The staff at the Voco were amazing. Very helpful. Breakfast has such a variety and was delicious.
Queen room felt a bit small but I think it's to do with the fact the bed is shaped at an angle!!

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. J'avais plusieurs heures à moi-même, donc j'ai fait usage de la salle de sport, de grands équipements et tout très propre. Bon piscine, très occupé le samedi après-midi. J'ai aimé la sauna et la salle de vapeur. J'avais eu de la courrie dans le bar que je pensais être trop cher. Nous avons eu un grand sommeil confortable de la nuit suivi d'un délicieux petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

每年都過來除了疫情，這裏一直沒有變化，包括老舊的房屋設施，雖然期間稍微裝修了一下，但完全不能和經濟型酒店比，衹能算鄉村酒店，玻璃房很漂亮。

The guest house was easy to find with approximately three parking bays outside the front.
We arrived late, so had to phone the mobile number provided, and were greeted with prompt and efficient service to take us directly to our room.
The room exceeded expectations, considering the price, the facilities were very good, considering the price.
The room was warm in the middle of winter and had private access to an outside yard.
We had a quiet and peaceful night's sleep, leaving us invigorated for the day ahead.
Well done Glen field lodge guest house, we will definitely return if we need to stay in Leicester city centre again.

Loved this hotel was so reasonably priced was really pleasantly surprised beautiful clean room hot water was piping so was able to have lovely bath .. went on a freezing cold evening in feb but the heating was on the whole time was very hot and cozy .. lovely hotel would definitely recommend.. breakfast and all the staff excellent

PPeter alan wilkinsonThe accommodation was clean, the usual kettle, coffee and Tea was provided. Water was provided via a carefree ( flip open bottle with a stopper ). Not sure the tap water in the room was safe but the water supplied was good which was handy as you could not fill the kettle from the wash basin , which was small in size.
My room had a walk in shower but it was in the shape of a quarter circle with the doors closing in the centre. If you were a large person getting in or out it was a squeeze. Towels, soap and shampoo provided but the satchels were difficult to open. Scissors or a sharp knife would be needed or very strong fingers lol. The bathroom was clean however there was an aroma maybe from the stench pipe but all in all it met my needs. Access was from a side door which you could unlock with the keys given to you when you book in at the bar. Be mindful all rooms are one floor up, the stairs are steep with one handrail so if you are disabled don't book here.
Zowie was the lady in charge, polite, helpful and freindly but sadly the opening times of the bar are limited. Open from 12 midday to 10pm Mon to Friday and longer on Saturday and Sunday. They obviously do a good Sunday lunch as I arrived Sunday and the place was heaving with customers. Never got a chance to sample their cuisine , breakfast was in a cafe about 2 minutes walk away. I was out early and back late hence I did not eat there.
Parking is free, but if you arrive Sunday the carpark will be full up with hungry customers.
There was a housekeeper who would tidy the room, change the towels but the bedlinen is not changed daily.
Overall the stay there was good however as there is no breakfast included it borders on being a little overpriced.

La décoration est très datée, pas de verrouillages sur les toilettes dans la réception, eau nue des tapis, bière de la barre des tapis, douche froide (le personnel a essayé de réinstaurer la chaudière), serviettes sales dans les toilettes
Lave-linge et savon à main étaient les mêmes, semblaient juste laver le liquide :/
Le petit déjeuner continental était inclus, ce qui était bon, le fromage était suédois et une fois que la très petite quantité de pâte avait disparu, c'était, pas de repas.
Evitez les sauces si vous allez prendre un petit déjeuner cuit , je ne peux que les décrire comme des mousseux .
Le personnel est très aimable, j'espère que le propriétaire ou quelqu'un peut investir dans ce lieu.

HHolywindL'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Le processus d'entrée était sans fin et j'ai été ravie de recevoir une mise à niveau complimentaire dans une chambre spacieuse et magnifiquement décorée.
La chambre était insensible, moderne et équipée de tout ce que j'avais besoin pour un séjour confortable. La salle de bains était luxueuse, avec des toilettes de haute qualité et une douche de pluie qui était pure joie.
Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. Le restaurant sur place a servi de délicieux repas – Je recommande fortement le petit-déjeuner buffet, qui a une grande variété d'options fraîches et délicieuses.
Le personnel a été accueilli par le haut et le haut pour me rendre accueillant et pour faire en sorte que tous les aspects de mon séjour soient parfaits. Ils étaient toujours disponibles pour offrir des recommandations pour les attractions locales, organiser le transport ou répondre à toute demande spéciale.
Le centre de la ville est situé à proximité des attractions, des boutiques et des transports publics.
Je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel assez. Vous voyagez pour affaires ou pour des loisirs, c'est le lieu parfait de séjour. Je retournerai certainement sur mon prochain voyage à la région. Cinq étoiles tout le long!

UUtilisateur anonymeCet hôtel est très propre et calme, idéal pour dormir. Il y a trois supermarchés à proximité de l'hôtel, il est donc très pratique pour moi d'acheter de la nourriture pour cuisiner, mais seuls des micro-ondes sont fournis, pas d'ustensiles de cuisine. Le service d'assistance est utile.

KKelv69Great hotel. Close by to the motorway meant convenient but quiet. The spa facilities were excellent. The steam room was very effective, which isn't always the case in many hotels, even shortly after opening first thing in the morning it was up to temperature.
Room was clean and comfortable.
As for the restaurant, I'm still wondering when the potato shortage started in this country! My fish and chips could have done with some more chips. There were so few they were able to hide them all under the piece of fish! That's a shame as the food was really nice.
Would definitely stay again and will look out for Leonardo again in future as a previous stay somewhere else was really nice.

RRosie ❤️Un tel hôtel magnifique. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant. Tout le monde est prêt à aider. L'hôtel lui-même est gardé très propre. Nous avons certainement eu un très confortable bon sommeil. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Nous aimions les installations de loisirs.
Le jacuzzi était notre préféré, la température de l'eau wS comme avoir un beau bain très chaud! C'était étonnant. C'était le meilleur que j'aie jamais vu. C'était aussi une très bonne taille.. La piscine était trop froide pour me rendre à l'intérieur. Je suis un patient de cancer et je ne peux pas aller dans l'eau froide. C'était mon seul point négatif.bi aimerait aller à la baignade. La salle à vapeur et la sauna étaient bonnes. J'ai aussi remarqué qu'il y avait un bon gym mais je n'y allais pas.
Il y a une belle chambre tranquille avec de nombreux canapés et tables de café à proximité pour se détendre ou travailler. Le parking n'est pas un problème.
Nous allons certainement réserver cela dans la famille de futurs fir jy tout comme nous l'avons vraiment apprécié.

JJonesy-83This hotel was the best went to check in had booked double room got upgraded to a family room and as soon as we got to the room we had trouble finding out how to open the door with the card. Yes me and my mum had 1 of them Richard Gere from Pretty Woman moments haha but once got in the room we was impressed was so clean and tidy it had a mini fridge under the TV everything was accessible staff was so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others who was passing through the area to stop was no noise from the motorway traffic and eateries on the motorway services was right next door. Didnt book in for breakfast as was leaving early next morning. 20/10 top marks very happy customer. Big shout out to tariek
