I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Monarch Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. The free breakfast was a wonderful surprise - the selection was impressive, and the food was delicious. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend The Monarch Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be back! Rating: 5/5 stars

Bien que le bar ouvert tard à 2h du vendredi au samedi et 4h du samedi au dimanche ait entraîné un flux constant de personnes, qu'elles arrivent ou quittent, certains doivent avoir porté des cloches ou des chaussures, Le bar était très bien, le petit déjeuner du lundi a pris près de 45 minutes pour arriver, le café était déjà fini 35 minutes plus tôt ! Pas sûr si c'est vrai, mais il y avait une session de photographie en cours sur le sol lundi, le photographe était aussi le chef, donc suggérez que les chefs livrent ses sessions de photographie une fois que ses tâches de chef sont accomplies ... juste une suggestion ...not sur qui fait les notes, mais je pense que les hôtels peuvent affirmer être tout ce qu'ils veulent ...cette chose a été plus de 3* que 5* de mes expériences

I liked the hotel, my room, and the beach was great however it had a feeling that it was descending into decrepitude. The gym was very shabby. There was no central bar or shared lounge area to mingle (temporarily closed). To get a drink I had to go into the Chinese restaurant which was then impossible to work on my laptop with a casual drink as I had intended. At breakfast it was quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever had and the eggs were also dubious. Toast was make your own but there was no toaster - only some grilling oven that would take 10 minutes to make your toast - less than ideal once you had already put your food on your plate....

Grand hôtel en termes de propreté et de service au personnel. Le petit déjeuner buffet était également très bon. Vous serez heureux de réserver cet hôtel de luxe à Vigan.

Value Star Inn offers a very great stay. Free breakfast is very good!

Stayed 2 nights, visiting families. I would say the rooms are nice and maintained since opening, it is spacious which is surprising for 3 stars hotels. The area is in the downtown as well where different stores, restaurant, hospital is available. I definitely recommend it to others specially those passing the area that would want to have a good place to rest.

It was okay. But for that price you could get a 4 star stay in Thailand.

Nous avons séjourné dans la suite présidentielle de l'hôtel Star Plaza. Le service de la chambre était amiable et utile, ce que nous appréciions vraiment pendant notre séjour. Le lit était confortable et le Wi-Fi fonctionnait bien pour nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner était bon à l'exception du ham. Les autres options de restauration de l'hôtel étaient bonnes. Cependant, nous avons été déçus de constater que l'eau chaude dans la douche n'était pas en activité, ce qui était inattendu pour une suite de ce niveau. Le service de lave-linge était également inaccessible et, lorsque nous sommes entrés, il y avait un fort odeur de vigne qui a pris du temps à perdre. Globalement, bien que certains points positifs aient été observés, l'expérience a fait sentir moins que les attentes pour une suite présidentielle.

If your travelling and would like to be close to Laoag Airport, this hotel is a good choice. The room is spaciuos and bathroom has cold and hot water. Split type airconditioning and clean and comfy bed. For solo travellers like me. It is convenient as the hotel has food hubs just located outside. The staff is friendly and approachble. Highly recommended for couple or solo traveller who would want to explore Laoag
