check-in was so easy, and check-out even easier, hardly had to deal with any paperwork, only downside was that the sliding door doesn’t cover the shower area and the toilet area at the same time, and it’s a little far from most things, but it’s near some of the nicer art museums if that’s your speed 💗

The staff was very professional and friendly. They did their best to provide me with all the help needed. Also, the location is so live and safe! You have food, music, halal food, Thai food, train station that is 5 mins walk right next to you. I would definitely recommend it for solo travelers or couples. It is a steal deal! Shoutout to the lovely staff who gave me a little birthday gift

J'ai arrivé une heure tôt et ils m'ont dit que ma chambre n'était pas prête encore et m'ont fait stocker mes bagages dans la chambre, juste pour m'appeler après 10 minutes pour me dire que ma chambre était prête...Très confusionnant comportement

We used the hotel for a one night stopover as a family of four. The room was spacious and toiletries and towels were provided. The shower was over the bath it was powerful. There was a fan and bottles of water in the room when we arrived. The staff who were at reception when we arrived were lovely. We left our luggage in reception before we left at lunchtime, when we collected it we were offered coffee and water, which was just what we needed before the next leg of our journey, again the lady in reception was lovely and helpful. Would go back if we were in Munich for a stopover again.

Tolle Lage, relativ gute Sauberkeit - aber Klimaanlage defekt, Toilettendeckel wackelt extrem, die Duschkopfhalterung ebenfalls und die Temperatureinstellung der Dusche ist nicht wählbar, da scheinbar die rechte Außenhülle des Drehknopfes defekt bw. nicht vorhanden war. Ich hatte Zi 210. Bitte mal für den Nächsten kontrollieren. Ansonsten war alles bestens!

Lorsque je me suis déplacé de la République tchèque en Allemagne, j'étais à Berk pour un jour. Le parking était également ouvert et le personnel de la comptabilité était amiable. Trois personnes utilisaient une grande chambre, mais sur un lit roi-dimensionnel et un lit de masse. L'hébergement était spacieux surtout

J'avais réservé une chambre simple, mais j'ai été surclassé. La baignoire était pleine d'eau chaude, la pression de la douche était parfaite et tout était impeccable. Merci pour cet agréable séjour d'une nuit.

The room is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The photos are clearly taken using camera angles that make the space look much larger than it actually is. The bathroom is also extremely small, and the bathtub is only suitable for children, not adults. It feels very cramped, with hardly any room to move around. There is also very little space to keep your luggage and other belongings. Considering the price, I would recommend looking for other accommodation options that offer better value for money.

The whole issue was a family we have booked. We have booked a room for two adults and two children via trip.com but in the system there was a reservation only for two adults. After showing the prof of booking for 4 persons, the hotel staff provide small chair-bed.. but generally it was not very comfortable.. Apparently the whole issue was a with intermediator/ agency. However, not sure that we would go again to this hotel..

30 mins from NeuSchwanstein was a perfect location. The rooms were comfortable but needed updating. The amount of cigarette smoke around the hotel was very uncomfortable - at the front door and people on the balconies of the rooms making the windows being open the same as a smoking room. The town is small but pleasant. Hotel restaurant has generous portions with relaxed and friendly staff. The breakfast is good and offers a range of food that is more than ample.
