Skvelý Excellent stay with amazing atmosphere, highly recommended! Room: Very spacious. Firm beds, great pillows, and duvets. Perfect for a good night's sleep. Hotel: Elegant interior design. Delicious and excellent breakfast choices. Location: Right next to the lake with a pedestrian zone. Great evening atmosphere with street singers. Staff: Highly professional, kind, and helpful. Great English speakers, used a translator when needed. Negative: Requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke despite the ”No Smoking” sign on the table. Overall a fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Our stay at Marriott was great: the room was clean and spacious with view on the lake, the breakfast was delicious, with Asian and European food. The service was really 5 star and the concierge service, with Mr. John Zhang (really fluent in English), went far beyond our expectations: he booked for us a lot of attractions, organized the private driver and helped us with any little issue we had, from language difficulties to ticket entrance problems, really caring about us. A great thank you, you made our stay the perfect one.

Chaque fois que vous voyagez, l'hôtel national est un hôtel à réserver. La plus importante est l'environnement. Cette sélection d'hôtels à Zhuzhou est excellente. Il a non seulement un grand jardin, des tunnels denses, une forêt d'aquarium verte, un petit pont, un petit terrain vert, et plus un service très intime et non perturbé. Le retour de la nuit est à la randonnée, les bougies de pieds chauds (avec quelques bouillons d'eau) et les nouvelles serviettes sont à l'attendre tranquillement pour le retour des invités. Le lit est bien réglé et la tête du lit est placée avec du lait. La nuit est très calme et est adapté au voyage de loisir. Cette visite est la meilleure dans l'environnement, le meilleur service, si vous avez le temps, nous reviendrons.

Le chauffage n'est pas fermé, la chambre se transforme en four, et le sol entier se sentait trop chaud. Je ne pouvais pas dormir et j'ai dû me réveiller plusieurs fois pendant la nuit sans savoir ce que faire. Le thermostat n'est pas en service, il n'y a pas de moyen de contrôler la température. La chambre était très chaude. Après deux séjours avec la même question, c'est clairement un problème persistant. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Excellent stay at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Zhongzhou! The staff was outstanding — special thanks to Cici, Ella and Kitty who made our stay truly memorable. A particular mention for Ella, who went above and beyond at the last minute to help us organize our visit to the Shaolin Temple. Her resourcefulness and dedication made all the difference! The whole team is warm, professional and genuinely helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Zhengzhou!

Superbe séjour chez l'habitant avec des hôtes accueillants et attentionnés. Le séjour chez l'habitant Dengfeng Youlu a été une très belle expérience et nous le recommandons vivement. Les chambres étaient très propres et modernes, spacieuses et dotées de lits confortables. La salle de bain était également moderne et bien équipée. L'emplacement est légèrement excentré, mais proche des principales attractions du Mont Song. Très facile d'accès en taxi. Nous avons trouvé l'emplacement idéal et pratique, car nous souhaitions visiter les sites touristiques. Le petit-déjeuner était inclus et nous l'avons trouvé délicieux. Simple et frais, il offrait un bon choix d'aliments nutritifs pour bien commencer la journée. Le service était excellent. Les hôtes ne parlaient pas beaucoup anglais, mais nous avons utilisé des applications de traduction, ce qui n'a posé aucun problème pour les étrangers. Le Dengfeng Youlu possède un joli domaine avec un jardin chinois. Il y a également une piscine. Il semble très agréable de s'y détendre et de profiter du jardin, mais nous y étions début janvier, en hiver. Notre chambre offrait une belle vue sur le jardin et les montagnes. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette maison d'hôtes et nous pensons que les commentaires publiés jusqu'à présent sont tout à fait justifiés.

We had the absolute best time here! The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was always delicious — and vegetarian, which was a huge plus for my husband since he doesn’t eat meat. Before our trip, I had asked if they could help me arrange a small birthday surprise for my husband, and they went above and beyond. They got us the cutest cake, and it made the day extra special — we were so touched. The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage, so it never felt cluttered. We also appreciated the room service and bottled water, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was so spacious we were able to practice yoga in the room at the same time! The location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the geopark bus stop and ticket office, and equally close to snack street and local shops. Truly perfect! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This lovely family really goes the extra mile to care for their guests. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know!
