This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

Nous sommes arrivés très tard, 1:14am en raison du retard du vol et le Concierge était encore ouvert pour nous et a reçu un chaud saluer. Le petit déjeuner a divers aliments. Nous avons séjourné pendant 2 nuits et nous reviendrons sur notre prochaine voyage!

Le Wi-Fi était bon, le petit déjeuner était OK. Nous avons dîné là-bas dans un groupe et c'était très pauvre. Le biscuit était comme du caoutchouc. Le lit était très ferme et très haut du sol. Ainsi, dans l'ensemble, cette séjour était assez bon. Cependant, le séjour No2 a été accompagné. Cette fois la chambre était au 3ème étage, donc vues sur les unités de climatisation étaient en face, mais pas un problème. Cette fois, il y avait deux questions importantes. Le terrain était très sale, les pieds se sont éclatés noir après une douche. Nous avons commandé le gestionnaire de nuit mais il ne pouvait rien faire parce qu'il ne savait pas où était le commutateur en marche.

Ce fut mon meilleur séjour de ce voyage de 21 jours en Amérique du Sud. Le Hilton Garden Inn propose des chambres au design exceptionnel, notamment la salle de bain. J'ai eu un accident à Torres del Paine et j'ai dû prendre un vol de Puerto Natales au Chili pour me faire opérer. Après l'opération, j'ai séjourné au Hilton Garden Inn. Dans d'autres hôtels, il m'aurait été impossible de me laver les cheveux, car il ne me restait qu'une main. Ici, j'ai pu prendre une douche et me laver les cheveux sans problème. L'enregistrement rapide et la gentillesse du personnel m'ont vraiment agréablement surpris, et ils parlent anglais en plus ! À Punta Arenas, j'ai eu beaucoup de mal avec la langue, surtout à l'hôpital. La chambre était impeccable, l'oreiller parfait et les draps d'une douceur incroyable. Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent, bien meilleur que tout ce que j'ai pu goûter dans d'autres hôtels à Puerto Natales et à Punta Arenas. Je suis rentré chez moi, mais cet hôtel me manque déjà. J'ai hâte de remercier chaleureusement tout le personnel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Amazing big room, very well located in Santiago downtown. Very smooth check in and even allowed to enter in the room at 10:30 am. Breakfast is quite sorted of options and very delicious . I haven’t used the swimming pool because the water was too cold. Excellent option for three days in Santiago. Welcome drinks were an extra amazing thing.

Super close to the airport. Excellent for transit. The airport transfer service is complimentary and reliable. Driver made clear instruction on pick up so that it was smooth. Transfer to the airport was arranged on arrival to the hotel. The room is big with high ceiling. There is nothing to complain about the room. Just there is no supermarket / restaurant near by the hotel.

INSTALLATIONS ET ARTICLES sont vieux et détériorés. Par exemple, le sac de toilette était très dépensé. La porte principale de la chambre ne s'arrêtait pas bien. Dans une situation d'urgence, il aurait pu être tranché. Les accessoires comme le savon, le shampooing, étaient pour une seule personne et le montant payé était plus élevé que celui indiqué sur la page. Et le petit-déjeuner n'était pas différent, par exemple, il manque des alternatives de doux, ou il n'y avait pas de tocino ...

Das Zimmer war nicht nur äußerst sauber und komfortabel, sondern auch modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Liebe zum Detail, die sich in der gesamten Gestaltung des Hostels widerspiegelt.
