciate it. Navigating through the medina of Marrakesh can be really sketchy after 12PM, as the alleyways are jam-packed. I had an issue figuring out where the Riad was situated, because the map on Trip.com was wrong. Trust Google's information here folks. A mosque is just on the next street, so you will hear the chanting sounds very close. Other than that, it is free from other bike noise or people. Very quiet during the night, which I found very rare in this city. I was served with a tea and biscuits upon arrival, and the tea was amazing. So Ismaelle arranged Jamal(because I was going out and coming back in the night) to teach me how to brew the tea how local would do. Great hospitality. Jamal and Abderrahmane(who works at another venue of this riad) were so friendly and shared some really helpful tips to get around. I am not talking about some ready-to-share knowledge, but they gave some actual tailored concierge-level information. Jamal also offered to give his hand in the morning to move my luggage, as I was in a minor difficulty, and walked with me and my luggage for 40 mins before 7AM. Breakfast at the rooftop was so nice and a lot better than the other riad I went to. If you found this riad is available for your travelling time, book it. You will have no regret.
