Très bon service de navette entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel, et vice-versa. Accès facile à l'aéroport. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Malheureusement, la piscine était fermée pour rénovation. Aucun préavis n'a été donné.

Katherine was so nice and accommodating as I arrived late at night but she met me no issues. Full time front desk and pool was nice. Please remember these are apartments so no shampoo, bodywash or toothbrush etc. towels were left on bed and the bed was super soft and amazing! Very quiet and located block or so from palace in case you wanted to see the changing of the guard.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour ici. Nous avons séjourné ici pendant trois nuits et avons pris deux dîners à l'hôtel. Ils étaient très délicieux. L'emplacement de cet hôtel est de premier ordre. Il n'est pas loin du parc Santa Lucia Hill, sur la Plaza. de Armas et la Plaza de la Constitución accessibles à pied. L'attitude du service à la réception était bonne et ils ont même imprimé les billets pour nous. Le café du petit-déjeuner est délicieux, il y a beaucoup de fruits et la chambre est propre et bien rangée

The Double Tree by Hilton Santiago is an incredibly neat and tidy hotel with magnificent views of the Andes, absolutely breathtaking. However, the room service app doesn’t work properly, leaving customers unsure if their orders went through. Despite this minor issue, it’s a great place to stay, and I do recommend it.

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Situé dans la vieille ville, il est à deux pas des principaux sites touristiques. On trouve des restaurants et des boutiques à proximité. L'hôtel dispose également d'un restaurant où est servi le petit-déjeuner, mais nous ne l'avons pas pris. Il y a une petite piscine, un bar et une salle de sport. La chambre n'était pas impeccable ; par exemple, il y avait de la poussière sur la table de chevet. Les draps et les serviettes étaient propres. Le personnel était aimable et poli, et un service de sécurité était assuré sur place. Nous avons été satisfaits de l'hôtel.

El.hotel es excelente, la ubicacion en pleno centro de providencia. Tiene comercio a su alrededor y la estación de metro esta muy cerca.

Passamos 6 dias hospedados no hotel, tivemos alguns problemas com o quarto, porém foram bastante solícitos conosco. É bem localizado perto de mercado, restaurantes e estações de metrô. O local por perto é conhecido por ser perigoso, mas tomamos cuidado ao sair e não tivemos nenhum problema relacionado a isso. Foram dias maravilhosos e recomendo pelo conforto que tive nesses dias, e pelo apoio das meninas.

La position de l'hôtel est excellente, proche du centre-ville, pratique de voyager rapidement, l'attitude du personnel de l'hôtel est amicale, la chambre est propre et propre, le petit déjeuner est riche et l'expérience de séjour est très bonne.

Location is quite far from Subway station,needs to walk 25mins. Same for shopping ctr which is about 20mins away..Standard breakfast,nothing fantastic.
