Beautiful island, attentive staff, but service inconsistencies and short stay affected experience. My stay at Hawa Resort on Hawa Island was mixed. Departure to the island was delayed, meaning I arrived late and missed several experiences, including the sound bath, which limited enjoyment of my one-night stay. The room itself was comfortable, but the short duration made it hard to fully appreciate the property. Room service was disappointing. I ordered beef, but they initially brought chicken with rice. When corrected, only the protein was replaced — the rice remained cold. I found this unsatisfactory and, combined with being asked to pay for the incorrect order, it left a poor impression. That said, there were bright spots. The sound bath I did get to attend was fantastic, and the staff member assisting me that day was exceptional — arranging everything via WhatsApp, guiding me around the island, and making transport much easier. On the island, a buggy is necessary to move around, and having a designated helper made a huge difference in navigating efficiently. Overall, Hawa Resort offers a beautiful location and attentive service in parts, but service inconsistencies and delays impacted the experience. It’s a stunning escape if these issues are managed.

Je ne peux absolument pas le recommander. L'hôtel était superbe, mais une grande partie était inaccessible à cause d'un mariage gigantesque qui occupait plusieurs restaurants, toute la plage ; ils construisaient même une scène ! Il aurait fallu réserver la totalité de l'hôtel.
