This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

The variety of the breakfast is good and tasty to start for the day. It is suggested that TV program in the restaurant should be English news broad casting, like BBC, instead of sports due to my personal interest. The view from my room is not so superb.

Hotel staff was very helpful and efficient. They did their best to help with early check in when I told I really need to get some sleep before my appointment and they managed to get me a room immediately. Also when my room has some leaking issues by the Duty Manager, Shawn immediately transferred me to another broom and extended my check out time Recommend this hotel highly.

Le service était trop bon. Seul le problème est que le contrôle est lent. Ce qui doit être amélioré de manière significative. AUTRES QUE TOUT LE PERSONNEL ET LE FRONT DEsk est trop bon. Le bar de haut de toit doit filtrer les personnes ou pour le coin de la maison des clients doivent séparer où les personnes appelées aléatoires ne peuvent accéder juste parce qu' elles ont de l' argent.

Fairly good location in Gulshan 2. Large modern room with kitchenette. There was no shower, only bathtub in this room type. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast and nice pool.

L'hôtel est certainement le meilleur à Dhaka, au cours des 7 dernières années j'ai essayé beaucoup et il a tout le potentiel de devenir une institution de haut niveau. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. La décoration générale est magnifique. Le personnel est attentif, professionnel et souriant tout le temps (très important).  Spot sur le chef de bureau de front M. Galib, une personne vraiment passionnée et professionnelle qui va certainement faire réussir cet établissement avec son attitude et son travail difficile.  Je remercie également M. Rubel du restaurant principal, très gentil et très gentil. Comme une nouvelle institution reste beaucoup à polir, le personnel doit être davantage formé sur les petits détails (comme être plus présent dans le restaurant pour laver de l'eau et nettoyer les tables plus rapidement ...), les problèmes de mousque dans le restaurant sur le côté de la piscine. Les menus ”a la carte” ont besoin d'une plus grande sélection et de variété ! Tout le potentiel est là, vous le réaliserez !

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

Достойный отель в престижном районе. Есть все удобства. Косметически - номер вполне нормальный, но есть недочеты (гладильная доска не была прикручена в шкафу, пришлось гладить на кровати. В ванной комнате инсталляция за унитазом была в плачевном состоянии- требует ремонта) Бассейн был не чищен, увы - не искупался. А в остальном - за свою стоимость хороший вариант.
