酒店非常漂亮，距離海克利爾城堡35分鐘車程。很有歷史感。設施也很好，除了沒有空調，房間有點悶，但這是沒有辦法的事情。酒店旁邊就是廣袤的莊園，草坪、鮮花、樹木都很漂亮，早餐也非常美味。希望有機會再來

J'ai été un peu déçu de séjourner à l'hôtel Apollo lorsque j'ai réservé, je l'ai réservé pour deux adultes et un enfant et quand je suis arrivé, il n'y avait qu'un lit double, ils m'ont dit qu'ils mettraient un lit simple pour moi pendant que je était sorti et quand je suis rentré à l'hôtel à 20h30, il n'y avait toujours pas de lit, ils m'ont finalement donné à 22h un lit de camp avec des ressorts manquants pour que mon enfant de quatre ans puisse dormir. à la fin j'ai fini par dormir par terre pour que ma fille puisse avoir le lit avec son père, c'est vraiment dommage de voir un hôtel dans lequel j'ai séjourné quand je me suis marié s'est dégradé, il y avait beaucoup de plateaux sales dans le couloirs sur le chemin de la chambre, mais à l'entrée de l'hôtel était magnifique,

We stayed for a wedding, perfect location next to the station. Standout was the receptionist - super friendly and helpful, took our bags ahead of checking and allowed us to use the facilities to change for the wedding. Would recommend.

Great Hotel, Great location, Great staff. Easy check in staff helpful & polite, then went for a swim,sauna & steam room after a long drive then chilled out at the bar area. I did find our bath in our room not very wide, when you have a shower the shower curtain seems to stick to you when you are washing (i need more room & no im not oversized) probably a shower cubicle would be better. Could do with a touch up here & there, no air-conditioning in rooms so ask for a fan or take your own. Breakfast is plenty from hot & cold & everything i needed. Thank you all for a great stay.

Malheureusement, c'était la plus mauvaise chambre d'hôtel que nous ayons jamais séjournée dans - peu plus qu'un panier de bromme sans fenêtres et sans air conditionné il adore de chiens mous ou de pieds de fromage. La lumière principale a éclaté deux fois par la nuit et une seconde hume intermittente a été détruite. Nous avons dû déplacer les meubles pour accéder à un point d'attelage n et nous avons eu à midi un petit chaise. Nous avons réservé via Trip.com. Notre fille a réservé la même nuit avec l'hôtel et ils ont été mis à niveau et ont reçu des bons de boisson gratuits! Les presque 200 livres que nous avons payés étaient excessifs par les normes de la ”salle” que nous avions et nous avons appris une leçon de la façon difficile.

We have stayed at the Leonardo Royal Grand Harbour Hotel for the third time and continue to enjoy consistently wonderful experiences. The hospitality is outstanding, with special thanks to Emily at the front desk for her friendly and professional assistance. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast offered an excellent variety, supported by attentive staff. A special mention to the lovely silver-haired gentleman with glasses for his exceptional service. Highly recommended. Will surely comeback. Thank you.

We had an amazing time at Old Thorns Hotel & Resort celebrating my fiancé’s birthday weekend. The whole place is beautiful, the décor is stunning, with lovely pictures throughout that make it feel both homely and luxurious at the same time. The spa facilities and gym were excellent, and the young guy at the bar was especially friendly and made us some great drinks. The rooms were spacious, the showers were fantastic, and the golf course was beautiful and very well maintained. The only area I think could use a little improvement is the breakfast selection. There were fruits, bread, yoghurt, eggs, and the usual items for an English breakfast, but after staying more than one night, it would have been nice to have more variety such as pancakes or other breakfast options to switch things up a bit. I also paid extra for the birthday package. While I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, it did feel a little misleading for the £15 charge, as it mainly included balloons, a very small teddy bear, some chocolates, and a card, which was exactly what was shown in the pictures. Other than that, everything was perfect and we had a wonderful stay.

L'hôtel est dans une grande, calme et c'est un très beau bâtiment. La chambre était propre et agréable, mais ce n'était pas exactement ce que je pensais. Par Trip je pensais avoir réservé une chambre à partir de l'option la plus petite, mais malheureusement, je n'avais pas eu! Le lit a été également annoncé comme un double standard, il n'est certainement pas dans les plus petites chambres, il est un petit double, et cela a fait dormir pour deux un peu inconfortable. La chambre était aussi très chaude, même si nous avons désactivé le radiateur et la fenêtre était ouverte toute la nuit, mais je pense que c'est juste parce qu'il est un bâtiment plus ancien, des hausses de chaleur, etc. La piscine a vraiment besoin de CLL. Il est très inoubliable et nous avons vraiment l'impression de laisser tomber l'hôtel. Le restaurant a été très bien servi, mais le service a été très cher.

Overall it was a great stay, staff were great, its a very spacious hotel, rooms were a good size. The pool and gym was bigger than other village hotels I have stayed in previously.
