Hôtels avec parking à Province centrale, Ouganda

L'hôtel était très bon et très utile, en assurant que nous nous réservions confortablement. L'environnement était vraiment sympa et le temps était super. Nous avons une très belle lumière solaire de notre fenêtre. Ils nous ont communiqué en temps voulu et nous ont donné beaucoup de temps à nous préparer avant de partir.

Au centre de Kampala C'est compliqué, juste au huitième étage du bâtiment Il y a beaucoup à voir et à manger Il y a une station de police juste devant vous. Je me sens sûr.

L'hôtel est fantastique! Très propre, très grande location avec excellent salle de bains et service de chambre complémentaire.

La chambre personnellement est très bonne. Lorsque vous séjournez, vous avez des besoins de nettoyage préalable tous les jours, vous pouvez trouver une réception, la sœur de la réception est aussi très chaleureuse et vous aidera tous les invités. Le patron est également très bon, le dîner peut également se rencontrer occasionnellement, vous pouvez apprendre ici au cours de l'automne, très intéressant. Le chef a aidé à organiser le transport de voiture quand il est prêt à rentrer. Le service de transport de voiture est très bien, la première personne a dit qu'il était très nécessaire.

Smart and efficient service. Lovely breakfast. Usual utility problems for Uganda, i.e., elevator broken down, room key didn't work and unreliable internet. Maybe the manager should invest in a country where these problems don't impact businesses.

Went down to the counter to extend my stay for one more day, was told that it is ok as long as I pay before 1300. when I went to pay at 1300, I was told that the hotel is full and I have to check out.When I check back at Trip.com I saw that there are other rooms avaliable but I was not even given that option. It would have been ok if I was told that it was full and I cannot extend. I am now stuck at the lobby and will have to look for another hotel.

當地最好的酒店了，什麼都挺好，早餐有點簡單。客房舒適乾淨，服務人員彬彬有禮。餐廳的牛排不錯。有酒吧。

Staff is nice. Location is great. Nice view of the lake. Breakfast is ok. Air conditioning not working. Switched rooms and room stayed cooler but water dripped from the air conditioner. Problem with the television in both rooms. Needed to replace the refrigerator in the 2nd room. Water pressure in the shower was low. This was our second time staying in this hotel and had same issues the first time. We will choose another hotel next time.

Je vous ai demandé, si possible, que nous quittions à 12 heures. Ils ont dit, c'est OK. 11.55am les appels de téléphone et ce que je peux dire ... . Mais la règle, que je dois quitter à 12 heures! Très mauvais! C'est la cinquième fois que je suis à l'hôtel Aujourd'hui, une petite chambre n'est pas possible. Si je reçois cette chambre d'abord, je ne reviendrai jamais ! Je dois appeler la réception chaque fois, parce que le verrouillage ne fonctionne pas!
