La chambre était assez propre mais l'hôtel est vieux et un peu en bas. La position de l'hôtel, au centre de Waterbury, n'est pas grande. Nous avons entendu des tirs de pistolets pendant la nuit et nous n'avons pas senti la sécurité de marcher à l'extérieur. On a dit de parker notre voiture dans un parking spécifique qui avait ”surveillance”.

La chambre est OK, la position est pratique; mais le prix n'est pas bas, la chambre devrait avoir de l'eau par rapport à ce prix, mais pas fourni; l'hébergement à air conditionné en hiver n'est pas bon!

As part of our exciting trip to Yale University, our group consisting of students, teachers, and parents stayed at the Quality Inn, and we couldn't have asked for a better location and experience! our trip to Yale University was greatly enhanced by our stay at Quality Inn. The combination of its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made it an ideal choice for our group of students, teachers, and parents. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Yale or the surrounding area!

Tout répondait à nos attentes sauf pour le petit déjeuner. Les choix alimentaires incluaient des carbohydrates de haute transformation et des pommes de la Granny Smith. Pas d'œufs, de sauces, ou d'autres protéines. Le beurre n'était pas disponible.

La chambre est très bonne, le petit déjeuner est également très riche, il y a plusieurs restaurants autour de lui, Starbuck, la station-service a également un petit supermarché, très pratique! La promenade à pied de l'école de Porter est en 10 minutes, et le paysage est superbe et très calme dans une petite ville. Une promenade quotidienne est le moment le plus agréable, et vous pouvez rester dans un avenir proche si vous avez l'occasion de vous rendre.

Très proche du campus Yale. Le supermarché et la nourriture rapide sont juste à l'opposé de l'hôtel. Il faut apporter de la chaleur si vous avez besoin d'eau chaude dans la chambre.

L'hôtel est à la bordure de la route, il aurait cru qu'il y avait un bruit, et le résultat est tout à fait insensé. L'hôtel est très confortable, très nouveau et très large, la chambre a un énorme réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, un ensemble complet de tasse de cuisson, très adapté au petit-déjeuner familial est un typique petit-déjeuner américain, simple et sain, et très en ligne avec notre maison. Veuillez avoir des pommes gratuites et des bouillons de cacao chaud, Et vous pouvez prendre un café chaud américain, vraiment très populaire, nous avons un très grand centre d'aide pour les voyages familiaux. L'hôtel est proche de l'arbre de 1 yuan américain célèbre et de la chaîne de vêtements TJ-Max célèbre, très approprié pour les marchandises. En résumé, nous avons séjourné ici trois nuits, les jeunes et les jeunes vivent très agréablement! Le seul problème est que le bébé est un peu loin de la vie, mais il peut être résolu essentiellement par Uber ou Lyft. C'est un hôtel qui est super-value, mais c'est le groupe Hilton.

Good place to book for a hotel to and from the ******. But I would not personally book again. Asked for two extra towels, only accommodated one, the king size room doesn’t feel like one due to the layout and bathroom is incredibly small that you could barely shut the door comfortably.

We recently stayed at the Ethan Allen Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. When we walked into the lobby, we were impressed by how welcoming and well-maintained it was. There was a convenient self-serve coffee and tea station with water and all the necessary condiments, which was a nice touch.
Check-in was quick and easy. We were given a room on the first floor. Upon entering, we found the room to be very clean and spacious. Although we didn’t unpack, there was ample space for clothing and storage. A desk and chair were available, which would be useful for anyone needing to get work done. The room also included a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with pods, teabags, and all the condiments, very convenient. The TV was a good size and worked well.
That said, the room itself is definitely in need of some upgrades. The sheers were broken and hanging off the hooks, and the privacy curtains were difficult to close. Both the curtains and sheers appeared worn and could use a good cleaning. The ceiling panels were noticeably yellowed, and while the bathroom was clean, it too showed signs of age. On a positive note, the towels were plentiful and of nice quality, and I appreciated the makeup mirror in the bathroom.
The bed was very clean and comfortable.
In summary, this hotel has many good qualities, especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. However, I would love to see the guest rooms updated to better match the inviting look and feel of the lobby. I would consider staying here again, especially if room renovations were made.

IInvitéI didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

Le parking convenable dans un garage était situé en dessous de l'hôtel. Les ascenseurs étaient extrêmement efficaces. Nous étions au 8ème étage et jamais attendu. Le personnel de l'hôtel est difficile à atteindre par téléphone, mais quand nous sommes arrivés, ils nous laissent bien vérifier dans notre chambre un peu tôt. Les lits sont très confortables et très hauts! La télé à distance est bizarre et nous avons dû appeler pour savoir comment l'utiliser. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable.

IInvitéSitué à l'extérieur du quartier de Hartford, vous voyez le paysage rural américain sur la route, le bord de la route est un superbe bâtiment de logement, les prairies sont très propres et très belles. La chambre de l'hôtel est très large, le petit déjeuner est également très bon, l'attitude de service est très amical et poli. La structure du bâtiment en bois, l'isolement sonore est un peu trop faible, le niveau de pied du rez-de-chaussée du premier étage peut affecter le deuxième étage. Globalement, il est toujours très satisfaisant. Le conseil est, le petit déjeuner est riche, le maïs de maïs est conforme aux caractéristiques nationales, le bagel de maïs de bague est très aimable.

IInvitéThe price is great! They are fully staffed and courtesy. They have a pool and the lobby is very clean. However, in all honesty, there needs to be a day of DEEP CLEANING. Spiderwebs and dusty walls and stair case. Stained window curtains and bed sheets. Bathroom vents revealed other room arguing very clearly. And the stained towels I really did not like! Luckily I keep face clothes & towels with me. And even pillows and blankets to throw on top of theirs. Oh and I really disliked the “hot” breakfast thru offer. Only thing hot is one waffle maker for entire hotel. No eggs. Only protein was protein peanut butter bars & that’s not good protein and some ppl allergic to nuts. No dairy free options if I recall for the cereal. And only orange juice no other juice alternatives. Just very basic but overall I would give 3 1/2 stars bc it could be worse. I am more concerned more so with the cleanliness of the everywhere outside the lobby, sheets & towels can be replaced.
