I love this place so much that a part of me wants to gatekeep this hidden gem. Fanzhu梵住 is a beautifully curated boutique hotel that delivers outstanding hospitality. I initially booked a 5-day stay but loved it so much that I extended for an extra day, willingly sacrificing my next destination. I was initially worried the hotel might be a ”pretty façade.” Fortunately, Fanzhu met all my needs of functionality and comfort (Breakfast, Air Conditioning, an excellent shower, free self-service laundry, an ideal location). The property is far from perfection, but it overcompensates with simple, heartfelt sincerity. You can feel the tremendous thought and effort poured into this place to make guests feel comfortable. ✨ Highlights, Who Will Love This Place: ✅#English-Speaking Travellers: For foreigners unfamiliar with China, it is extremely helpful that the owner is fluent in English. ✅#Design & Aesthetics: Warm & modern. The property exudes zen-like comfort with charming decors. It has a gorgeous yard, with swimming pool, and ample outdoor seatings. ✅#Remote workers: I didn’t plan to work on this trip, but I could see myself working there remotely. If you come from the city where every building looks like a boxy Lego piece, you will deeply appreciate this place. ✅#Personalized Service: Kudos to the young lady boss! In a place like Wanfenglin where the location pins and 导航 can be vague to foreigners, sh took the time to understand my itinerary, how I planned my routes around Wanfenglin. She gave recommendations, and helped me check my “Destination” input on car hiring app. Airport and railway station pickups can also be arranged easily too. ✅#Immaculate Rooms: THE BED! Oh my, the bed! The linens, pillows, and towels are all premium quality. Even the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash feel luxurious. The bed is so comfortable that I would return just for a sleep-in holiday. Ok I know I’m mentioning the bed twice but it’s worth mentioning thrice. Extra points from me that the rooms are non-smoking. ✅#Location: Before arriving, I read a review describing this place as ”a piece of tranquillity close to the action”. Now I get it. It sits as an independent building on a peaceful road/hill(?), yet it is a short, easy walk to the Bagua fields and Zhong Nahui, where you can find idyllic cafes, little shops, and children playing in the fields. ✅#Breakfast: Delicious local-flavoured noodles!They also offer more conservative standards like toasts, eggs, and coffee. Oh, the hotel has an ice machine! Ooooohh so sexy in the hot weather (apparently ice cubes are rare in Wanfenglin). ✅#The Resident Pets: As a pet lover who willingly pays to visit cat cafes, having resident dog and cats sealed the deal for me. ✅#BONUS TIP: The Rooftop Night Sky. Unassuming and rugged at first glance, I was initially unimpressed. But I heard good reviews from others, so I gave it another go, and am thankful I did! Stay awhile, allow your eyes some time to adjust in the darkness, and you would see the sky completely transforms. On my last night, I saw a shooting star! I kid you not. It was an absolutely unbelievable, unforgettable moment. Incredibly awesome! ⚠️ Considerations Before You Book (Who should avoid): - If you love standard chain hotels. Fanzhu is intimate enough to offer personalized service. But I can imagine some of my more pampered friends who prefer international breakfast buffet spread would struggle to settle for this simplicity. Some things are just not realistic expectations off a boutique. - Mobility needs: There is no elevator. They would graciously carry your suitcases. However, elderly may want to enquire about ground-floor room. - In the midst of nature: If you have zero tolerance for insects, you may want to skip staying in Wanfenglin. It is a humid, lush environment surrounded by fields and trees. Personally, with a body spray of insect repellent, I wasn't bothered at all. - Pet allergies: If you hate pets (but why would you? :( w

En tant qu'hôtel de vacances, il est encore relativement satisfaisant. Mais il est également différent du type de chambre. Le rapport coût-efficacité entre les échelles initiales est trop bas. L'augmentation de l'argent est globalement satisfaisant. Le petit déjeuner est packé. Bien que le type de paquet soit un peu monoton, si vous restez plus longtemps, vous mangerez du bébé. La soupe d'oreille d'argent de la nuit est super! De plus, la température de la piscine est très chaude et l'environnement est magnifique.

L'hôtel est relativement vieux, mais dans l'ensemble, il est propre et confortable. L'emplacement est un peu en désordre. Le personnel de service est très chaleureux et prévenant. Le hall est directement relié à la ville de Hongtong. Gui Chu et Lao Kaili sont très pratiques pour manger. C'est en face de l'hôtel qu'il y a Jiangjia Changwang Noodles, Po Su Bao, le restaurant Zhang Lao Er, Chen Ji Green Meat Cake Shop et d'autres boutiques de célébrités sur Internet. à quelques minutes à pied du marché de Qingyun. Lorsque vous sortez de l'hôtel, tournez à droite et marchez pendant 5 minutes pour atteindre une pente. Il y a un restaurant local de nouilles au bœuf jaune de Sizhou, qui est très délicieux et propre. Hôtel, tournez à droite sur cette route et avancez pendant une minute. Il y a un point de vente de gâteaux de lune à l'hôpital provincial à côté du supermarché Wal-Mart. Les gâteaux de lune aux jambes de nuage sont très délicieux. Dans l’ensemble, l’emplacement de cet hôtel est vraiment bon, calme et pratique pour aller partout.

