Hôtels avec piscine à Taïwan, Chine

En tant qu'hôtel 5 étoiles, je ne pense pas qu'il faille encourager l'enregistrement automatique par machine. Un hôtel 5 étoiles devrait offrir les services attendus, au lieu de me demander de faire un self check-in. Autant réserver un hôtel 3 étoiles, non ? Et ce n'est pas tout : l'enregistrement automatique a même posé problème. J'arrive à 16h, alors que l'enregistrement est possible à partir de 15h, et on me dit que ma chambre n'est pas encore prête ? J'ai dû retourner à la réception pour vérifier. Franchement, avec une machine si peu fiable, autant que les clients fassent directement l'enregistrement à la réception. De plus, avant mon arrivée, j'avais précisé que je souhaitais un étage élevé, et l'hôtel m'avait répondu que pour mon type de chambre, le plus haut étage était le 29ème, ce qui prouve qu'ils avaient bien pris note de ma demande. Pourtant, à l'enregistrement, on m'a attribué le 12ème étage, le plus bas. J'ai dû redemander pour obtenir le 18ème étage, c'est juste aberrant. Enfin, tant pis pour la brosse à dents et le dentifrice, mais au moins deux bouteilles d'eau minérale devraient être la norme dans la chambre, n'est-ce pas ? Je sais qu'il y a des distributeurs d'eau à chaque étage, mais je suis un touriste, vous vous attendez à ce que je me promène avec ma bouteille vide partout ? L'écologie, c'est bien, mais pas à ce point-là !

Un hôtel absolument excellent ! La vue, l'environnement, les installations et le service, tout est de première classe. Ce qui m'a le plus impressionné, c'est le service. L'hôtel était bondé, mais tout était impeccablement organisé, de la réservation d'une table au restaurant à l'emprunt de vélos, en passant par l'aide pour trouver une table au petit-déjeuner et la gestion des zones de piscine et de plage, sans oublier le centre de fitness et d'activités. Tout était parfait. Le personnel est incroyablement aimable, chaleureux et attentionné. J'ai séjourné dans des centaines d'hôtels à travers le monde, et celui-ci est particulièrement satisfaisant. J'avais réservé pour 5 nuits et j'ai eu l'impression que ce n'était pas assez !

Hotel is relative clean. Stayed in a single room with a semi double bed. Size is decent but didn’t realised it was behind the lifts, could hear the lift moving through out the day. The shower head position is pretty bad. It’s not on an angle it’s pretty much like spraying directly into your body. It would be great if they could address this. It’s 15 mins walk from the metro station so not closed. Also there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Crawled out of the drain

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sun Palm B&B. Have written this review in English, but we communicated with them in Chinese. We stayed at this B&B during the tourism off-peak season (March). Service - Amazing. They were very responsive on Line, and quick to reply. They were also helpful with our requests/questions (e.g. fetching service to and fro airport, car rental service, traffic road conditions in Penghu) and were polite. They also gave some advice on what can or cannot be done (e.g. we wanted to cycle around Penghu, but they advised us saying Penghu was too big to travel on a bicycle). The driver was always punctual when picking us up, and when sending us to the airport. In fact, he was already there, with the car ready, minutes before we were supposed to leave for the airport - we didn't even need to remind them. The lady boss was very friendly - when we first arrived, she asked if we were new to Penghu (it was our first time), and she introduced where to explore in Penghu, and what to eat. She also told us that if we wanted to do water activities, we can approach them, and they can make a check with the centres to see if they are open since it was off-peak season for tourist activities. We also had some extra request regarding the check out timing, and she helped us with it too. Before we arrived, they also tested the car we wanted to rent, and upon finding out that it wasn't working as well, they provided us with another car instead - this is certainly good service. They also cleaned up the room upon request, and re-stocked the fridge with drinks. Food - The breakfast was amazing and fresh (see photos). On the first day we had bread + doughstick + egg with spring onion all in one package. It was delicious. On the second day, we had vermicelli and seafood (e.g. squid, prawns). The seafood was really fresh, and the broth was simple and tasty. Each dish was accompanied by fresh fruits / pastry + drink, which was refreshing. Room - We got the Starry Honeymoon Room. It was very spacious, the room was clean, the amenities were in good condition, and the overall design was aesthetically pleasing. The heart pillow on the bed was a cute addition, and the round bed was big enough for 2 of us. Above the bed there was a window covered with a retractable screen - you can actually look into the sky while lying on the bed, really interesting.  Location - While this B&B is further away from the main city, we didn't feel that affected as they provided airport transfer services. Also, we felt that it being away from the hustle and bustle from the city was actually advantageous, as the B&B's location had a more relaxed, quiet, holiday vibes, which was what we were looking for.  There is a 7-11 around 10 minutes from the B&B, so if you need food etc in the middle of the night, you can get it from there. We rented a car, so travelling to other areas wasn't much of an issue. Overall, I will recommend this B&B to anyone looking to tour Penghu! Am glad to have chosen this B&B for our first ever trip to Penghu :)

À mon arrivée, j'ai seulement présenté l'emplacement du restaurant et je n'ai rien expliqué d'autre. Lorsque j'ai voulu ajouter le petit-déjeuner, il m'a été indiqué que c'était 498 yuans de 6h30 à 8h30, et que c'était 598 yuans pour vérifier. après 8h30. Il n'y avait aucune explication selon laquelle il s'agissait d'en acheter un, d'en obtenir un gratuitement. J'ai dit que je voulais 6h30, je suis allé manger et j'étais toujours hébété, je devais me rattraper plus tard. pour acheter un coupon repas de 498 avant d'agir. C'était très peu professionnel et avait une mauvaise attitude. C'était un hôtel 5 étoiles avec un service 1 étoile. Il n'y avait pas de fruits de bienvenue dans la chambre et les lumières étaient faibles. pas de toilettes à chasse d'eau et il faut mettre des pièces pour laver ses vêtements. Le vieil hôtel a une enseigne 5 étoiles et a besoin d'être rénové Le petit déjeuner est très ordinaire et ne vaut pas son prix. proche du marché nocturne, et dispose d'un parking...

Hotel de printemps chaud avec vue spectaculaire sur la piscine au toit, la nuit du film et le printemps chaud. Petit-déjeuner buffet et spacieux chambres et dans les chambres. Très recommandé et certainement restera là encore. Ce dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel parce qu'il est pluie, goûteux et un service excellent mais se sent un peu pressé avec 100 minutes de temps.

L'expérience globale est super! L'entretien et l'utilisation de matériel de construction de toutes les installations montrent que le propriétaire gère avec beaucoup de cœur. Le petit déjeuner est assez complet et délicieux. Le temps de livraison de 7:30 ～ 13:30 est devenu un bon petit déjeuner! La prochaine fois que vous visitez le site, vous choisissez de rester ici!

Excellent and very friendly service throughout my entire stay from doorman to concierge to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant to gym. Great location next to Shandao temple MRT and within walking distance to Taipei station, nice restaurants, cafes and the famed Fuhang soy milk. I also enjoyed the excellent lunch buffer at the hotel restaurant Kitchen 12 at incredibly reasonable price. But please note that Marriott Bonvoy platinum elite or higher tier members do not receive the usual executive lounge access or free breakfast if you book via Trip.com (you need to book directly with Marriott to enjoy the benefits).
