Everything from check-in to departure was perfect . The room was spotless with a big comfortable bed . We used the spa and pool which was all extremely clean with very polite staff at reception . This is our 3rd visit here and each time we’ve been very impressed Breakfast was very pleasant as were all staff .Vast selection of food and beverages for all dietary requirements . We enjoyed the full English breakfast that was cooked to perfection followed by some fresh pineapple / watermelon . We’ve stayed here a couple of times when we fly to UK and will continue to enjoy a weekend break here in the future .

Beautiful hotel not far from city centre. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was large, with twin beds put together, which was unexpected with one duvet over both. I did expect separate twin beds, but it was ok. The hotel itself is full of history, including a knight. I called him Gerald. I would love to have been there longer than the one night so I could fully explore the hotel. We did not use the spa, and again, I would have loved to. We are likely to go back to fully experience what the hotel offers. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces. Breakfast is buffet style plenty to choose from. No one shows you around just go and help yourself. We look forward to going back.

absolute must with children. stayed here to go to bewilderwood the following day and wow... so set up for kids, the food the lay out also had cheeky swim night before. brilliant *******

Wow. We loved our short stay here. The location was perfect with a beautiful short stroll into Cromer. The flat was fabulous - presented beautifully and great attention to detail. The leisure facilities were some of the best we've ever used. Such a fabulous break.

We wee offered a twin room although we requested a double, but the receptionist was very helpful and, with housekeeping, converted it into a double forthwith. The location was good and quiet, and the breakfast selection was reasonable, but very well cooked and one of the better English breakfasts we have had in the country. We assumed that the swimming pool usage was not part of the deal, and regretted not using it when we found out that there was no additonal fee for it. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The location is excellent, friendly staff and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and in general a very nice hotel, the swimming pool is big enough buy the water was very cold, in general we had a great experience, I would definitely recommend and book again!

Une bonne piscine et une salle de sport. Restaurant fermé lundi et mardi, il y a de la cuisine de rue Van à l'extérieur qui étaient agréables. Chambre a été de taille adéquate. Petit balcon. Aucun ascenseur pour le premier étage. Location est un peu loin de faire à pied en dehors de l'hôtel.

Belle , petite hôtel. Situé dans les zones rurales. Chambres propres. Grand restaurant et bar. Bien équipée de salles de sport bien que l'hôtel ajoute une surcharge pour l'utiliser comme invité. Une piscine aussi.