Avantages : Emplacement calme en bordure de route de campagne, à proximité des champs de Bagua, vue imprenable depuis la chambre, nombreuses prestations offertes, service de qualité et forte valeur sentimentale. Recommandé pour les amateurs de photographie, de rencontres et de détente dans le jacuzzi. Inconvénients : Équipements de la chambre basiques ; murs présentant des traces de réparation, toilettes non équipées de sanitaires, câbles apparents derrière le porte-serviettes, taches de ciment sur la tête de lit et les fonctions des interrupteurs sont indiquées par de simples autocollants transparents, ce qui semble superficiel. En résumé, vue magnifique et excellent service, mais les équipements de la chambre ne m'ont pas entièrement satisfait.

Location incontestablement convenable. Retournez à droite à pied pour environ 5 à 8 minutes pour atteindre le marché Qingyun . beaucoup de zones/shops alimentaires autour mais surtout leurs spécialités locales. Soupe de poisson sour, noodles, frites de bourdon, etc. L'hôtel est entouré depuis environ 20 ans ou si.Tge décore similaire à des offres de la fin des années 80 à 90s. Le service est très bon comme il est évident de la ligne Sheraton.Cependant, le sentiment daté et l'horrible climatisation centrale le met à l'épreuve. Les offres à proximité qui a monté le jeu TGE ces dernières années.La direction devrait regarder sérieusement dans certains domaines tels que la décoration et des caractéristiques d'éclairage ajoutée, en particulier dans les chambres . (lumière à la partie inférieure du lit pour éclaircir le chemin de la nuit). Le petit déjeuner était bien stocké et le calendrier était particulièrement bon.jusqu'à 10.30am. Le meilleur élément de cet hôtel est le personnel.Améliorez un peu plus particulièrement sur le climatisation et je crois que la perte de parts de marché améliorera. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un séjour relativement bon.

Zhijin Resort is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for comfort, with many offering stunning views of the natural landscape. The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.

Nous avions réservé deux chambres, et le magasin nous les a toutes deux surclassées gratuitement. La femme de ménage était également très serviable. Elle nous a contactés à l'avance pour nous attendre sur le parking et est venue nous chercher pour porter nos bagages. Nous allions à Huangguoshu le lendemain, nous avons donc séjourné à l'hôtel la veille pour nous reposer. L'expérience globale a été bonne. Il y avait beaucoup de choix pour le dîner et le petit-déjeuner, et le B&B était délicieux. S'il faisait plus chaud, une baignade à la piscine serait peut-être plus intéressante.

It was excellent staying experience at the hotel. Unfortunately I was a very short stay there. I arrived around 8pm in the evening. The front reception upgraded my room to suite. I am so sorry to forget the staff’s name who sending me to the lift by helping pushed my luggage . She was very polite with professional tunes. The breakfast was unexpected favourited!!! I was leaving at 8am in the morning to The Mountain of Fanjing. So left not much time to explore more about the hotel. If next time I travel to Tongren, I definitely will stay this hotel again!

Tout d'abord, l'environnement est excellent : calme et confortable, avec de charmants pavillons et terrasses disséminés un peu partout. Deuxièmement, le service est excellent ; la réception offrait le petit-déjeuner gratuit, même si nous ne l'utilisons pas habituellement, haha. Enfin, l'eau de la source chaude privée intérieure semble différente de celle des piscines extérieures, et je ne suis pas sûr qu'il s'agisse d'une véritable eau de source chaude. La baignoire est trop petite. Les sources chaudes privées que j'ai utilisées à Kaili, Weng'an et Sinan ressemblaient davantage à une baignade dans une source chaude traditionnelle ; celle-ci, à un bain classique. 🛀🏻

This hotel has one of the best levels of service we have ever experienced. We travel frequently and have visited many countries, but we have never encountered such genuine kindness, care, and hospitality anywhere else. Our room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The only minor downside was the sound insulation, which could have been better. However, this was completely overshadowed by the outstanding service, so it hardly mattered. We would especially like to thank the reception staff. They are the reason we will always have such warm memories of China. They helped us choose an excursion, took care of all the arrangements, and even thoughtfully prepared a container of freshly cut watermelon for us to take on our trip. They also helped us rent a scooter, making sure we got the best and most affordable option. They were always willing to help, answer our questions, and do everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. On the day we checked out, they surprised us with two giraffe toys and another container of freshly cut watermelon. On top of that, they offered to drive us to the railway station free of charge. We never even asked—they simply wanted to help. Their kindness, attention to detail, generosity, and genuine care for their guests are truly exceptional. They are wonderful people and true professionals. We sincerely hope their hard work is recognized and rewarded because they absolutely deserve it. The service at this hotel deserves not 5 out of 5, but 10 out of 5. It exceeded every expectation we had.
