Hôtels avec bars à Argyll and Bute, Royaume-Uni

Hôtel très bien placé mais très bruyant car les fenêtres ne sont pas en double vitrage donc on entend tout et surtout les bruits des gens sortant des bars tard la nuit… chambre à côté de l’ascenseur donc bruyant aussi … Le personnel est sympathique mais ne sait pas donner de simples indications pour les ferry. Le deuxième jour la chambre n’a pas été faite et il y avait des traces marrons dans le lavabo de la salle de bain donc pas très satisfaite en règle général … Le dîner est pas mal mais assez cher pour la qualité.

Convenient location with lovely views. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. We had a family room with a sea view consisting of a double and single bed. It was a very large room and had a sofa, coffee table and TV as well as tea and coffee making facilities  tThe staff were great but the hotel decor was a little tired. Parking is limited and cannot be booked in advance. It would be better if disabled drivers could pre-book parking. Parking is £10 a night unless you have a blue badge. There is only one disabled parking space and at the time we visited, some parking spaces were impacted by building works which made it awkward driving in and also took up several spaces.  I would stay there again and recommend.

Very Disappointing Stay I booked this stay after seeing it recommended on TikTok, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. It also wasn’t in the centre of town, which made getting around less convenient than expected. The mattress was so soft it felt like I was being swallowed by it, making it really uncomfortable to sleep. The room itself was extremely hot — even after turning off the radiator it was still warm, and the only way to cool it down was by opening the window. That would’ve been fine, except the noise from the spa pumps ran all night and made it difficult to rest. We must have been given an older room because it looked nothing like the pictures we saw on TikTok. Parking was valet-only and cost £25, which felt excessive. On a positive note, the room was clean, but it was also quite small and definitely in need of an update. Overall, not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Nous avons eu une salle de vue sur la mer qui avait une vue magnifique, mais les fenêtres étaient si sales et si sales dans les coins qu'elle nous l'a vraiment détruite. Le personnel et le service qu'ils ont fournis étaient excellents, mais je m'attendais à une plus grande variété de repas mais le menu était très limité. Il était agréable de se siéger aux tables fournies en dehors quand il avait des boissons, mais encore les rayures métalliques aux tables avaient beaucoup de peintures enchées et flacées et fait que l'hôtel semble plutôt courir. Les chambres et toutes les zones de siège avec des chaises en cuir magnifiques étaient très belles sur le sol, mais en montant les escaliers il y avait une bande noire tenant le tapis rouge tartan ensemble, La chambre était très confortable et très confortable.

I can't tell you about my stay as I booked the wrong dates. As soon as I found out, I phoned The Oyster Inn to cancel but because I used Trip.com, they said there was nothing they could do. I cancelled on Trip.com and the message said that they'd contacted the hotel to confirm if it was ok to cancel FOC. According to trip.com, no response was forthcoming so my booking was not cancelled. My booking has since been ”completed”. When I contacted the hotel the following day to ask why they had not approved the cancellation, they said trip.com had simply asked for info, not to approve cancellation. Who is lying? Suffice to say, I will not use trip.com again and have decided to stay elsewhere in Oban.

We booked 2 rooms 1 night last minute booking. I got Junior suite for me & my husband. Room is very spacious for UK standard, sea view is very beautiful Seaview. The hotel has lift thats very good for travelers with many luggages.The room is a little cold so we switched on spare small heater which is warm enough. Their specialist amenities are very good. Whisky Honey. Oh.our room door isn't working, that's pretty scary.

A lovely old hotel in a beautiful location. The room was very warm and I would have loved to open the window to cool down but was reluctant to let the midges in. Perhaps a fan would have been nice. Bed was comfortable and bathtub provided some much appreciated relaxation after a full day of hiking. Overall an enjoyable stay.

We booked this place for a quick one-night stay. It’s a clean, old-fashioned hotel with a simple atmosphere. The room didn’t have a fridge, the window was quite small, and the shower wasn’t working properly. However, it was acceptable for a short stay. The location is lovely, as it’s right next to the river.

La location parfaite est proche de la gare.Beaucoup de points positifs, bien que l'hôtel ait été daté en parties, le plancher de la chambre était instable, il a dû faire attention à ne pas voyager et causer des blessures. Le service de la réception Jamie était agréable et le plus utile, ainsi Nicola a été au téléphone la nuit avant l'arrivée. La chambre n'était pas ce que je pensais.

Le coût du lit à gauche au moment de la livraison. Il faut payer le personnel de l'hôtel. Après avoir expliqué, ils ont dit non. Je ne vois pas comment ça va.
