⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Family Escape at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel, Anji County (11–13 July 2026) We recently stayed at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel in Anji County from 11–13 July 2026, and overall it was a wonderful family experience. This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. Lors de mon séjour dans cet hôtel à Hangzhou, la réception, le bar du hall, le personnel d'entretien et tout le personnel étaient très aimables. À notre arrivée, la porte du balcon était ouverte pour aérer, et un membre du personnel nous a gentiment rappelé de bien la fermer la nuit pour éviter les moustiques. La chambre était grande, surtout la salle de bain, qui aurait été encore plus agréable avec un tapis de bain jetable. Je suggère de retirer le porte-manteau et le plateau à bijoux de la table de chevet : ils étaient usés et inclinés. Les moustiquaires étaient un peu tachées et le lustre ne s'harmonisait pas avec le style général. La chaise de bureau était recouverte de tissu et semblait peu raffinée ; je suggère de la recouvrir. La chaise de chevet et le repose-pieds semblaient si vieux que je n'osais pas m'asseoir dessus. La literie était inégale, et je l'ai vérifiée. Je pense que c'était dû au matelas, mais ces problèmes persistent probablement. L'expérience client était un peu décevante, mais heureusement, le matériel était largement compensé par le logiciel. Le service, l'emplacement et l'ambiance étaient excellents, et j'avais une vue magnifique sur le lac de l'Ouest depuis mon lit. Donc si vous voulez voir le paysage, communiquez avec la réception à l'avance. Même ainsi, ne tardez pas à féliciter cinq étoiles.

I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Ningbo, and I especially want to thank Igor for making my visit so memorable. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. Although my stay was short and very busy, his kindness and attention to detail stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who makes guests feel so comfortable and valued. Thank you, Igor . The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

杭州富春山居酒店毫無疑問就是天花板級的一家酒店。酒店地理位置得天獨厚，位於黃公望結廬隱居之地，猶如世外桃源一般。富春山居度假酒店，始建於2004年，雖然酒店有些年頭了，但維護得很好，各場所以及房間都給人以一種潔凈温馨舒適親近自然的感覺。酒店建築更是以西方現代設計觀念表現出中國建築精髓，創造出現代中國風的新典範，置身其間簡直就是美學盛宴的享受。酒店中餐廳大痴小館出品的菜餚食材新鮮口味卓越，值得去品嚐。比起上述這些硬性設施，這裏的服務也同樣上乘，尤其是管家楊瀟，人十分和善禮貌，全程安排妥帖且細心周到，並最大化滿足和提供各項優質高效服務，得以讓我們在此獲得了十分完美和滿意的體驗。另外其他的人員包括前台、客房、餐廳以及每一位接駁車司機，還有富春閣主理人，每位都熱情接待和高效服務於我們。另外酒店旅拍的攝影師海龍，他拍攝技術好，人也十分彬彬有禮。總之，以後再到富陽，必定還會選擇入住杭州富春山居酒店。

Mon séjour s'est terminé dans cet hôtel et je n'en suis pas très satisfaite. À mon arrivée, on nous a spontanément surclassés, ce qui fut une agréable surprise. Des en-cas de bienvenue et des fruits étaient également offerts, bien que les pommes ne semblaient pas très fraîches. Du café et d'autres boissons étaient aussi disponibles. J'avais demandé une barrière de lit, mais elle était un peu abîmée et trop courte. Si votre enfant a l'habitude de bouger beaucoup en dormant, ce n'est pas suffisant. Heureusement, nous avions notre propre barrière portable que nous avons utilisée. Un point très négatif : je me suis réveillée avec plusieurs piqûres sur le corps, même sur les coudes alors que je portais un pyjama à manches longues. Aucun des autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné n'a eu ce problème, je ne sais pas quelle en est la cause. Le petit-déjeuner était moyen. Même aux heures de pointe, il n'y avait pas de personnel pour nous aider à trouver une table. Quand j'ai demandé des bavoirs jetables, on m'a dit qu'ils étaient dans l'espace enfants, mais je ne les ai pas trouvés par la suite. De l'arrivée au départ, le personnel de la réception a été très agréable. Après que j'ai mentionné les piqûres d'insectes, ils m'ont offert deux petits cadeaux, ce qui a au moins fait plaisir aux enfants et a été un petit réconfort. Les articles pour enfants que j'avais demandés étaient déjà dans la chambre à notre arrivée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment bon. Le temps n'était pas au rendez-vous le jour de notre arrivée, sinon la vue sur le lac aurait été très agréable.

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.
