Ce bel hôtel possède une cave à vin au rez-de-chaussée et se situe à proximité de la gare, à 12 minutes à pied – très pratique ! Le centre-ville est à 20 minutes en taxi. Points négatifs : Il faisait froid, il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre, nous avons donc passé une nuit glaciale ! (Il faisait 10 degrés dehors, la chambre était donc froide aussi.) Les fenêtres donnaient sur la rue, l'insonorisation était donc catastrophique ! On entendait tout dehors et dans le couloir ! La chambre sentait la cigarette ! On aurait dit que quelqu'un avait fumé dedans. Nous avons essayé d'aérer, mais l'odeur persistait ! Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, mais ils ont refusé, prétextant qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres disponibles ! Déçu ! Ils ont prolongé notre séjour de 6 heures pour la moitié du prix ! Points positifs : La chambre était bien équipée, avec notamment un peignoir, mais bizarrement, il n'y en avait qu'un seul, alors que j'avais réservé pour deux. La douche était cassée, et les deux douches (y compris la douche de tête) avaient apparemment des trous bouchés, ce qui provoquait des fuites d'eau sur le côté. Cela s'est produit dans les deux douches, rendant la douche très désagréable. Seulement deux oreillers ; j'en aurais préféré quatre. Points positifs : Petits déjeuners corrects, café à disposition. Chambres belles, propres et confortables. Une table et un fer à repasser sont disponibles dans le couloir. Lits confortables.

Musavvir se trouve dans une ruelle près de la place Registan. La voiture peut aller directement jusqu'à la porte du B&B. Il est à moins de dix minutes de la place Registan. Plusieurs attractions se trouvent à proximité de la place, il est donc assez facile de la visiter. Ce B&B est vraiment unique. Le propriétaire est diplômé en histoire et aime collectionner divers objets, calligraphies et peintures, pièces de monnaie, etc. Le B&B est comme un musée privé et le propriétaire en est très fier. Le B&B est dans une cour, il est très propre, les équipements de la chambre et la literie sont complets, propres et nets, les habitants sont très sympathiques.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

Excellent hôtel ! Idéalement situé, à quelques pas de la place du Registan et des principaux sites touristiques de Samarcande, il regorge de cafés et de restaurants. Le soir, un magnifique spectacle de lumières est proposé près du Registan. Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit et un membre du personnel nous a accueillis, a procédé à notre enregistrement et nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires. L'hôtel est décoré avec goût. La chambre était nettoyée quotidiennement et était d'une propreté impeccable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est délicieux. Le choix étant limité, il est conseillé d'arriver tôt, idéalement avant 9h00.

Де люкса нам не досталось, его уже заселили и портье даже не обратил внимания на нашу бронь. А когда увидел, сказал: Ой, у нас нет номеров. И мы заселялись целый час. Сначала поселили в ужасно тесный маленький номер. Потом переселили в более большой стандартный номер с компенсацией за де люкс. Вообщем управление отелем из рук вон плохое. Не понравилось. Не рекомендую.

I thought this hotel was a fantastic value. I am a budget traveler and just want a clean, safe place with good wifi. This place was perfect for me. The location is incredible and convenient to the main attractions of the city. The farthest is the Prophet's Tomb, which is maybe a 40-45 minute walk. Everything else is just 5-15 minutes away. There are a bunch of restaurants, shopping, ice cream stands all around, including the bottom of the hotel is adjacent to a restaurant. The room itself was perfect. I had Room 12, which has a window that opens for lots of fresh air. It opens to a room with no visible others, so you get a lot of privacy as well. The wifi worked perfectly and the breakfast was a nice touch. I didn't see any bugs and had no problems with anything at all. The place was clean and I really enjoyed my stay.

We arrived at 12:30 and Asadbek from the front desk offered us an early check in. The hotel look new and has great amenities. However, when we went down for breakfast / food at 10:15am, we learned that there was no food served between 10-11 am in their restaurant, even though the restaurant claimed to be 24/7 🤷♀️ The room also jumped fuse twice (once a day) , but the engineers came immediately to fix it. Overall, a solid 4 star hotel.

Pros… * Location: 15 mins walkable distance to Registan square and a couple other attractions * Breakfast: a great variety of options ~ hot & cold + few options of fruits and pastries / desserts * Room: it was ok apart from the AC… which was dripping water once turned on.. hot water available for shower which was great! Beddings were good, a fridge, iron board, iron, a keep safe box, bath robes, 2 bottles of water available in room. Amenities: hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, tooth brush, tooth paste and cotton buds were provided Cons… * Breakfast: starts at 8am and ends at 10am. It starts kind of late especially when some people of early start * Fitness center: only cardio machine available. Lights are never on, AC not on… also starts 8-8pm just really isn’t ideal timing especially during summer where people may wanna use the gym first thing before they have breakfast/ explore then come back for the gym.. hence I never got chance to use at all… it also looks like it’s never open… it gives a very off putting vibe. The swimming pool looks nice though.

J'ai été un peu surprise au départ par la chambre partagée, mais je m'y suis vite habituée. Les voisins étaient agréables et discrets, et personne ne dérangeait les autres. Les hôtes étaient aimables et serviables. Tous les sites touristiques étaient facilement accessibles.

Location of the address is inaccurate. Taxis tend to stop at opposite the road. Signage is very small. Need to pay attention to see the blue signage. I like to quietness and quaintness of this hotel, but bathroom facilities wise, it not fulfilling the basic needs of a traveller because of the shower facility. Otherwise, Environment is good, i like especially the outdoor seating space at ground floor. The hot water in the bathroom is very inconsistent. Water flow is very low from the shower head. Sometimes water get very hot and almost burnt my skin many times. Bathroom is very cramp very difficult to get even a proper shower. The staff did their best they can to clean up the place, fix the shower head and offer good service. But the facilities of the shower room needs proper maintenance and servicing, inconsistent hot water supply is frustrating.
