My wife and I had an absolutely perfect, unforgettable stay at NOA RESORT & WELLNESS Aranya — a true hidden gem on China’s Gold Coast . We booked the Hall room (40m²) on the fourth floor (the hotel’s top level), and it could not have been more ideal: bright, quiet, with sleek modern minimalist design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and thoughtful touches like full smart controls, blackout sleep mode, and premium bedding that ensured deep, restful sleep. From arrival, the warmth and professionalism were outstanding: we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, and the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service made exploring Aranya effortless — prompt, courteous drivers took us anywhere in the resort (Chapel, Lonely Library, beaches, cafes) in minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, anticipating every need and responding instantly to requests. The resort itself is a masterpiece of restrained luxury and healing design . Standout highlights include: - DECK (Lobby Lounge): A chic, all-day social hub — by day a specialty coffee shop; by night a craft beer bar with 12 rotating taps, plus light meals and occasional mini talks or live performances. - Outdoor Pool & Poolside Bar: A serene, sunlit pool with comfortable cabanas and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. - Spa & Wellness: A tranquil spa offering professional massages, singing bowl therapy, and meditation sessions — ideal for unwinding and reconnecting. - Fitness Center: A bright, well-equipped gym with modern equipment for keeping up your routine. - Dining: PopChuan Restaurant serves elevated, light Sichuan cuisine by a master chef, plus fresh, balanced breakfasts with local ingredients. Location-wise, NOA is unbeatable: close to Aranya Chapel, Lonely Library, and the beach, yet peacefully secluded. The entire property feels like a calm, artistic sanctuary — stylish but never cold, luxurious but never pretentious . In short, this was one of our best couple getaways ever. Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Avantages : L'environnement est magnifique, on peut voir la Grande Muraille, il y a des sentiers de randonnée et des activités de football ont été organisées le 1er mai. Les enfants étaient très contents. Le paysage est très beau et c'est très proche de Jinshanling. Inconvénients : Il n'y a pas de room service et personne n'est venu nettoyer la chambre après un séjour de deux nuits ; la climatisation n'est disponible que dans la chambre et le salon est extrêmement froid. Il faut porter des vêtements épais en coton pour rester au chaud en regardant la télévision. la nuit. Il y a une machine à laver dans la chambre, mais quand j'ai demandé à la réception, on m'a répondu qu'elle ne pouvait pas être utilisée. Il y a un café, mais le lendemain, ils ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas de grains de café ; le petit-déjeuner n'était servi qu'à 8h30 et il y avait tellement de monde que l'expérience culinaire n'était pas bonne. Il y a beaucoup de billards, de tables de mahjong, etc. Mais il y a évidemment une odeur âcre de la décoration. Cela pourrait s'améliorer dans quelques mois.

L'hôtel était bien situé, juste à côté d'une corde de ski, et par rapport à d'autres hôtels, cette zone était très ségrégée (ou tout à fait moins occupée). Shan Lu est bien géré, avec espace pour toutes les activités (entreposage des équipements, relaxation, KTV, spa, repas, etc.). Le lit/matrix était dur, ce qui a fait dormir dur après un jour de ski et de muscles étroites et douloureuses. Mais je suis globalement heureux de mon séjour ici. J'ai eu un bon moment. Et aussi, le Buffet Breakafast était si bon. Ils ont tout ce que vous pouvez penser! Sushi, sauces de poulet, omelettes, jus, céréales, thé, pain, riz, céréales, la liste est sans fin!  

We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La. The location is perfect! very close to the beach, which made everything even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the room service, as well as all the staff, were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for one more night. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time by the sea riding bikes along the beach, feeding the seagulls, and taking beautiful photos. It was a wonderful and memorable experience.

PROS: Staff, facility, food CONS: Location First, I wold like to thank the staff for their excellent service, in particular, I would like the management to recognize 我的名字是Meijiaxue for her help. Staff speak minimal English but worked very hard to understand us and give us extra care. I would recommend that the hotel have a wechat account available for foriegners to contact the front desk for easy translation. 我的名字是Meijiaxue connected with us this way, via our request. She went out of her way to help book us a car, order food and buy products. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are stunning and feel very high end, luxury. The building is new and well maintained. Shampoo, soap and conditioner is a lovely lavendar and mint, natural product. Upon arrival you are given tickets for on site alpaca feeding and DIY drawing activity. We only did the alpaca feeding which only took 5 minutes but was immensely fun. Breakfast buffet was well done and more than enough food for only 24 rooms, primarily chinese food but some western dishes. Location was the only downfall. I thought being only 15 minutes from downtown and the beach would be no problem for a taxi. However, it was almost immposible to get a taxi or Didi. There is nothing else in the area so there are no cars in the area. One night we wanted to go to dinner and waited an hour trying to get a car, before eventually giving up. The staff then helped us to order in food instead. If you are able to get a car, its only around 20rmb to DT, when we were able to get a car. Overall, I would absolutely visit again and recommend, Ideally with a car.

Service: En fait, c'est encore super bon. Le service de la reception est très bon. Vous pouvez faire votre séjour complet et ajouter une micro-lettre. Vous devez dire que vous recevrez bientôt un message. Je vous recommande vivement de venir.

Très cool, catalka ! Au début de janvier, la famille est arrivé presque accidentellement, pour obtenir des informations en russe sur ces centres est très peu, sur les routes sont encore moins. La route est longue, longue (moyenne 3-4km, il y a plus longue), large, différents niveaux, sécurité à hauteur, gandoles et chaises avec chauffage, automatiquement ouvert et fermé - très confortable. Equipement en location tout nouveau, dans une excellente condition, à un prix il est difficile de dire - constamment un peu plus de l'hôtel ou de l'application, Je sais que pour le jour 2vzr le set et 2 enfants le set de ski et de chaussures, Plus 2 skipas (deux plus gratuits) coût 13.000. Il y a un catalogue de soirée. Très nombreux athlètes trainent sur des routes spéciales. C'était ici à Yunding qu'il y avait peu de routes vertes, principalement bleu et rouge. Il y a peu de gens, il n'y a presque aucun enfant, tout est en train d'apprendre! Pour l'hôtel lui-même, il est important de comprendre qu'il s'agit d'un immense bâtiment, où tout est concentré - à la fois l'hôtel, le ski centre, la location, et un tas de cafés, magasins, piscines, spa, kit de chambre, etc. Le nombre lui-même est un peu fatigué, mais à tous les autres plus - il n'a pas d'importance, 2 saunas, une petite cuisine et un balcon avec vue sur les traces! Petit-déjeuner, acceptable, la faim n'est pas inclus, et si vous restez - derrière la porte suivante Starbucks, kfc, etc. En général, nous sommes restés satisfaits, grâce au personnel de l'hôtel, mais pour rester à un moment, En 10 minutes de voiture ici, deux autres resorts de Vanlung et Thaiwoo!

The most fabulous hotel my family have ever stayed in and the best reception staff member ever - Mr. Lang. Lang was so wonderful, my son had a birthday during the stay and Lang organized a free room upgrade, beautiful decoration and they even sang happy birthday to my son. Lang and his group brung in a tasty cake for our family to celebrate. Just to add that Mr Langs English is excellent as well and we had smooth communication. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast very tasty. Hot springs and cinema were great as well. We have travelled all over the world but have never experienced such a fabulous service. Thank you Mr. Lang and thank you Thaiwoo hotel!!
