Very clean hotel located in strategic area in the middle of the city. The view is breathtaking. I can see the whole city from my room. Spacious room and very comfortable. Breakfast is ok. But still i prefer the meal outside the hotel. The hospitality service could have been better. Yinchuan has great potential to be a tourism destination. And hospitality service is a game changer.

I went to spend the weekend in Ningxia because I needed a break from the big city. This hotel is a gem. It is like a small resort with different types of accommodation and several facilities. Staff is very attentive and they communicate to you via WeChat if you can’t speak Chinese, so there is no language barrier and everything is easy and enjoyable for foreigners, too. I stayed in the wooden cabin which was splendid, in an area a bit further down from reception where you can have total silence and get some great sleep at night! But still equally comfortable, great shower, good amenity products and even a Japanese style WC. Tasteful decoration, just a pleasureto spend time in the room to relax and recharge. If you stay in the cabins, you can just write to the staff and a golf cart will promptly come pick you up and take you to reception or wherever you need to be. The breakfast is marked as Chinese in the description but it also have western options and coffee. I have already recommended to my friends in Beijing, both Chinese and foreigners.

Le séjour en général est très satisfaisant. L'hôtel Vanda Liuhua est en bonne place à l'avant-garde de l'hôtel de luxe local, c'est une option stable pour les voyages familiaux. Le site est au cœur de la zone de Jiangxiu, à environ 12 minutes de route de la gare de Jiangxiu, le transport et le bureau sont confortables. La chambre est large et réglable, l'isolement sonore est très excellent, la qualité du sommeil est bonne ”lit de Wanda” et le couvercle multi-options est aidé par le couvercle, le bureau est adapté à un travail efficace et les détails de la garde sont séparés. Le petit déjeuner est riche, la réception est particulièrement enthousiaste, le retard de départ, le service est en place, le service est en ligne, le rapport de prix global est compétitif dans l'hôtel Jingjiang Gao Star. La prochaine fois, je reviendrai!

Front desk Nancy and Kyrie and Jason were really helpful. First, they helped me book winery tour. And then when i needed to buy extra suitcase, they offered to purchase it for me via taobao. The suitcase was delivered in an hour.

Our trip to Tengol Hotel in Ningxia was an incredible experience! The hotel’s service and organization were seamless. Before and during our stay, adding their WeChat butler service made everything super convenient—they easily helped arrange our room and organized room service whenever we needed it. Upon arrival, they took care of our luggage and gave us a ride right from the check-in counter to our room in a comfortable golf cart! The best part of staying at Tengol was that all the signature desert experiences were included. They gave us free vouchers for a professional stargazing lesson at night, as well as an exciting jeep tour through the sand dunes! Un séjour merveilleux ! La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très confortable. La vue sur les vignes depuis la fenêtre était magnifique – nous sommes venus au printemps, mais je suis sûr que le paysage change magnifiquement au fil des saisons. Nous pouvions nous promener au soleil pendant la journée et admirer les étoiles la nuit. L'hôtel propose également des visites de cave et des plats locaux de Yinchuan. De plus, il est très bien situé pour visiter le mont Helan et les tombes des Xia occidentaux.

La chambre était très grande et neuve, la décoration très agréable, ce qui rendait le séjour confortable. Le petit déjeuner était varié. Nous étions là pour un concours avec les enfants, et la réception s'est occupée de récupérer et d'envoyer nos costumes de scène, le service était excellent. Un hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Excellent service pour les clients. Le salon est spacieux et confortable, un flux généreux de vins et une variété d'options alimentaires chaudes, des salades, des fruits et un hôte amical et efficace.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. The location is great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and has lots of options. My only complaint is that the room was warm and you are unable to adjust the temperature. Thankfully we had a balcony and could leave the door open and they also provided a fan, but otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel, the staff were great, room clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent but no solo dining options for dinner. No spa and should be removed from amenities. A friendly city that should get more tourists; train service should be improved.
