Nice enough place where I have stayed before on a few occasions. The hotel (in my opinion) is a little tired and could do with a spruce up, but I must admit their main attraction to me is the affordability so, I suppose you get what you pay for 😁 Overall though it is located right on the seafront which is a definite plus! 👍

Stayed one night for a local wedding. Excellent communications before arrival as I was at the wedding at check in time. Everything done over the phone and on arrival at night after the wedding the staff helped carry my luggage which I had left in my car in the grounds. The bed was very comfortable. Shower excellent as was breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.  No complaints at all.

I originally booked with *********** at cost of £158 , as I use this app for train journeys, I looked for the same hotel and it was £118 As you drive into the hotel massive reception room plenty of chairs to chill or have a drink , we where meet with a warm smile from the receptionist, and explained everything The rooms are big very clean , we eat in the restaurant very average price for decent food , but service charge was high Only downside is you have to pay parking for your stay

Perfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

The Hotel seemed a bit lacking … just in that extra of what you’d expect when you are paying for an expensive stay! The staff were pleasant and the room was very nice but no toiletries in the changing room for the swimming pool. Finished dinners and glasses not cleared away. Seemed to be a bit short staffed and the music from the marquee was very loud until midnight. A nice stay but not coming away refreshed as planned unfortunately!

We just returned from a 1 night spa break with friends. Hotel is lovely, very quiet & clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best, hash browns literally had no potato inside as they was deep fried to much. The breakfast looked lovely but wasn’t anything to shout about. Luke warm at best. However the granola, pastries, toast etc was very nice. What stands out with this hotel is the service. Everyone is very polite and the service is very very good.

Spent a two night Spa break with my daughter, we had an amazing time, sooo relaxing. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. Breakfast and evening meal was delicious. Booked a Hot Stone Massage, our first time ! very enjoyable. Have been before but have only stayed for one night, certainly luxury for two nights.

Friendly staff, easy checkin process and free parking. The rooms are a bit small and the chair doesn't fit under the desk which takes up more space in the room. The fitness and spa facilities is great and not chargeable extra, but there was no hot water in the showers and on Sunday the gym and pool was closed. The lobby cafe and restaurant is a great place to work from, though the food and drinks are a little pricey.

L'hôtel lui-même a besoin d'un nouveau loyer de vie. Une serrure de peinture, changer des tapis et mordissez les salles de bain et les meubles. Le salon de la salle de bains est très confortable et très confortable. Le plafond au-dessus du toit a besoin d'attention, beaucoup de parking très bon et les lits étaient super confortables. Les TV ont besoin de plus grands et plus nouveaux. Petit déjeuner très gentil.
