Fantastic hotel with excellent customer service! Check-in was warm and welcoming! The room was comfy, with a mini fridge, monument view, and strong, warm shower. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of delicious choices, especially BACON and waffles!!! The other amenities were great, too, like the fitness center. Another plus was the rooftop - LOTS of room to relax, and enjoy a beverage and snack :-)). The view from the rooftop is fabulous, and there's even a pool! I COMPLETELY recommend this hotel!!

Excellent location in Santiago. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. The staff are all very polite and customer-oriented. The food and service in Tapas restaurant is fantastic. The included breakfast buffet is excellent as well.
