I recently stayed at The Bath Hotel Beaumont from 25th to 26th April, where we had booked two standard rooms with windows. Unfortunately, the experience was quite inconsistent. One of the rooms was very good, clean, and comfortable. However, the second room was extremely disappointing and in poor condition. It was significantly below expectations, especially considering both rooms were booked under the same category. I would strongly advise avoiding the smaller standard rooms, as the quality seems to vary greatly. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The spa and swimming pool facilities are also good; however, it should be clearly noted that these come at an additional cost per person, which is not communicated transparently at the time of booking. Parking is available but costs around £25 per day. Unfortunately, the service associated with this was very poor. Our car was parked under a tree and was left covered in bird droppings. When we raised this concern, the staff were unhelpful and stated they did not have the manpower to clean it. Instead, we were given cleaning supplies and expected to clean the car ourselves, which is highly unprofessional given the price charged. Additionally, the valet service was unreliable. On multiple occasions, we had to wait 15–20 minutes for our car, and twice we ended up retrieving it ourselves after being told to wait. This defeats the purpose of a paid valet service. The staff, particularly at reception, came across as rude and unprofessional, especially when handling complaints. For a hotel of this standard, the lack of basic service, including room service or an efficient call service, was surprising. Overall, while the location and some facilities are good, the inconsistency in room quality and poor customer service significantly impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.

High hopes but very disappointing stay. On initial check in , the young lady was very helpful and took our bags as we were too early to check in.  When we returned several hours later to complete check in, the receptionist did not look at us at all when talking to us, which made it difficult to understand or hear what she was saying. We were then told that we had to pay £100 deposit- which we were not advised of prior to booking.  Her general attitude was surly and we felt an inconvenience. We went to use the spa, and were greeted by an equally miserable lady who also made us feel like an inconvenience.  The spa area was very  wet and slippery and felt unloved. The changing area looked tired and needed a Good clean.  Breakfast - on our first day we were greeted by a lovely chap called Kian, which felt like a welcomed change to the rest of our encounters with staff. The general the experience was a shambles. Lots of food had run out. We requested an omelette from the chef and were told No. There were no veggie sausages available. Coffee machine kept running out and only gave half a cup full. The food did not appear to be of good quality and was often dry from sitting under the lights and was not hot. There were very few staff around and there was too much for them to deal with Our room was fine, the view over looked another building but you could see the sea in the distance  Our twin beds were creaky and noisy  The shower over the bath was pretty useless and kept slipping in the holder  There was not enough tea/ coffee for us both to have the same drink and there was only one pack of  complimentary biscuits , which were cheap custard creams. We requested some decaf tea at reception and were given one each.  All in all, the hotel is situated in a good location but we wouldn’t rush back. We hoped it would be a treat but you can get better service at the premier inn or Hampton,so it doesn’t warrant paying more for.

Très proche de la plage et de l'arrêt de bus. A deux pas des commerces et restaurants locaux. L'hôtel ressemble à l'ambiance de l'hôtel Transylvania que ma famille aime particulièrement l'ascenseur authentique. 😁 Le personnel était gentil aussi. Les équipements étaient bons.

Hôtel charmant avec d'excellentes prestations. Personnel très aimable et poli. Chambre propre et lits confortables. Thé et café en chambre. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Spa agréable avec une belle piscine.

Double sea view room with balcony. Spacious bedroom with nice seating area. Clean and in good decorative order. Comfy bed, quality linen. Wonderful, original metal-framed window and French door opening out onto huge balcony. Unfortunately, the sea view tuned out to be when looking left from the end of the balcony and not from the actual bedroom. Kettle needed descaling. Bathroom well appointed, nice towels and quality Elemis toiletries, but would benefit from a really thorough deep clean and a lick of paint. Absolutely fabulous public rooms, not ‘dated’, as some reviews suggest, but furniture and fixtures appropriately in keeping with the style and period of the building. Wonderful! Beautiful outdoor pool area and indoor spa. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Extensive woodland to the rear of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk to Knoll Beach, through the hotel’s extensive grounds (which includes tennis courts and a golf course) just over the road. Absolutely no information provided about any of these brilliant amenities, or indeed anything at all, in our bedroom. Also, no information about Wi-Fi, no information about breakfast times, no information about how to even contact Reception on the telephone provided in the room … The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was let down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the following day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated from the same kitchen.

Stunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

La chambre était très confortable et confortable, la chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse, avec lits confortables, la salle de bains était bonne . La piscine est très bonne et agréable d'avoir ceci à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec une grande variété d'options, nous avons apprécié cette .

We stayed here as a couple and had a mixed experience. The hotel has its charms, but also a few drawbacks. Rooms & Amenities: The rooms were quite small and felt congested, including the toilet where the commode placement was very cramped. The amenities provided were basic — just soap and a combined hair and body wash. Surprisingly, there was no handwash, no refrigerator, and no hair dryer in the room. On the plus side, the room was clean, and we had no issues with hygiene. Staff & Service: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. Facilities & Atmosphere: The swimming pool was lovely, and the view from the poolside was amazing, directly overlooking the sea. The lounge area shared the same beautiful view — a great spot to relax in the evening. There was even a small jewelry corner inside the hotel, so beware — you might end up buying a ring or necklace if your partner starts browsing! Other Notes: The lift was possibly the oldest I've ever used — it really felt like stepping back into the 90s, which in a way added some quirky character to the place. Food: The full English breakfast was genuinely very good — one of the highlights of our stay. Overall Value: The pricing was reasonable, but for better value, it would be great if they included essentials like a refrigerator, handwash, and hair dryer in the rooms.

Excellent emplacement…près de la plage, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la gare et à 5-10 minutes à pied des magasins d'alimentation. La chambre que nous avions était d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix, j'ai payé pour une chambre double standard et j'ai eu une chambre familiale ! Le personnel est sympathique et raisonnablement serviable, nous avons demandé quelques bols de céréales et cuillères à emporter avec nous un soir, mais nous ne sommes repartis qu'avec un bol et pas de cuillères mdr… aucune explication pourquoi !! Dans l’ensemble, c’est le meilleur hôtel bon marché dans lequel nous avons séjourné à Bournemouth.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon, et il est très bon, et il est très bon. Il y avait quelques défauts qui ont ruiné notre court séjour. Nous avons réservé cet hôtel spécifiquement pour les installations spa essentiellement la piscine jacuzzi mais cela était hors d'ordre avant d'y arriver et nous n'avons pas été informés de cela sinon nous aurions réservé ailleurs et il n'a pas été réparé pour notre séjour entier. La piscine était décente mais pas la plus propre, comme je me sentais de la poussière en bassin. La dernière nuit, nous étions sortis d'eau et ma femme est enceinte, donc je suis allé au portier de nuit et j'ai demandé une bouteille d'eau qu'ils fournissent tous les jours complimentaires mais il a dit qu'il ne pouvait pas me donner une et il pouvait vendre une du bar, que j'ai La chambre n'avait pas de réfrigérateur, nous ne pouvions pas acheter de l'eau et la garder au froid. Le parking était de 10 livres par jour, ce qui devrait être inclus dans le séjour. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable, mais je me tournerais probablement ailleurs la prochaine fois.
