Decent hotel, good location. However parking is an issue. Hotel only has 25 spaces. Which they charge £20 a day for. If full you have to use a car park near by which is a hassle. Parking should be free for guests in my opinion

Was attending a 2 day trade show. - Didn't dine at the Hotel - But the staff were helpfull and attended to us on our return to the hotel and served us after midnight to the early morning..

J'ai aimé ce Premier Inn, car j'étais très heureuse de mon séjour précédent. Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Durant le séjour, il n'y avait pas de nettoyage de la salle de bains et aucun replenishment de toilettes qui n'a pas été fait de notre séjour confortable. Les photos #1 et 2 ne sont pas rénovées et les photos #3 et 4 sont rénovées.

Terrible Hotel, I stayed here about 3 years ago and it was very good, that’s why I booked it this time. On arrival, I was allocated the wrong room, twice, on the third attempt they managed to get it right. The fire alarm went off 3 times between 6.00 and 7.00am, what a lovely way to wake up after traveling for 22 hour’s from Thailand. Breakfast was nasty and there wasn’t any bacon left, so I asked a member of staff for some bacon and was told I would have to wait 10 minutes as the chef was on a fag break.

We stayed for one night and were completely satisfied with our experience. The bed was perfect; really comfortable. The air temperature was easy to control without being noisy or blowy. And the power shower was wonderful. The room was really spacious with everything we needed and the decor was great.

Une nuit dans la petite ville de Rugby a été plutôt froide. L'hôtel est relativement haut de gamme dans le quartier, avec une petite fontaine et une pelouse. Un taxi depuis la gare de Rugby coûte environ 18 livres et il n'y a pas de transports en commun. La dame de la réception n'était pas très enthousiaste, mais elle était tout à fait convenable. Ma demande de retard de départ de deux heures a été accordée. L'hôtel est relativement grand et dispose de longs couloirs. La chambre est relativement spacieuse, propre et confortable, et la décoration de la salle de bain est propre et moderne (car de nombreux hôtels au Royaume-Uni ont des installations plus anciennes, celle-ci a l'air bien) Le petit-déjeuner est un petit-déjeuner britannique traditionnel servi de 6 heures à 10 heures, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 9h30, il ne restait plus beaucoup de nourriture, alors essayez de prendre votre petit-déjeuner le plus tôt possible. Beaucoup de familles et d'enfants séjournent ici, donc c'est animé, mais l'insonorisation est bonne pour qu'ils ne soient pas dérangés. Dans l'ensemble, c'est bien, je n'ai pas eu le temps de profiter de la salle de sport et de la piscine. Cela vaut la peine de rester un moment pour découvrir la tranquillité de la campagne.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious and beautifully decorated room. The room itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft, and I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-quality toiletries and a rainfall shower that was pure bliss. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. I enjoyed the stunning rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center was well-equipped and spotless. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals – I highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh, tasty options. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, arrange transportation, or fulfill any special requests. The location was ideal as well – conveniently situated near top attractions, shopping, and public transportation. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is the perfect place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to the area. Five stars all the way!

The rooms were spacious and well-lit, with a simple yet elegant decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep without any disturbances.
