Wow! Very impressive! Our family stayed here with our friends from back home for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was top notch. From the decor down to the last details of cleanliness live up to the 5 star standards! The service was friendly and efficient. Most staff can speak some English to help us. Nice big windows with a great city view. The breakfast was probably one of the best in all the 5 star hotels I have tried in Asia! They had an awesome real expresso coffee machine and REAL Canadian bacon plus a very good variety of pastries and hot food! More than enough to get you through the morning and afternoon! Went to the pool on 5th floor and it had a panoramic view of the city and water was very clean. So yes! Well worth the money! Only regret was that we wish we had booked one more night of stay! Keep it up! We will be back!

Je suis venue ici pour l'anniversaire de ma mère, et c'était tout simplement incroyable. Ma mère était constamment émerveillée. Je veux y séjourner à nouveau lors de mon prochain passage. C'était vraiment extraordinaire. J'adore avoir la vue imprenable sur la Venise orientale et sa cité d'eau juste devant moi.

Staff service was excellent from the reception to the converge to the restaurant staff. I celebrated my birthday st the hotel and they very kindly welcomed my checked in with a birthday cake made with towels and beautiful vase of flowers. There was also a very well written wishes in Chinese. On the actual day, they also ordered a birthday cake for me. At Summer Palace, they cooked a bowl of birthday noodles and offered us a complimentary dish of guo ba rou. I want to especially thank the converge staff that received my delivery of my pair of scissors sent from the train station security and paid the delivery fee on my behalf. Thank you for a memorable birthday time in Shangri La.

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec 2 enfants à l'hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable et utile. Les chambres sont également confortables et propres. La situation de l'hôtel est proche de la gare et de certaines attractions touristiques. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas le « véritable puls de Shenyang », car il est plus dans une zone « comme le chemin de fer ».

Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

The location is the best among the hotels at that area. Hotel is just alongside the Yalu River which we can see the famous river and the broken bridge and also North Korea from hotel room directly. Surrounding the hotel there are many Korean eateries and souvenirs shops. I enjoy my best ginseng chicken soup there. Will book the same hotel for my next trip.

love the room layout n decor.  front desk was busy did not spend enough time giving us heads-ups on local events n recommendations.  the breakfast spread was impressive n service from allen n summer went above n beyond.  staff should have mentioned 萬象城 the mega mall of 6 stories is a skip n a hop away.  not even have to brave the weather with the walkway inside.  it’s heaven for ladies n shopaholics.   every luxury brand imaginable n then some.  food court on level 6 was fabulous.

環境不錯，地理位置也好，朋友説新開的，一定會好，幾家就約着來了。辦理入住等待時間過長，第一個房間刺鼻的裝修味道，前台根據要求提供了景色更好的房間，感謝。入住沒一個小時，房間漏水，一個黑衣服管理人員跟我説，房間已經是最好的房間了，再調衹能換到比現在不好的房間，且不能補差價，或者等等修好，我覺得修好也行，畢竟行李都打開了。半夜十二點半又開始漏水，讓我換房間，我説半夜我肯定接受不了，你拿點毛巾墊下面吸水，明天再説吧。第二天沒有主動來修的，通過攜程給酒店打電話，反饋是可以提供升房，那你昨天那個小管理不打臉嗎？撒謊不臉紅嗎？退房想晚一個小時也是不行的，你開房讓我等那麼長時間的時候你怎麼不説呢？去前台退房，小美女問我入住怎麼樣，我就把這些説了一下，小美女倒是耐心聽了，旁邊的小管理説啥，不是給你升房了嗎，不漏水我用你給我升房嗎？我房間漏水漏半宿你給我升房還成你讓着我了？和我是説你把房卡還回來就行，我就***的了，什麼態度啊？你旁邊的員工都能耐心接待你多啥啊？要不你們培訓的時候就讓員工別問。其實入住能感受到老闆是想把酒店做好，一線員工也都是很努力，那麼辛苦都能微笑待客，就這幾個小管理，都絕了，每回被員工拉回來的好感都被管理給敗了。路過幾次一號樓前台，都是在處理客訴，老闆你有時間看看你前台的監控吧，看看你的酒店管理團隊吧，挺好的地方，別被管理團隊給敗了。假期顧客多能理解，但是真誠待客真的會感動每一個客人。

The stay was enjoyable. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, it is clean and well maintained, with good service throughout. It is one of the few in the area that offers a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor upon request. Breakfast includes both Chinese and Western options, but it is fairly ordinary in quality. The location is convenient—about 300 metres from Anton Old Street and next to Wanda Plaza. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We definitely stay again.

La chambre est très nouvelle, il y a un peu de goût de décoration, mais pas délicieux. Les lits doubles 1.35 sont très aimables pour les enfants et le matériel de gym est très complet. Le petit déjeuner peut être dit pour le prix, les fruits frais et les fruits frais et les nuts sont bons, le reste est très général. L'attitude de service de la réception est également très bonne. Parce que le terrain de bord est erroné, il y a beaucoup de places. Vous avez déjà été à l'hôtel cinq étoiles International, si vous voulez sortir pour manger tous les jours, ce petit déjeuner n'a rien à voir avec, ce n'est pas une bonne option.
