Nice family room with convenient location at Rize city. Nearby big shopping mall- 5 min walking distance. Kind personnel. Highly recommend.

It was very easy and convenient to find. we turned off the main road & arrived at the bungalow. We were met right away and shown to the bungalow. The beach is a 5-minute drive from the hotel. Unfo, it's a bit of a walk and inconvenient but no one walks to the hotel ))) so we only went by car. Clean water, clean beach. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It had a little bit of everything, very tasty, and beautifully served. We ate EVERYTHING they brang to us. ))) There was coffee and tea in the room,& we happily took advantage of those little touches. The only downside is the swiming pool. It's shown in the pictures but it wasn't near our bungalow. We didn't go and check if other people had pools; we just went to the sea for a swim. But we were counting on it.

Spotless and tidy. Many (vegan) options at breakfast. Fast service and smooth check-in and check out. Looking forward to come back again.

Right in the centre – close to everything: food, shops, mosques. Free parking is available, but be warned: the hotel is on a busy, narrow one‑way street, so parking just to check in was a challenge. (I came back later in the evening instead.) Lovely touch: complimentary tea and cookies in the lobby. The lift is tiny – one person + one suitcase at a time – which can mean long waits, especially during morning checkout rush. Great location, just bring patience for the lift and parking.

The bungalow was beautiful, cozy, and very relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the jetted tub was a wonderful addition. The surrounding nature created a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a quiet getaway. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was exactly as described. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely come back again!

The hotel is nice and the staff were friendly and helpful however, there was a language issue. Apart from the staff on reception , very few spoke any English which can be frustrating

One of the best stays we’ve had! This place is excellent, with a great staff and a wonderful, very accommodating owner. They truly go above and beyond to provide whatever you need. I highly recommend this place. By the way, the breakfast is out of this world — it feels like you’re being welcomed into their home. Sincere, honest, and truly wonderful people

We had a fantastic stay at Yamaçda suit otel in Rize. Esma and her sister were so kind and welcoming, and their hospitality made us feel at home. The karadeniz breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared. The bungalow was very clean, and the view over the river and tea fields was simply phenomenal. Highly recommended! تجربة استثنائية في هذا الكوخ الجميل ، الكوخ يعتبر في اقصى مستوى في الجبل عن باقي الاكواخ في نفس المنطقة ف بهذا كانت اطلالته جداً مميزة من اعلى الجبل . الكوخ محافظ على نظافتة و جودته و اثاثه بحاله ممتازة . كادر الخدمة في غاية الاحترام و خدومين جداً بالاخص الاخ اونر و الاخ مصطفى لهم جزيل الشكر لذوقهم و تعاملهم .  الكوخ طريقه نوعاً ما صعب ف استعدوا لهذه الشي بسيارة تناسب الصعود لأعلى الجبل ، و الطلعة و الروحة للقرية تكون للضرورة فـ يفضل الاستعداد ببعض الاحتياجات . و اعتقد هذا هدف السكن في الكوخ للإسترخاء و المكوث فيه لأطول فترة ممكنة ، يوجد مطعم في الاستقبال لإعداد الوجبات للغداء و العشاء في حال عدم الرغبة للخروج او النزول من اعلى الجبل .  الفطور الريفي الي يقدم يومياً جداً جميل و طازج  كما يوجد خدمة طوال اليوم لتقديم الشاي في المطعم  تجربة جميلة في هذا الكوخ و تُعاد في المرات القادمة بإذن الله .
